Desk clerk was so positive and friendly. When I got to the room I found feather pillows and called to request non-feather. The clerk said she was new and didn't know where they were but would find out. Within a few minutes she had called the manager, found out the room had a mixture of both types. She checked each pillow for me and found only one of the 8 total in the room were down. She quickly rounded up fiber fill pillows for both queen beds in the room. The next morning the AC wasn't working right, so i called the morning clerk and within a minute she had a new room for us on the same floor and upgraded us to a king suite and asked ifwe needed help moving our things. Right after our check in and after moving rooms we got text messages checking on us and asking if we needed anything else. I know they're automated texts but it is a nice touch. We were also impressed with the pool and hot tub. Big and clean, and with an awesome, large, kiddy pool. No kids with us but rarely have we seen this nice of a family pool. We have been so impressed with the hospitality services here.

I loved how spacious the room was. We had to get a pack and play for our baby and when we opened it up, it was covered with dried milk. It was disgusting. The front desk staff did get us a new one that was in perfect condition. The pool was fun because it had different sections you could swim in and the hot tub was indoor and outdoor both. Overall, our stay was good, but the room definitely could’ve been cleaner.

This is a great choice for your stay in Logan! We especially love the double bed suite - plenty of room for everyone and a great layout, including separate toilet/shower and sink/mirror areas, which is super convenient. Everything was super clean and felt updated and new. Breakfast was great and the dining area was very spacious and nice. Great convenient location in Logan - will definitely stay again!

Beautiful property!!

Very nice hotel, with pool, spa, and descent breakfast. The only downside is that it is located right next to main street that can be noisy if you are a light sleeper like me. I would ask for a room facing the parking lot next time.

Best swimming pool and hot tub Ive seen at a hotel of this caliber. The inside outside hot tub in winter is great after a day of skiing! Lots of kids though. The staff was friendly and the place is fresh and clean. I will stay again!

The shower was so clean, really everything was so clean and looked new. Great location close to everything we needed. Sad we didn't have time to use the pool and hot tub. Nice gym, good breakfast, friendly staff, and lovely views out the windows. Why can't all hotels be like this!

Stopped for a night on our drive across country... this was one of the best hotels we stayed. I would absolutely stay here again.
