For the price that is being charged, the hotel is up to par. It’s close to a train station and has several good restaurants around it. The wifi and other services were good as well.

The room is quite comfortable and spacious, with ample room for large suitcases to be easily opened on the floor. The toilet and shower are spotlessly clean. The bed is comfortable and spacious, accommodating two people comfortably. The hotel maintains a daily cleaning schedule and changes the sheets every third day (an eco-friendly practice). The location is excellent, situated close to Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. There are also several affordable dining options nearby. For extended stays, there’s a nearby laundry facility (a 7-minute walk) that operates 24 hours a day. The surrounding area is exceptionally safe at night.

This is a no frill hotel. It’s clean and location is great. Walking distance to Yotsuya subway & not that far from the Tokyo train station. If u don’t want the hassle of changing subway & taking a taxi to Tokyo train station, it’s not too bad. We took the taxi today n it cost 2400 yen. I can’t say anything bad about the hotel. Staff is nice & polite. I don’t have any particular great stuff to say about the hotel either since it doesn’t have gym room, onsen or any facility that I can say marvelous. Lobby is small. I guess it’s typical of Tokyo. The stay fulfills our need. Not a fancy hotel. I don’t mind staying there again. But also won’t go out of my way to find this hotel to stay. I am neutral about this hotel. I do like the location, pretty convenient n plenty of eateries around.

Great location. Helpful staff. My only complaint was the WiFi connection in our room was very weak. Couldn’t get a good connection. We were in the 6th floor. Will stay in this hotel again.

Hotel Keihan advertises itself as a business hotel, but I stayed there as part of a leisure trip. The room is small, but comfortable enough. The greatest thing about this hotel is its location; it is conveniently located near the Yotsuya train station, and within walking distance of Shinjuku Gyoen, the Suga Shrine, and Motoakasaka. If you want to stay in central Tokyo this hotel is not a bad choice.

Well located. Minus points as we were refused tap water when we arrived off a 13.5 hour flight, and then charged Y1,000 to check in our room early when it was free. Both of these things are standard, both worldwide and elsewhere in Japan.

The hotel was such a convenient location for train. It was also a wonderful hotel, the rates were manageable. The room wasn’t huge but it was definitely a good size considering we were only two people staying. The rooms are very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Staff was very helpful/ friendly and spoke English which was beneficial. They had vending machine / microwave and also had a restaurant. There’s also a lot of eating establishments / conbinis by the hotel so options for food / misc items are available. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, extremely comfortable firm bed, good shower. We did not get to try the restaurants or bars on site. There are also a number of bars and restaurants nearby, plus the JR line is very close.

If you visit as a business, and not care about services, this is a decent place for one person. But definitely not for tourists. They are trying but not ready for many foreigners. Need to have at least one trained staff. But a Korean speaking staff was very helpful for giving useful information.

This place was amazing. It’s close the public transportation, its a 5 minute walk to many station. If chosen the breakfast buffet really worth it. The food is amazing and always serving fresh food. Highly recommend staying at this hotel and definitely coming back

Hotel Keihan Tokyo Yotsuya is a lovely hotel in the business district. The elevators were fast and quiet and the breakfast buffet was perfect for me, a vegan. There were many other dining options literally around the corner, including international (Mexican, Italian, Greek, etc.) if you tire of Japanese food. There was also a Family Mart across the street. It is open 24 hours and carries many necessities, including water and a variety of rice balls. The train station was two blocks away and, once we figured it out, got us everywhere we wanted to go, including Yokohama and Kamakura.

The receptionists are very polite and helpful with reservations. They do there best to accommodate every guest. The hotel in general was very clean and tidy. It had a good location so you could take public transport to all parts of Tokyo.
