It’s pretty slim to find decent lodgings in North Dakota. We chose this hotel due to the price and ratings being hire than competitors. Hotel staff could barely even eke out preliminary check in rhetoric. Issues were brought up during stay with minimal effort to remedy or compensate for the trouble. Room reeked of mildew. Had to cover my face to sleep. The AC filters were filthy. We would have left but 8 hours with 1 year old twins is enough. When these issues brought to the morning desk agent, they were not helpful at all and could barely get through the 3 sentence transaction with any sort of coherence. I was told the general manager would reach out. They never did.

Loved this property. Rooms were large and comforable with seperate sitting area. Easy to pick up groceries at Family Fare and beverages at Captain Jack's.

Was not what we were expecting. Shower squealed loudly, and we had six people showing. Had to listen to that loud squealing for an hour every night. Thought we had a room enough to sleep 6 comfortably but was not the case. Room was small and the elevator was pretty janky. Pool seemed overly chlorinated and made our eyes burn without entering the water.

These are nice rooms when traveling with 3 people as we had 2 beds and a sofa bed. The only major problem was that we could not check in until 7pm because housekeeping did not arrive until 1pm. The manager did his best but I had been promised a 3pm check in and it was inconvenient to have to wait until after dinner to get into our room.

This is my third summer staying at the Bismarck, ND location for a 2 week stay. The rooms are very spacious, clean and modern with plenty of outlets for charging. The kitchen with freezer/fridge is super helpful for leftovers and groceries. A grocery store is also in walking distance. The breakfast is always hot and abundant with Jimmy Dean sandwhiches and omelette bowls, plus the usual cereal, muffins, juices, etc. The facility washer and dryer works great. Also, when I stay, they always give me the room at the end of the building, close to the back door which gives me easy access to my car. The hotel is close to the interstate for getting around town yet quiet and relaxing.There are 2 Weber grills and a fire pit for relaxing on the community patio. There is no other hotel I will stay in when in town!

Very spacious rooms. Easy access for the most part. Staff was very friendly, helpful and understanding. Came in late at night after a 17 hour drive and the staff was a terrific help. 24 hour coffee a BIG plus!

Our room was bigger than expected and so perfect for my husband, MIL, and our 3 kids; 9 month old, 3yo, & our 8yo! PLENTY of room!!! The only complaints I have was our bathroom floor was not very clean at all and the one morning we actually woke up to eat breakfast, the milk was spoiled. Other than that, literally ZERO complaints and we will absolutely stay here again in the future!!!

We were welcomed by an awesome employee then shift changed and the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and short with not just me but a room full of guests in the lobby. We went to the room after check in and noticed what looked like blood on the door. There were drops on the appliances like someone splashed something and it wasn’t cleaned. We laid down in the bed and the pillows smelled like someone with greasy Smokey hair was just laying there so I’m not confident the sheets or bedding was washed. I’ve never written a bad review but for the $200 I spent I wasn’t really happy.

Comfortable hotel located right off the interstate. The cleanliness of the room could be better. Our duvet had something gross on it, the carpets were not really clean either. The washroom was small and there was no conditioner and shower gel was almost empty. The breakfast as well was worse than what you normally find in such hotels On the plus side, the staff is excellent, beds are comfortable and location and parking is pretty good.

It’s a shame cause I been here before and everything was clean. Dirty sponge with food under the counter and no liquid dish detergent and dirty shower its not acceptable. This is just basics and I know cause I was a housekeeper for years here in Bismarck and Colorado. Short of staff doesn’t mean a bad job. Again it’s a shame and more for price. Definitely I’m going to try another hotel. Cleanness it’s everything.

Overall the hotel was good. BUT, upon entering our room, we discovered old food left in the fridge from the previous guest, there was chocolate smashed into the one night table, and there were crumbs in the fold out couch. We let the front desk know and they apologized but didn’t offer to do anything to correct this problem. I was not impressed. Besides that, it wasn’t too bad. Breakfast options could have been better.
