The room was located and parking is shared mid residential, among homes or condos. Was just odd. The property is named Independence hotel, not pima inn or talking Stick. Was a bit confusing.

False advertisement. This was some random room in a building behind an actual hotel. They had pictures posted of nice rooms and pool access but none of that was true. There was also no check in office and had to go off some instructions via text message. It was very confusing to follow the instructions since around the property is so dark and hard to see any signs outside the building. When I called to ask for help, the staff had the most terrible attitude and was extremely rude. The room was terrible with it’s foul smell and the sink was clogged. Couldn’t even call for assistance unless I wanted to deal with the rude lady on the phone. I can’t explain enough how terrible and disappointing this stay was.

The Inn smelled badly and was a mix of permanent residents and hotel guests. Very odd smell overwhelmed the visit and my luggage and clothes now stink. I will not be staying here again.

When we arrived we could find no sign for Pima Inn. The hotel portion's name was changed to Independence 47 so we did not even know we were in the right place. Apparently the hotel and Pima Inn are severing their agreements A very helpful gal at the hotel assisted us in finding where we would find our key even though the hotel is no longer connected with Pima Inn. Expedia advertised that Pima Inn provided a free breakfast - there was no breakfast provided. The room was okay. We WILL NOT USE EXPEDIA AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

The check-in process was different. Everything thru phone and online. No person to person customer service. The room condition was okay for the most part but expected a more updated environment. Beds were uncomfortable. Overall, the room is as outdated for it being a part of ‘Talking Stick.’I paid less or equal for a much better condition at other places.

Hard to find no sign?

No front desk at the hotel, hallway smelled like marijuana, bathtub did not drain, tv remote did not work, room was not clean. I tried contacting Expedia for a refund but the wait time was too long. I’m not satisfied with my service.

Didn't like anything about the property. It's sketchy, rooms and hallways smell like dead moths. No front desk and just gives you a feeling of impending doom.
You would have a better time and a higher chance of survival if you stayed the night behind a circle K. Expedia, take this "hotel" of your site.

this property is misleading indicating talking stick. totally different you check in yourself no amentities with breakfast, pool or exercise room. we were wondering why "theres a toliet plunger in the bathroom" the backed up we had to do our own plumping used up all the towels had to buy towels for us. the tv remote did not work. it was all in all a horrible stay ever in my entire life and the ammont of money i paid. the property owner should put it a private owner instead of using pima in suites at talking stick. it was no damn suites i tell ya motel 6 was a better stay.

The air conditioning did not work, so a portable unit was installed. The unit leaked water on the floor, and the only solution offered was to provide towels to soak up the water. Replacement towels were promised, but not given. Floor was dirty.

Made reservations, was sent a text with a code for a mailbox for the key. Arrived after midnight, key box would not open, spent 45 minutes trying, tried to contact, no answer. Had to find another place to sleep, got text at 6:37 am, stating was sleeping. Informed them i was cancelling the reservation and secured elsewhere.

Limited signage and easy to confuse with Days Inn next door. Impossible in the dark to find. Once inside very clean with inique checkin-liked it

The key in the lockbox instead getting it from a front desk was a little strange. The room is comfy and clean.

Was ok, needs some updating. Was not too sure on the cleanliness of certain things. Furniture in living area was very dirty, just avoided it mostly. No coffee or as many amenities as used to at these style places. Could have been better, but definitely not the worst we have stayed at.

One coffee pod for two days although very quite they could have been a little more generous with toilet trees and no coffee or or cups

Great property, close to everything. Salt river field is right across the street.

The price for the location was the best thing about this property. Room was decent. No real amenities. If you are just looking for a good deal on a place to sleep this is it.

Clean room with the basics nice patio with chairs and a little table. The main hall to the room is getting an upgrade and it has paper and tape.

Apparently the doors lock at 5 pm. Due to a rain delay, I didn't get to Phoenix until after 5:30 & got to the hotel after 6 pm. All the doors were locked & I couldn't get into the room with the boxes so I could enter my code to get my key. The manager at the Days Inn on the same property couldn't check me in because Pima Inn is on the same property but operates differently than they do. She lvm for Brad @ Pima Inn & I lvm for their office but I never got a reply. Came back after the McCartney concert at 1:30 am & still couldn't get in. Days Inn closes their doors at 10:30 pm, so, since I had to return my rental car in the am, I hung out all night at the Shell service station that was around the corner from the Rental Car return center. The cashier was nice & understanding of my situation. There is something in the terms/conditions that says that if something happens & you don't show up, they will still charge you for the room. On Thursday night, I lvm for Brad & told him that it wasn't my fault that I couldn't get in and that they had better not charge me for the room because, if they do, I will file a BBB & Attorney General complaint on them. I asked for a return call but still haven't gotten one. These people are such morons. Even though their office closes at 5, they should still leave the doors to Pima Inn open to ensure that any guests that haven't arrived yet can still be able to access the room they reserved. I will never do business with them again. They suck!!!!!!!!!

Check in was nice and easy and location is good rooms are clean. Pool was available, but no Continental breakfast. Other than that it was a nice stay. No house keeping cleaned our room.

For the amount paid, there was no breakfast and if you wanted breakfast you had to pay an extra 5.00 to another place. The ad for the Inn had info. but not quite true. The place didn't smell clean.

These units are all individually owned. They are castaways from a Days Inn property. No front desk for issues, no check in, no breakfast or other services. Rundown. Not enough hot water pressure to activate the shower.

The place was clean and there were few other guests so it was also quiet. However, there were too few electrical outlets in convenient places for the wired generation. Also some of the lamps did not work. Also no hairdryer. Never found that missing in any place I've stayed. They seemed to be going through some phase with their door keys as I received new keys every day I was there. Finally I find stone floors an odd choice. Had to wear my shoes unless I was in bed because it was too cold. Might be nice in summer but not good in January.

Good basic hotel. Overall pleasant stay. Close to a power center and lots of new development.
