The rooms like most japanese hotels are very very small.

Small room but just beside by haruka station.
Many complimentary food for guests

The room charge was a little high for what you get. The buffet was unorganized and lacked staffing for amount of customers. Location and service were a plus. Overall 3.5 rating.

Too few washing machines, only 3 including wash & dry, many guests need to wait 2 hrs or more. Some cases washing machines stopped but previous guest havn't take out their clothes, after 30mins password lock clear, so calling staff to help but fail and staff said you need to wait until previous get out the clothes. Disappointing for this facitilies.

Very comfortable safe in a great location with a variety of options. Only negative for “me” was no Netflix or YouTube available.

**Pros:**
- **Location:** The hotel is in a great area, making it easy to explore.
- **Spacious Bedrooms:** The room size is generous compared to other traditional Japanese hotels, providing a comfortable stay.
- **Friendly Staff:** The staff were welcoming and attentive, contributing positively to my experience.
- **Clean and New Condition:** The hotel is well-maintained and feels modern.
**Cons:**
- **Front Desk Support:** At sometimes, the front desk seemed understaffed, leading to delays during check-in and check-out.
- **Washing Basin Design:** While the washing basin outside the toilet is an innovative feature that enhances room space, it can be inconvenient.
Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and spacious accommodations!

I reserved a non-smoking room, but cigarette smoke was strong in the hallway, and I couldn't feel free from cigarette smoke even in the room. After staying the first night, I found long hair on the bed sheet and complained to the front desk, but they didn't even apologize and just kept making excuses that they needed to find out the cause. Except for the location, I would like to rate this as the worst Japanese accommodation I've ever experienced in terms of cleanliness, service level, etc.

My second time here! Clean and spacious room, great and welcome staff. Free coffee and gym at 5/F. There are many restaurants at B1 and we tried the chicken yakitori restaurant on one day and the duck shabu shabu on the other. Location is perfect, subway, JR, taxi stand, bus… everything 1 min walk only, not to mention the shopping malls and other stores around.

Very good location

This was our least favorite hotel on our 2 1/2 week vacation. It was the highest priced room per night and the smallest room. We checked in after a long day of travel and the room was hot. We called the front desk a couple times, but no one answered. I went down to the desk and they said they forgot to turn on the air conditioning. List of pros and cons:
Pros - proximity to Hakata Station, buffet breakfast
Cons - size of the room, shower was handheld faucet that was mounted too short, kids allowed to run up and down the hallway
You can make the decision for yourself.

room design without sufficient storage space and tiny table.

We experienced some confusion (language) on room charges and accounting as nobody there had good enough english and translation apps only got us so far. Had a good stay overall. Note these rooms are tiny by USA standards. We also stayed at the Hakata Blossom earlier in the week for similar price and much larger room. This place is right at the train/bus/subway station so was easy to get to from the airport (note: international terminal at Fukuoka airport is not connected to the subway - need to take a bus to domestic terminal to get here). We took a train to Fukuoka so this location was extremely convenient. Tons of restaurants and other conveniences nearby. Noise level is low despite location.

It was decent

It's very convenient to stay for transferring different cities via JR and shopping as well.

The room is very small
Cleaning is not very well, the refrigerator still have last customer’s food
The staffs are not very helpful and have no smile, I can’t feel that I was welcomed for stay
The only advantage is good location, just next to the Hakata station.

A pleasant stay. Too bad the trip was too short.

Overall a pretty good hotel and right next to the station so it was super convenient only thing is the walls are pretty thin so you could hear from the room next door but nothing too bad

The condition of the room wasn't as good as I'd expect from a 4 star hotel. The carpet was very torn up, and the wall around the trash can was very stained with marks from other people throwing trash out. The entry area had insufficient area to put your shoes, and as a consequence the area around the sink and bathroom could not be kept as clean as one would like. But, the hotel overall was a good experience, being right next to Hakata station and having a pretty good breakfast.

We had the opportunity to make soba with the hotel chef. That was such a great experience. Plus we got to eat it! Delicious!

Anyway, not what I expected

Overall I’m satisfied with my staying in this hotel. Just that there was one day the cleaning staff forgot to clean the glasses, mis-placed the new towels and didn’t refill the shoe polish papers, it’s very good.

This hotel is litterally right next to Hakata Station outside one of the central gates, so the location couldn't be any better. My room was very comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful when I asked to extend my stay by 1 more night.

I had an adjoining room which I don’t like, there was a child next door kicking and banging the door . I complained to the front desk and they went to check & advised me if the toddler. First time I experienced this. I feel it was not worked the money I paid. Very disappointed . I have stayed in this property twice and never had this adjoining room with a door. Could not rest!
