We would not stay here again. We felt like an inconvenience. We were not offered a tour of the hotel when we arrived. They requested our preferences ahead of time via a PDF (including breakfast) and then when I asked for breakfast the next morning, they said it was not included and didn't accommodate. We requested room service for dinner and it was clearly an inconvenience - the customer service was not warm. The staff at the door who help with baggage and cabs were very friendly and accommodating, but the front desk, kitchen and breakfast staff seemed annoyed with us. They also asked us ahead if we wanted a beach pass, but this hotel was not near the beach and no one brought it up when we arrived. I was just confused. The room was fine, comfortable. It seems more like a business center. If you stay for 1 night and don't need anything, you'd probably be fine.

Location was good, very central. The elevators are sketchy. One elevator was not working when we got there, we got in and it suddenlydropped a few inches then after a anxious pause finally went up to the wrong floor where a technician told us it was under repair and asked us to take another elevator. The 2 rooms we booked were comfortable but no balcony and the view was just the back alley. The water kettle in neither room was working they did send a replacement when asked. Bathrooms were fine but the water pressure was barely enough to shower.

Was only here for a night, but really enjoyed it. The staff are so great! Room was very clean and just what I needed. Breakfast was very tasty. If I’m back in Casablanca, I would definitely look to stay again.

It's the second time I stay at this hotel, and I'm very happy with the quality of it. Modern and comfortable, and very close to the main places I needed for my business trips; also for a bit of entertainment. If I had to say something to improve, I'd say the variety of products included in their breakfast (it was quite basic), and also, the noise that echoes through the corridors when people close their doors, you can hear it from your room, but if you're tired, it's not too bad...

Underground car park which was great. Check in was couple of minutes. Room was great. Clean and tidy. Breakfast we went 10am and was not much stuff left. Overall happy with the stay.

Wonderful rooms and extremely polite staff I had an amazing stay at the Odyssee Hotel. The rooms are wonderful, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and relaxing experience. The hotel’s structure is impeccable, modern, and well-maintained. The staff deserves special recognition: they were all extremely polite and helpful, always willing to assist. Additionally, they speak English fluently, which made communication much easier. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-level experience.

The position is perfectly close to the train station and the old medina. Breakfast could be slightly better paying more attention to details like tea always available or labels on different kinds of milk. I asked for a cab for the morning but it was not booked.

The hotel is in a nice central location in Casablanca convenient for visiting the town centre and about 20 minutes away from the beaches by taxi. The rooms are small, the beds too. God enough for one person a bit cramp for 2 persons sharing. The bathroom for our room was a bit tired in general. Front desk service is acceptable.

Nice valet guys who suggested places to eat. Keys didn't worked 2nd nite going back to room but quickly fixed. Nice breakfast spread--omelet maker ready only at 1 of our 2 breakfasts right at 730am so didnt wait 2nd time to have one (we had to leave early so couldn't hang around). Only complaint-beeping noise from service area across from room. Told front desk who said they would check. Never did. Told at checkout and staff was apologetic. We could have asked to change rooms but only stayed 2 nites. I could barely hear indide room but roomie could hear it all night.

One thing recommending the Odyssey Boutique Hotel is its location, close to sites including one of the major train stations (Casa Port), the old medina, and the Hassan II mosque. But the thing that I most appreciated about the hotel was its staff, which were both very friendly and very helpful. I definitely would stay here again, upon any future visit to Casablanca.

The staff were friendly and nice, but the condition of the room was unacceptable. One day the bathroom doorknob fell off while my friend was in it. The phone inside did not work, so she was stuck inside for nearly an hour. Only once I returned to my room did I realize she was sick and got help. They helped her to get out and fixed the door, but there was no apology or compensation offered at any point. It was really quite dangerous. If she had been travelling alone she could have been stuck inside for an extended period of time.

Our second stay at the Odyssee, staff treated us felt special. Gave advice as to taxi rates etc, doorman walked out to the main thoroughfare with us to flag a cab for us.
