Hotel is a bid dated, and the bed is average. The room was clean and everything worked. Staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly
3.3
Took four attempts trying to get into the room; keys were not programed properly. Long walk to other site to get key reprogrammed.
3.3
Hotel smelled musty. Bathroom had hairs allover. Carpets and chairs were stained. Headboards on beds were all torn up. AC hardly worked and blew out warm air.
3.3
No one at reception desk. At another desk, reception seemed a bit impatient. Toilet and shower not completely clean. Dusty. Entrance door not secure. Room spacious and comfortable. Large frig/freezer available.
3.3
Nice room
3.3
After a minor glitch with our room assignment, we got settled into our room. The room was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed swimming and even had dinner poolside as the sunset. We will be back on another trip.

They never gave receipts. A wondering if they charged for my service dog? !!!! A room was dirty! Had to vacuum it myself!!
3.3
Great value for the cost. Appreciated easy access, and parking with a big horse trailer..
3.3
No one to check us in when we arrived at 5pm. Had to go to the hotel across the parking lot. The room want ready. No idea when it would be ready. No changes allowed. It was ready when we came back 1.5 hours later.
Huge room. That was nice. Poor lighting, odd sink set up, stains on carpet

The main property (Hells Canyon Grand) is very well kept and the main focus. Though we did appreciate the ability to use the shared facilities, a bit more focus and some $ would make positive effect on the Seaport.
It was a decent stay for the price.

Good food

The room had a gross smell and was not clean. Our bathroom was not clean and the bottles of shampoo and body wash were half empty. There was a car in the parking lot that smelled like
Someone died in it. I notified staff but it was a concern. The temp was 110

I am rating this pretty highly. It’s actually the “ economy” hotel for the Hells Canyon Grand Hotel. Which means the room was much cheaper but we still had access to the pool/hot tub and restaurants for the more luxury hotel across the parking lot. If you don’t read the reviews and know that beforehand I can see where it would be weird but I did and it was fine. The room was clean and comfortable- only weird thing was full refrigerator but no like mini microwave but we were only there one night so no biggie. If you are mobility challenged there isn’t an elevator so ask for a first floor room. But we were very happy with it. We enjoyed the pool and restaurant across the parking lot very much, the staff was all friendly and helpful, and the location is close to everything. Good economy hotel. Would stay at again. Air conditioner worked great in 100 degree weather which was great after a 2 hour drive!
3.3
The room was spacious with all the conveniences
3.3
The room was big and comfortable. The only complaint was how noisy it was. You could hear everything, especially in the morning. Lots of car alarms going off early.
3.3
My room was in the older building across the parking lot from the main hotel. It's reasonably well kept up and the rooms are really big. The pool and the hot tub are in the main building and they're quite nice. I'd stay here again. The price was right for the older building and I could use the facilities in the main building, so it was a win win.

A friend and I were traveling on motorcycles cross country. Found this location online and booked it. Large room. Full size refrigerator. Very clean. No breakfast offering, however offered a 10% discount at hotel next door. No issue with this facility.
3.3
It was great the only thing I missed was the countertop stove but I understand why they took them out.
3.3
The swimming pool was located across the parking lot at a different hotel. You were allowed to use it but kind of a pain to go over and use it.
3.3
Broken A/C was 78° in our room. Unfriendly front desk! Not clean, kitchen sink as the bathroom sink? Just weird vibes.
3.3
The airport shuttle driver very friendly and accomodating. I have a knee injury and she was very helpful.
3.3
Large clean rooms.

We're very pleased from this brief but pleasant stay! Out of three total visits at Seaport this was the absolute best!! Thank you! We will be back!
Only change we would make was having blankets in room but our site concierge was quite pleasantly accommodating! Thank you again!
3.3
Good: large room, nice kitchen, comfy beds.
Bad: dirty carpet, hallways were kind of dark, banged up door, coffee maker did not work and there was no breakfast served to get coffee.
3.3
Hotel was clean. No one there to help us check in, had to go to Grand Hotel. Needed an extra blanket but no one to deliver it. Hotel entrance smelled bad..no coffee in urns in morning. Overall ckean rooms but not alot of love
3.3
Kinda weird checked in at the property across the parking lot from where we are staying
3.3
The food options and walkability was great. We stayed in the Seaport Inn which is a bit dated.
3.3
When we arrived there was a pile of pharmaceuticals on the entryway. The doors to the property were wide open. The front desk was deserted and dark. A sign directed us to check in at the hotel across the parking lot. There was never front desk staff and the doors were never secured. The rooms were very clean but I slipped in the shower the second I stepped in. At one point a homeless guy was smoking marijuana just outside the front entrance. At night it seemed the lot was a place for people to hang out with loud music playing from their cars.
3.3
I liked the size of the room and that it had a full-size refrig. Room appears too be clean.
T
Now on to the negatives. Heating/cooling very loud. But I didn't need to use it. No screens or locks for window, they improvised with a wood stick to limit opening. The front desk person was never there. I had a knock on my door at 8:30 Saturday night the front desk did knock on my door to have me move my car to the front parking lot. They were going to pave that side.
My last morning in the room I took my shower and had an infestation of ant size flying bugs. Took pictures and showed front desk at the hotel. Would not recommend
3.3
Loved the fact they took dogs and my dog was very well behaved. Electrical plug did not work, low lighting and limited electrical outlets. Bathroom faucet leaks, toilet is running also.
3.3
Very spacious rooms.

The room I stayed in 260 the fire/ smoke detector was hanging off ceiling/ took pictures of it!! In case !! I noticed it —-because checking in the guy at front desk - made it clear that if someone tampered with the detectors they’d be charged $500 !! I thought it was weird that he stressed that to me !!!! So when I got in room 260 I immediately looked for them and found it was hanging off ceiling as if someone tampered with it !! I called front desk and told him about it — he said that his people already knew about it and not to worry! I won’t be charged for it but still I was in a room without fire detection/ as I didn’t know if it was in working condition or not as i didn’t check!! No one ever came to fix it in the week I was there!!!

Not very clean

Check in host was great, management was unnecessarily rude
3.3
Understaffed but clean
3.3
Stayed one night ended up staying a second and they left us in the same room housekeeping was horrible and the sink looked like someone vomited in it
3.3
Completely unsanitary, we walked in the room to find human feces on the bedding. We walked right out and checked into a different property. Waiting to hear back about a refund! Disgusted that this place passes a health inspection!
3.3
Great place to stay

Our employee stayed here on our reservation and had to breakup a fight. The staff seems extremely unorganized and lost when it comes to taking care of common things such as guests questions. The man onsite actually informed me that the motel charges for service animals! Can you say ADA violation?
3.3
Like most people I look at the reviews before I book a room. However I had stayed here before and was curious why there were so many negative reviews? Had something happen over the months that made people review negatively? So I went ahead and made the reservation and checked in. I have had nothing wrong with my stay it is just as pleasant as it was the last time I stayed here. And I am in the process of relocating therefore I don't want the hotel feel and having staff everywhere I turn I want to just have as much privacy as possible in a situation like this so I can't understand why there are so many negative reviews I have enjoyed my stay quite a bit.
