It’s quite good

Great set-up for a horrible place. Unattended reception with unlit corridors led to dirty, filthy rooms with crumbling wallpapers and no heat system. Hair on the bed (not mine) and public toilets with unclosed doors (hopefully it closes and locks, just that as I passed by it was wide opened, both male & female).
The room was so uncomfortable that I didn't want to touch anything. The tiny space didn't bother me as it was expected but the overall quality of dodginess really put me off that I decided to leave and look for another place to stay on the same night. I'd rather stay in a Korean sauna. Avoid.

Technically, this is not a hotel for travellers. It is a unique housing complex in Korea---"Gosi-tel"---and if you don't have any idea of this, I would not recommend you to book here. If you are visiting Seoul for just few days, and you want to find a cheap place with individual space, it is a quite nice option.

Its freezing weather in Nov. There,s no heat in the room.

It's tiny, but that was expected. What wasn't was the condition, the room looked grimy, filthy. The wall paper was held on with thumb tacks, the fridge was musty and smelled (it's unplugged and left closed if nobody's in the room), the air vent was filthy. The bathrooms weren't as bad, but I'd still wear sandals to the shower just in case.

This was a great place for the night as I had just arrived in town and needed a place to stay that was close to Nambu Bus Terminal. I had to catch a 6:30am bus the next day.
Clean room, shared bathroom (but rooms have their own shower), really great wifi and is located in a grwat neighborhood filled with bars and restaurants.
About a four block walk from Seoul National University of Education subway station.
Really really quiet at night - slept like a baby.
I arrived after 10 and while the host did not speak English she was wonderful about showing me around the facilities etc. This is a good place for foreigners to stay and feel comfortable and safe. :)
Will stay again and may actually investigate monthly rates.
