In general, everything checks the box. The breakfast buffets might need a bot of work. The quality/brand of the sausages is not so good and the macon does not really work.

The staff are very friendly and warm in approach. The facilities are great with lots of options including the fact that the room is fully equipped with all home facilities such as kitchen appliances etc. The gym has an instructor on duty at all times and steam room is an added bonus for the best start to the day. Overall I would recommend this hotel and I have already rebooked for next year, the best hotel on Lusaka hands down.

The hotel operates at a very professional level. Friendly staff and all concerns cared for. I’ve lived in Zambia for a long time. The management system here sets the bar for the rest of Zambia. Menu needs to be reinvented. The hotel needs a chef who knows how to use flavors. There are many chefs in Zambia that can do better. Strongly recommend the hotel.

i loved that there was a dongle available for my connectivity in the vehicle that came to collect me, very nice touch. the staff were super helpful.i did not like that the spa apparently is always busy, does not have extended work hours and has only ne therapist.i also did not care for the live and loud event that took place in the pool area a floor below mine.i would definately go back.

I came to Zambia for my birthday I’m glad I chose the right destination to celebrate my birthday. I only had a 20 hour layover in Lusaka and i chose to stay here. My stay at the Neelkanth Sarovar Premiere was amazing thank you so much to the staffs for making my stay perfect they was super professional, friendly, helpful with all my needs. The room I stayed in was big and spacious and super clean, the food was delicious I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely be back thank you :)

Housekeeping very poor . The room has problems and we had to move to another room the next day. It is a beautiful hotel but if housekeeping is not paid attention to than the hotel will be a run down facility.

property is very nice, best hotel in Zambia that I have stayed at so far. I didnt like that housekeeping knocked on my door before checkout time which is at 12pm and HSK knocked on my door at 9:30am, the HSK entered my room and I was in the other room with my door closed and had to ask her to leave. otherwise its a nice place
