Overall, the suite had great space. However… The “kitchenette” had a half sized bar fridge that did cool things evenly (frozen in the back, not cold in the front), a coffee maker and a bathroom sink. No microwave or anything else you’d expect in a kitchenette. Room was older. Bathrooms were just ok, but the showers were icky. They had hair and blobs of conditioner in them (and random hairs on the “clean” towels). There were plenty of towels - this was a highlight. Lobby is extremely loud. There is no room service. “Do not disturb” signs don’t stay on the doors well. Waterpark was pretty good. But being from Canada, we could not use the ordering kiosks that you have to use to get food/drinks in there. You have to use a phone number and the only options are for US or Mexico phone numbers. So frustrating.

Fun stay at the lodge with water park access, room was in good condition and there is plenty of activities to do on-site. Very family friendly and at check-in Jane was lovely, friendly, and attentive to our needs.

My daughter and I went here for a little staycation over Labor Day weekend. Front desk staff was very kind and very helpful. There are activities for kids of all ages, dancing and stories for little ones; swimming for all ages. Every time the wolf howled in the water park area meant the wave pool was starting and you'd hear screams right behind the howl, of kids running to get in there. There were couples and family fitting tube rides. Food that we had, pizza and some Dunkin' in the morning tasted good. We both got a build-a-bear and that's a physical memory forever. Would definitely like to go back again; the only negative if you will is I think check-in should be a bit earlier, or check out a bit later, as it doesn't cater too well to a one-night stay, which is all we had time/could afford this time out. But if staying multiple nights, the hours of all the events/attractions seemed good.

We had a marvelous staycation. The room was very comfortable for 6 people. Housekeeping was so gratious with the fact we had three small children.All the pools were so much fun and we took on many stress relieving activities. The only negative we saw was the food was very expensive all around the lodge. But it was very tasteful for all the meals we had. We will definitely be back for other vacations but probably eat more off the resort than in it.

During our stay, we were happy with the overall experience of the water park and the attractions. however, our opinion about the room and the crews response time on correcting an issue with our A/C unit in the room is very poor. We stayed for two nights and the first night was a misery, the room was hot and humid. After numerous call to the front desk, they offered us a fan because the engineer's team was too busy to get to us. The issue was not fixed until the next day in the afternoon. Nothing was offered to us in compensation for our bad experience that night.

The hotel was great! The room was nice as well. The water park however closes @ 8pm and check in is at 4. Also the pools doesn’t open until 10am with check out being at 11. So that was really our only issue besides being pricey but overall we enjoyed our stay! Just really packed for a Sunday Monday trip!

This place is expensive, be prepared to spend some money. Nothing is free or cheap at this place. Buffet is not all you can eat so fill that plate up because you only get one chance. Inside the water park there are no refills on the drinks. You get a cup with a meal combo ($17) and the cup has a barcode that you scan at the soda machine and it allows you to get soda for 20 seconds only. Towels are $15 rental and parking is $15 per day

So you can start your day at the pool early, but check in at 4pm room wasn’t ready til apx 5pm and everyone is kicked out of pool by 8pm area inside and out shut down which in Arizona is the main reason to visit this place, our room door was warped and had a very hard time closing and took serious work and at one point it appeared shut but was open, just not so great experience I’ve been here every year for the last four years but this was the worst.

I went with my 12 year old daughter. I was hoping g to get some pool time in while she went to the water slides. They first said it would be open at 11, then 12:00. They said they were under staffed. If I would’ve know. That I would’ve stayed somewhere else.
