The listing on Hotels.com is nor transparent about access to the spa. There's a lot of hotels in Gdansk, the spa is one of the few features which sets this one apart, and is all over the photos and information on the listing.
What's not clear is that the standard rooms incur an additional charge of 90zloty per person per day to use the spa! This is an outrageous fee, and we would have booked somewhere else if we had known.
Either adjust the fees to cover the spa access for all rooms, or make it very clear that some don't have access.
Lucky for us, Kamil checked us in and immediately sorted the issue in a professional and friendly way. The management have him to thank for this not being a very poor review.
Other than that, the rooms are very small but it's a clean and well located hotel.

This is a very nice hotel with a lot of potential. The overall experience is good with nice rooms and a good location. Unfortunately the spa was a huge disappointment. It should be considered more as a pool area due to a very loud environment and too many visitors (although there is a booking system). Also a lot of kids playing so we would recommend a night booking. There were no robes or slippers available the first day which was a bit disappointing. The staff was helpful but not very service minded. Since the beds were very hard we asked for an extra mattress which was much better. Breakfast was good. For anyone having trouble with loud noises please note that there is a night club nearby which we could here in the room.

Hotel is nice but we had a problem with our shower and although reported not solved. Breakfast on the weekend was a bit chaotic due to the number of guests. Better on the Monday. Prices also expensive. Location was good and staff friendly but not sure if we would stay here again

Clean, centrally located accommodation. Nice decor, can recommend

Very small room, even it was standard. Worst complicated parking, not exactly explained on website.

Comfortable until Friday night when very loud music from the club next door kept me awake until 4am which meant I had to change rooms the next day to avoid Saturday noise too. The hotel obliged seamlessly. I had requested a quiet room initially, shame not provided from the start.

Very clean and modern, good beds. A bit crowded in the spa area, and the spa receptionist was a bit rude. Other than that the others employees were very nice and helpful.

Excellent service

Amazing location and beautiful hotel. The studio was of good size and the service was great. However the spa offers a “quiet adult time” slot for the last slot of the day. This translated to drunk noisy and disrespectful hotel guests. Staff should overview the spa better. Otherwise perfect.

Good hotel, could have more room amenities. Mini bar was empty.

The pool does not operate on a walk-in system and requires booking ahead slot which was not convenient.
Even with booking slots in, the pool was incredibly busy even with both adults and children (lots of them) in the main pool which made trying to swim or using the jacuzzi impossible - which gave me a 3 star, as it was not worth paying money to use (as I had booked a room without free spa access)
I also used the massage services as there was a promotional offer which was of good value.
Breakfast was good and had a good variety.
Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable.

It was a bit too chaotic this time with double booking of my room. I got the key to one room, but suddenly another guest opened my door. I asked the reception and I had been assigned to another room than the one I had keys for. They were very helpful to correct it, but then my keys didn’t work a I had to come back and fix that too. All went well at last, but ended up with the feeling of not being sure that everything was under control, and that there would be no more unpleasant surprises. Never experienced om this hotel before, so hope it was a one time thing.

Absolutely not to recommend if you a an expectation of a pure spa hotel. Small pool were the let way to much people inside with a lot of noice. Also very poor (close to nothing) info about spa, restaurants and so when checking in. Location is great, very good breakfast.

The hotel was lovely and very convenient for walking to the tourist sites. However, when we checked in at 01:00, received our keycards, walked all the way to our room only to find the keycards didn’t work. We had to walk all the way back to reception to get them fixed. If that wasn’t bad enough, the same thing happened the next day. Not exactly great customer service and spoiled an otherwise great time. We booked a treatment at the spa which was outstanding.

Magical view from our room. Nr. 4135. We sat in the window each evening together with frinends from another room. Could have been a litle more comfort if there was pillows to sit on.
