The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. However, I wouldn't recommend it for light sleepers as there was a lot of noise from both the trains passing by and the nearby pubs. The trains would occasionally rattle the whole apartment!

Not like the photo in the single room, up 2 flights of stairs above a pub but quiet. Basic bed with kettle. Could do with painting replaced as very old. Ok for one night after a concert as beside connelly station if needing train and central to city centre.

My room (#4) was small, but large enough for 1 person (just me). Bed was comfortable, shower had good water pressure, room and bathroom was clean (thank you!). A couple of concerns: I received only 1 small shampoo bottle for my 7-day stay. I appreciated that no one came in the room to clean, empty trash, make the bed - I like that strangers do not enter my room....but you delivered towels and TP to the room, but never shampoo! I bought some. I was also told by several people (taxi drivers and tour leaders) that this area is unsafe in the evenings. Please beware of this area.

Molloy's Apartment is very close to Connolly train station and numerous bus stops which makes getting around Dublin very convenient. Stayed one night and it was great.

Good location for our overnight stay between completing our rail tour and getting the ferry next day.stairs not good.

Nice, centrally located 3BR in central Dublin

Really good sized apartment, not too far of a walk from city centre.

Central location with walking distance and just by railway station. Clean apartments and friendly and service minded staff.

Lovely location close to many bars and things to do a rough 15 minute walk to the shops and temple bar and 20 minutes to 3Arena which was handy as we had a concert there. Would recommend.

All goods. The aptm is fantastic. Make me feel very comfortable

The apartment was lovely, we were able to make breakfast and it was comfortable.
Only had 1 pillow each though so could have done with another one. Would stay here again, as it’s not far to temple bar area but far enough

Beautiful little room above the pub, ideal for a short stay. Kitchen also pretty well kitted out if you wanted to eat in. Molloy’s Pub below is excellent too: friendly with good and reasonably-priced food and pints.
The only issue is that if the pub’s open, that first floor room is loud. They change barrels or something at 8am (also loud) and the cleaning lady’s on the landing doing the ironing by half 8 (audibly - once you’ve woken up to the bangs downstairs). So if you want early nights or a lie in, it’s probably not the one. But visit the pub anyway!

While this property is just 5 minutes walk to O’Connell street this doesn’t compensate that the please is above a bar. To check in you see the bartender. In addition if you are looking for any assistance with directions or help scheduling a cab this is not the place for you. They tell you to ask the locals at the bar. There is no breakfast or no amenities at all. Also no elevator so consider that while lugging your luggage up very steep narrow steps. While each apartment is clean they are extremely small and the online pictures don’t do that justice. When I was booking I saw that it had a good location and a great price but really I wish I had listened to the comments more because I felt like this place was really sub par. It certainly isn’t 4 stars. I would say it is a stretch at 2 stars. I strongly don’t recommend this place if you have more than a carry on bag and don’t mind no assistance, amenities, or tight spaces.

Lovely old pub with plenty of character. Nice spacious room with good facilities. Great value for money and good location.

We were on the top floor in the attic. All the walls were angled in the bedroom, bathroom and shower. Needed a helmet to walk around. Only one foot in the bathroom to stand erect without banging your head. The shower was restricted and you had to crawl out of your bed at an angle. Not described in their description. It is unsafe. Avoid this room...

Perfect size for a travelling couple. So close to so many amenities (grocery, bus stops, etc.), we walked to get around the city. The apartment that we stayed in was really clean. It was a little noisy since it’s on top of a pub but we didn’t mind hearing live music from downstairs so this didn’t bother us at all.

Great location! The train line nearby, many places to eat and drink. Taxis are plentiful. Friendly staff, Molloy's is a fun place to enjoy locals.

This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of Dublin city, it has all the mod cons, dishwasher, excellent shower etc. The one fault with this properly is the Luas is across the road from it and very noisy at night. if you are booking in to this accommodation, make sure to have a passport or a driving license with you as I. D is required but this was not stated on the booking form as l am from Ireland, l did not have my passport on me or my drivers license as l took the bus to Dublin. The lady l met was quite rude about it and would not look at the email I had with confirmation for the booking. However she acknowledged the booking through my bank card in the end. I have looked through the confirmation email from Expedia and it does not state that I would need any form of ID other than the confirmation email to get in. At one stage during the conversation l thought that I was not going to have accommodation for the night after paying for it.

We enjoyed our stay! We stayed in the studio, which was the size of an average hotel room and had a kitchenette. To check in and out you have to go to the bar downstairs.

Well its hard to find in that there’s a door w the sign that’s locked so you have to wander through a couple bars to find out that you’re staying above a bar and the bartender has the keys. Then you have to lug your luggage up the tiniest narrow staircase to your closet cause that’s what it is thankfully it was cold cause no ac and you get only one very old towel to take a hot shower with. Now all of that aside being woken up at 3am cause I family of 10 somehow manages to check out for an hour with I don’t even know how many suitcases banging around I only saw 4 after an hour of this to see what was going on how they were checking out so early i barely slept with all that noise and the scratchy blanket

Nice room. Enough space for solo travellers. Clean and comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Good value. Good location with lots of supermarkets, bargain shops and pharmacies nearby. Within walking distance to temple bar area. Love it.

We were there the hotest week of the summer so it was HOT and with the windows open it was LOUD. Still it was nice to have the very nice apartment near city center where we could settle in for three days before beginning a complete country tour.

Great location!. Room was spotless couldn't fault it.

Clean smart apartment, great value for a group of 6. Easy walking distance to the centre, temple bar area. Fresh towels daily, bins emptied.
Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Dublin. Only down side was noise if you want somewhere quiet this probably isn’t the place for you.

It was very quaint and clean. We had the top apartment, and there was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up four floors, which was the only downfall. It was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed for a nice stay.

Had to check in at the bar downstairs, but they were so busy so I was standing in the busy bar with suitcase for like 15min....but the place is nice and pretty.

The place is in a decent location, kitchen is helpful. The place had sub standard semi-dirty state when we checked in. I understand noise of the City of Dublin BUT in addition to that we had early morning and late evening nose from the bar quite loud, early morning contstruction of sorts, car alarms going off, and very close near by passing trains. I wouldnt recommend this place unless youre such a deep sleeper nothing bothers you.
