Went to see our son in Stillwater, close and convenient to everything, staff was great. Easy access as we travel with four legged family too. All was great. Will stay there again!

The air conditioner was set to 80 and wouldn’t cool. Those in charge said there was nothing they could do because the hotel was fully booked.

The property is great and clean, but they have wall unit air conditioners so the air is constantly blowing in your face at night. For that reason, I will always choose somewhere else first.

Very neat and clean property. The hinges on the shower glass door needs adjustment as it sits slightly open when in use allowing water to get on the floor and soak the bath mat.

Before booking, I called the hotel to see if their beds were pillow top beds. I had a choice of 3 I was deciding on and this was the most expensive but if they had pillow top beds then it would be worth it. The gal I talked to said that they have a "pad" that is a pillow top that they put on top of the beds to be more comfortable. When we got to the hotel there were a few bugs in the room. Somewhat understandable since it was a ground floor room and there was a possibility it hadn't been occupied for a while. But then more and more bugs came from the drain and other places. Also, when we moved the trash can to have better access, there was trash all around it. I doubt it had been cleaned properly at all.

Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean, spacious, and beds comfortable. The only issue was bathroom sink drained extremely slow. My granddaughter left her reading glasses and they notified us before we made it home.

3rd time to stay here. It is close to the OSU campus, clean, the concierge was pleasant and helpful and it was reasonably priced. This is our go to hotel in Stillwater. Go Pokes!!

I’m a Marriot rewards member and this is the WORST property that I have stayed at. The grounds are unkept with nasty overgrown weeds and the building has dirty windows. As we entered the lobby to check in the lobby smelled like wet animals, and it was nauseating. The elevator doors are filthy and the floor sticky. The shower ran out of hot water. The sink had very little water pressure. There’s only one mirror in the room and it’s above the sink in the bathroom. If I hadn’t prepaid for our 2 night stay I would have walked out. This property was a waste of money. We were at this hotel due to a wedding weekend.

we had a very late check in 1 a.m. attendant did not know how to check us in called someone to walk him through and it took over 30 minutes. Room was clean and breakfasts were average. Service was great other than check in.

I stayed 5 nights. Paid overprice for 2 nights, and did not get proper room service. No bed was made, bathroom trash was not removed for 6 days!!! No coffee was refilled!! Shameful for a chain loke Marriott! I request at least the refund of one night!!

Overall the room and hotel was good. It was updated and served our needs. Our air conditioner was so loud we could not sleep with it on. The lack of daily service leads to problems with getting enough clean towels. The room needs more mirrors so multiple people can get ready at the same time.

The breakfast I would rate 1 Star. Very below average. Eggs were “military” grade. No bread for toast. Breakfast sandwiches were frozen. The experience was very poor.
