Its cheap but everything else is bad.
No warm water in the shower. Cleaning poor. Room is as small as it gets. Only 1 pillow.
Digital key in the phone is a super idea. Sadly it is a lottery if it works. Will not stay there again.

I will coming back but the taxi service is unreliable

The room has everything what we needed for our 5 nights stay. Even though hotel is on the main road, the room was very quiet. Bed is super comfy, we never had such a good sleep in a hotel before. Great location for exploring city, everything is within walking distance from the hotel. Highly recommend.

fint!

This hotel has a great location, is 10 minutes walking distance from the central train station. Very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Perfect space for a solo traveler.
4.2
Nice staff, great location. Room was small but clean and functional. The bed was not to my liking and the shower was very small. Room cleaning needed to be requested from reception in advance and this was not made clear to me at check in. For the price point I guess it was ok but it was not for me.
4.2
Great value and affordable
4.2
Overall cleanliness wasnt good. There was visible dust on the floor. Bathroom had a broken socket and soap distributers. Also you could hear people talking outside to the first floor so no soundproofing. Otherwise okay hotel
4.2
Easy check-in and out.
Breakfast 2 out of 5
Don’t like the rooms, with the shower cabinets in room.
Very small rooms, not a very comfortable bed.
4.2
My wife and I take multiple trips a year to many countries. And Denmark is by far the most expensive place to visit….even has to charge DKK$25 for a cup of hot water. Their service industry and people skills are very poor. We will not be visiting Denmark again
4.2
The single pillow is not enough, and while there is a spare in the room, if there are two of you a pillow each is not enough, they are small and empty and difficult to sleep on. If you want another you need to buy one.
4.2
Very good stay if you need something a bit close to the central area and reasonable pricing. You kinda need to walk a bit to get to the main attractions but nothing very very long. But it takes a while. Also, the room is a bit too small if you’re a couple. I was by myself and sometimes it felt really tiny.
4.2
Compact room…..but was more than enough for solo trip. Bit annoying that I left 2 towels outside the room, yet housekeeping did not replace ?
4.2
Not great. Could not sleep. Irritating noises seeped into the room all night.
4.2
A good location, tiny rooms, but that’s what the place is all about.
4.2
Never saw any staff, self check in, self check out. Room had everything you need and its a great lication
4.2
My third stay in 3 years. The room is small, but very functional and comfortable. Breakfast is on the rooftop with beautiful harbor and city views. The breakfast is European and fresh. The staff at breakfast and in housekeeping is friendly.
4.2
Excellent room.
4.2
It was very loud on the street, a big party until midnight with very loud music. The staff was very unfriendly.
4.2
Very good for short stay. The cleaning can be realised only if you ask it at the reception 1 day before cleaning. For that amount per day, the minimum is to give clean towels. No cleaning during 4 days or more. The hotel with tiny rooms is new and well maintained. The roof top breakfast with view deserves a booking. But as soon as you do your check-in ask for regular cleaning. We are talking about pandemy and virus and bacterial transmissions...but not able to clean automatically the towels? In 2024?

As a solo traveller it felt very safe to stay here and walk around Copenhagen, but I had a queen size bed but only one pillow and a single size duvet and also no bath mat is poor. The options for breakfast was also poor so didn’t eat at the hotel. There was also loud music playing late on Sunday night making it hard to sleep (still playing at midnight).
Other than that it was very convenient and good location and staff very friendly, paying for the locker to leave bags as no early checkin is annoying but quite cheap.
4.2
The place is good and the location, just the cleanliness is not good, they do not do it unless you ask for it. And if you do is not good just made the bed and change towels
4.2
It was my second time in this hotel. I like that it is close to everything and there is also a bus stop directly to and from the airport. The room is clean and comfortable
4.2
Small room but super aircondition, clean room, quiet and a good noght`s sleep
4.2
Its nearby the train station just 5min away
Easy self check in and hop up and off bus just round the corner
4.2
Clean, no frills room. The caulk in the backroom neeeed to be replaced, it wasn't terrible but I think it would have been easy enough to address. The ac did not seem to be working, our first night was super hot, no circulation at all and we couldn't keep the windows open because we were 2 stories above the front door and people were smoking. The bed was a bit lumpy too but overall, it suited our needs as a place to sleep and rest between sightseeing
4.2
The bathroom drain had problem draining. Very small room.
4.2
The WiFi network never works. Terrible inconvenience for we could not stay connected long enough to do ANYTHING! If I was a business traveler I would have left the hotel. Rooms are small ( we knew that). Replacement towels or room cleaning is on the customer to request it the night before. Staff was nice. Place was clean. Management needs to pay attention to customer critiques.
4.2
Suitable for a solo stay. Just enough space for one person. Zero interaction with any staff due to self check in and check out. Convenient location. Bed was comfortable and shower was decent.
4.2
Great room. A little noisy on the first floor. Comfy bed
4.2
Wifi useless but rest was fine
4.2
Koselig liten rom, var der bare 2 netter.
4.2
It’s an alright place to stay in general considering the price and location. Especially when the weather is nice, you can go for a swim or sunbathe with a 5-minute walk.
What I don’t like the most is the false advertisement. It claims that it has laundry facilities, which usually means coin laundry from my experience. But turns out they only provide a “typically” overpriced hotel laundry service. Considering it’s not easy to find a coin laundry place in Copenhagen, this caused me the most trouble.
Besides that, 20 DKK is required to store your belongings after checking out. It’s not a big a deal, but it just gives you a bad feeling that they try to squeeze you every bit of money like the cheap airlines.
Overall, I think it’s a decent place to stay if you know what to expect.
4.2
The hotel was in a good location. Easy to public transportation and tourist sites. The carpets in the hallway were stained the entire way! The room was clean. Beware the queen bed was surrounded on 3 sides by the walls and you had to climb over your spouse in order to get out of bed. They even charge for luggage storage if you arrive early before check in.
4.2
Great location! Very clean. Additional locker fees apply to leave luggage before check in at 3pm. Very noisy at night.
4.2
Walkable to train station and on bus route. Understaffed. To reach window you had to squeeze through a2in gap between bed and wall. When staff doing checkins,no one available to pay for take out food.Breakfast location beauriful and food choices acceptable a decent price.
4.2
A towel for the bathroom floor and a real glass for water would have been nice. The rest was great
4.2
Great location, close to transport hub, close to foodd and shopping areas as well as areas to sightsee
4.2
A lovely hotel in a great location.
4.2
This was a nice affordable hotel. Simple, small rooms close to attractions, train station and restaurants. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
