The staff were EXCELLENT and so kind and helpful. Staying at this hotel was a make or break difference in our overall experience in Chefchaouen. They even helped me purchase a data plan for my phone, which would have been hard to do as I didn't speak the language. They also helped us find a grand taxi to take to Fes (during a holiday!)
Very grateful for the good service.

최악의 숙소였습니다 현금으로 내지않으면 안된다고 우기고 그럼 다른곳으로 가겠다니까 직원들이 밀치고 욕하더군요 제발 여행망치고 싶지 않으면 다른곳으로 가세요 The hotel offered terrible service and the old lady at the reception was so rude The room was too dirty to stay. They never accepted credit card which is illgal. Do not spoil your travel with this hotel.

It’s located right at the main square! Very convenient! Room was clean. It’s an older building so it has an “old” smell when you enter the room, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. The raid is also a restaurant. We had dinner there for one of the nights and it was pretty tasty. The only down side is that it is noisy from all the diners below since it is also a restaurant. One of the nights we were there, the noise didn’t die down until midnight.

A very cozy, comfortable and lovely Riad in the heart of chefchouen. Location is fantastic. Food is good. Breakfast is very good with fresh orange juice and omlettes.
The brother/sister team of Fatima and Mohammed is great. They are both lovely hosts and take pride in running this place.
We had a great time there.

One of the best. Our suite was roomy and comfortable. Tile work is out of this word. Decoration is awesome. Has a restutant. Had sunrooms with water fountain that are delightful. Staff is friendly. The ONLY down point was that they claim their credit card system is not working. They asked for cash which was not anticipated. They claimed it is noted in there reservation notes. We cloud not find such note. Be aware that if you use your card there is a 3.4% added to your bill. Also, their restutant is cash only. Food is good

Laccueil était OK sans plus. IPour notre part, on ne se sentait pas dans une véritable riad, mais plus dun motel avec entrée indépendante poiur chaque chambre. Notre séjour était très court, donc cétait parfait dans notre cas.

When we first checked in after our 4 hour bus ride from Fes, we were showed to a room on the 2nd floor with no windows and an outdoor sitting area that seemed to look up an air shaft. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, however, the staff member returned with keys to the only other available room which was a roof addition that had breathtaking panoramic views of the city. The bathroom could have been cleaner but the breakfast was beautifully presented and tasty. The staff arranged car service to Auberge Dardara, where we had one of the best meals we have eaten in Morocco. They also arranged for a private car to drive us to Tangier. Overall, we were thrilled with our choice!

Good location. Labyrinthine series of rooms. if you get stuck in an inside room it is like an echo chamber and you can hear all the footsteps and conversations. There was s bus load of Chinese tourists would liked to have load telephone conversations outside my door at 1 am, 4 am and 6 am. The inside rooms also have no ventilation. God forbid there was a fire.

Riad Hicham is situated in the Medina (old town), walking distance to everything. The Riad Hicham is one of the nicest hotels, a little pricier but clean, safe with pleasant staff. We took the breakfast option and we enjoyed it. On our last night we ate at its restaurant, ohhhhh so much better than at the stall restaurants. We stayed 3 nights and were upgraded to the Junior Suite (low season). Thank you!Note that anywhere in Marocco, buildings are not heated not even the restaurants (well that is what we experienced in Tangier and Chefchaouen) so dress warmly (in layers) when in off season. Good thing is that there are heaters in the rooms.Riad Hicham is situated in the Medina (old town), walking distance to everything.
