Amazing hotel! Loved everything about the hotel! Highly recommend

Brilliant as always. Staff ever so helpful and the property itself thoughtfully designed and well maintained.

Fantastic place to stay as so close to everything - beautiful hotel and art
4.0
Lovely room and comfortable bed. There is a bit of noise from the restaurants and bars opposite, not enough to stop me sleeping but a light sleep might find it more difficult. Quite expensive.

We only stayed one night, so didn't get to use the facilities like the gym or pool. However, interaction with staff was lovely and pleasant. Room was fantastic and spacious. Loved the location as it was close to the city cat ( went to the powerhouse) and Felons.
I also saw that they have bikes that you can use while you stay, however, we didn't use as we walked or got the city cat.
Great stay. Will definitely stay again. Perfect location.

Check at this place is a disaster if you have a car. It is a tiny single-lane one way in, same way out street with a bunch of restaurants co-located in the same area.
Taxis park in the area right next to the hotel and even stopping to drop off causes a huge tail back of cars, ubers, taxis etc coming into the precinct.
If you are bringing your car, arrange parking with the hotel and get directions into it (it is just before the hotel).
I dropped my family off and went to find a place to park. Meanwhile the surly receptionist wouldn't check my family in because the booking is in my name. I had to drive back to the hotel, hand over my ID and then disappear to park again.
The hotel needs to make it very explicit that arriving in your own car can be a complete nightmare!
As an aside, we went across the street to Felons Brewing for dinner; it was a shocking disappointment! Over-priced, poor food, non-existant service!
Overall, we will stay in the city next time where it is easier to park and much better eating options.

Beautiful hotel, great location
Tiny pool area (wouldn’t like to stay in summer and fight for a spot in the pool)
Wouldn’t stay there again for the price

We really enjoyed our stay at Crystalbrook Vincent and would not hesitate to stay again. Our room was a great size with an amazing river and Story Bridge view. We would certainly stay again for a special occasion.

Great position. Rooms are very dark with low lighting. Very hard to do makeup in bathroom as the lighting is so poor.

The hotel is an amazing place that you think would be really loud, but the rooms so quiet.
Also the lighting in the rooms is just amazing.

Lovely staff and the Promenade room was quite spacious. It was clean and cozy, however any noise from the outside hallway or adjacent rooms can be heard - from footsteps, to chatter, etc. The proximity to different restaurants and the nice view from the rooftop bar are pros though for staying here so if you aren’t bothered by thin room walls it’s quite a lovely place to stay in.

Beautiful hotel at Howard Smith Wharves. Luxurious, lovely rooftop bar, staff are exceptional - couldnt do enough. Parking is underneath. Dining options right at your doorstep and only 15 min walk into the city round the river which is pleasant

Great option to the traditional CBD hotels & an easy walk [ or scooter ] along the river walk into the City. Delicious options for dinner around the wharf area and also the roof top bar [ not open every night ] at the Crystalbrook for a cocktail.
Friendly staff and worth a visit.

For the price I must say this property didn’t deliver in expectations. Having booked based on photos including a large bath we decided to book to relax for a night given we have been renovating and wanted a relaxing night away. Once in the room we were greeted with a montage on Matt Moran photos and immediately realised we were given a room set up to accomodate guests with disabilities, which was fine minus not having a bath. So I contact reception and simply requested to be moved to a room that I had booked and only requested that it have a bath.
This request was promptly shut down by a condescending front desk worker who then suggested that my options were to pay an additional $150 for a room with bath or she could alternatively move me to a smaller room that also didn’t have a bath. Having already paid quite a lot more than what I would normally pay for 5 star accommodation in CBD locations when travelling interstate I was not willing to pay a further $150 for something that was implied to be included when booking. Overall for the location and price this property fell very short of what one would expect from a 5 star hotel. It’s fair to say it fell very short of modest expectation and I would not recommend given the abundance of great alternatives throughout the area.
I would also suggest not staying here on the weekend with the rooftop bar seemingly very popular with loud extremely intoxicated patrons.

This Crystalbrook property is significantly lesser luxury and service than the other Crystalbrook properties I have stayed in. Room was pokey. Parking expensive, discount code did not work.
Great location for the city access. Value for money 3/5.
