Friendly service, convenient location. Would stay here again.

To be perfect, just adding a hot tub. Rooms are big enough for big families, breakfast has waffle machine! Comfortable beds, shower. The pool is a bit cold but we had fun anyways.

We were given a very nice room on the ground floor. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was right by the outside door and for some reason folks started using that entrance at about 5am- the door slammed and squeaked as it opened and closed for several hours. In addition we were put in a room next to a family that had a dog with them. When the family left for breakfast at 7am- the dog started howling and barking. I think in the future I will be a little more picky about choosing a room away from families with dogs and away from an outside back door. Other than that- we enjoyed the property.

Could use one or two more hooks for towels in the bathroom.

I wasn't going to review this property but Hotels.com kept bugging me to do so. This is a facility that needs some serious updating!! The bed was super hard, the green couch smells like some guy sat on it without his clothes on and the zipper seam is coming apart on a cushion. The toilet paper is super cheap /rough, the Kureg kept hesitating (maybe a new one is in order), the hall carpet is freyed in its seams and is super dirty and unvacuumed. Two days in a row, the same area was left unvacuumed. The employees sprayed stainless steel polish on the elevator doors and it ended up all over the floor making the floor very slick! Noisy hotel location overall! Who builds a hotel next to a very busy railway and a busy FedEx hub? Equipment beeping (5 nights worth) you could hear the equipment running around at FedEx. The train was a surprise; it wasn't mentioned when we made reservations. It ran frequently and blew horns all night. The pool was terribly cold; no wonder it wasn't used much! Manager needs to close his office door! He used a speaker to converse! The car was broken into, stuff stolen. Breakfast was bad! Eggs taste like powdered eggs, the link sausage made our stomachs upset. There were minimal healthy food options. Instead, we were stuck with bisquits and gravy, dried sausage links, sugary yogurt, sugary cereals, and waffles. Thank goodness for the small apples that were offered. Aside from all this negativity, employees were very lovely, a nice bunch!

Convenient location and very comfortable hotel. The best included buffet breakfast we've had in a long time.

That stay was great -except for the power outage. Hotel staff really made sure everyone was well looked after during our stay and during the outage.

We enjoyed our stay. All contact with staff were met with a friendly smile, a professional demeanor, and quick response. Given the opportunity we will definitely stay in this particular hotel again.

Supper clean.

Fire alarm in room two doors down was on from 7pm to 11:20pm. 1) no one told us if should evacuate or ignore or any notice whatsoever. We had to inspect the situation ourselves. 2) Comfort Suites needs to give desk persons authority/training to turn off these alarms when appropriate.

New and clean

The only issue was the back of the bathroom door. It is worn. A good paint job would help. Other than that, the stay was great. Good breakfast!

Nothing more to say. Everything was great but the lack of hot water and water pressure. It just sort of trickled out. Maybe our room, maybe not. We were there one night and shower was right before we left so we didn’t address it. Huge room. Oddly huge.

My family and I had an excellent experience with this hotel. The staff was friendly, the food was great, and the service was fantastic. Great place to stay!

Great hotel. Stayed 3 nights as it was situated between a few locations I wanted to visit in North Cascades National Park. Rooms are large amd spacious. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great. They even offered complimentary chili in the evening which was tasty. Hotel located in a business park area so veey quiet. Would highly recommend.

Very easy to find, nice area. Rooms, shower, bed very comfortable. We didn’t use the pool or workout room, were tired. We wanted a hotel about 30 minutes from Anacortes for the car ferry. Would stay there again.

This was our second stay in a week. We returned because our first stay was so comfortable and very affordable. It’s a convenient location, close to I-5 and restaurants but off the main drag. You can hear the train go by but it was quick so it wasn’t a big deal. Our dog had room to romp—more spacious than our room in Friday Harbor!

The hotel and staff were excellent.. however, we could hear everything from the rooms on either side of us. For what appeared to be a new hotel the sound insulation, if any was horrible.

Typical chain hotel. Clean rooms, basic breakfast. Convenient close to highway. Did some laundry. Front desk not very friendly. Looked very tired and not very responsive. Asked if they sold detergent to do laundry and she looked as if I asked for something weird.

Pros- Very pleasant person at check-in, Clean room and bathroom, right off highway. Cons- Train tracks right behind hotel that has a loud horn several times during the night, Pet peeve is NO towel racks in the bathroom! Just one small hook next to shower. So other large towel, wash cloth, hand towel and towel for hair had to be on counter. Odd because it was a large bathroom with plenty of wall space. Because of this I wouldn’t spend more than one night here. A shame because it was good otherwise.

My second time staying here, I liked the hotel as it was quiet and very comfortable. Clean too!

Wow, best hotel staff ever! Literally every single staff member was friendly and they all had a smile on their face! Very rare nowadays! Pool was a bit cold for this time of year in WA and the edge had a bit of mold on it but everything else was absolutely amazing!

Decent place

This hotel went thru renovation and looks nice. The room was clean, staff very nice. They have a great breafast spread included and they kept the place clean. We would go back.
