The room accomodations are in the rear section of the property, either a trek by foot or drive to enjoy the free breakfast (which was great) in the front building. I had driven 580 miles the first day of my stay, including walking for quite a bit along the Grand Canyon rim trail; sure would have appreciated the ability to sit in a warm tub in November. The furnishings of the rooms were quite nice, living up to the "Lux' name of the property. I was disappointed the unit's heating and air conditioning unit was noisy, finally turning it off at night. The main reason I did not return to the office on my 2 night stay laid in not wanting to make a special trip back to the front of the property to comment on the sound.

There wasn’t much right about this place. Room was horrible and nothing like the pictures. Water barely trickled out of sink. You get a quarter size piece of soap for sink. Heater is noisy. Little black things all over sheets. We left early and told front desk but never able to speak to manager. The breakfast buffet there was a homeless person taking food from buffet and touching everything. It was just awful…

Its average. Cost effective for those who just need a place to sleep. Getting rid of the carpeting would be a hige plus, its old and nasty. Beds were firm, so not that comfortable for me, but hubby was fine. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was the normal, powdered eggs, sausage. Waffles, cereal, yogurts, etc etc. The location is great. 3 min to old downtown Cottonwood. 15 min to Jerome, and 25 min to Sedona.

I think the beds pillows weee the best I e ever slept in for hotels. The bedding was fluffy and so soft! The staffing was awesome and the breakfast was the best ever!

Very pleased with our overnight stay at eye Lux Verde Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and located a few minutes from downtown Cottonwood. Check in and out were quick and easy. Tiffany was very helpful and thoughtful during our check in. Super nice!

I think it was a plumbing issue in the building, but every time I used the toilet in a nearby room there was a weird high-pitched noise that was a little uncomfortable, but other than that it was very nice.

All was very good The hotel staff was exceptional. The clerk was so helpful! I thought this place was great, the only downside was there was a strong disinfectant smell in our rooms. I was fine with it , but it could present a problem if you had allergies to strong cleaners. I must reitertthat the staff was above and beyond. I enjoyed my stay here!

I was surprised how it had such great reviews. It was dated and not clean. The shower has multiple hairs in it and the water pressure was just above a trickle. Sheets and towels were old and smelled like bleach. It was like staying at a low rated Best Western Quality Inn, but pricier. Cleaning staff were parked outside my door at 9:00, but no rush!

Room was clean. Bed was very hard. Would suggest having a towel bar next to the sink. There is a hook next to the shower but nothing near the sink to hang hand towels or wash cloths. Would like a clock in the room also. The Italian restaurant ext door was great.

I was very pleased with this motel. The check in was very quick and easy. The staff member was personable and professional. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I fell asleep al.ost immediately. I was not able to eat at the Italian restaurant, but will next time I stay.

I travel a lot and don't need a lot, I like a quiet, clean room and a shower with hreat water pressure, but still that seems like too much for some places I've stayed. Lux Verde was able to accommodate my service animals, the room was amazing, water pressure was phenominal. The only suggestion is some cheese for breakfast, that's all I needed to make an amazing breakfast sandwich...

This was a clean, quiet hotel. The breakfast choices were not very good, but acceptable. The service was excellent. We had a problem with the TV. The hotel staff responded immediately and fixed the problem. Had daily cleaning staff. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and got us to our room quickly. We had a pet so it is an extra $25 per pet per night. But the room we stay in showed no sign that previous pets that had stayed in the room. No stains or smell the breakfast was good. They served fresh waffles, with scrambled eggs and sausage.
