Everything was clean. I would stay again.

Initial room given to me had a rattling fan in washroom that could not be turned off but staff moved me to a new room that did not have the same issue.

Very clean and has family areas such as pool table and games.

We had a long day in the Dallas area and at the last minute decided to stay the night! The booking was super simple and the room Was ready when we arrived! Nice size room that was very clean and cool!

Amazing staff and property.

Almost everything was amazing except that we were on the third floor and someone with a you g child was running back and forth above us and waking us up. Last time I looked at the clock was 3:45 a.m. when the child was running around. My husband barely slept. The storm around 4 am fortunately seemed to put an end to his energy.

I made a reservation for 2 rooms/1night. I arrived at 3pm to check in and was not greeted in a friendly manner. The 2 people up front did not acknowledge my presense until one was done with whatever they were doing (not on the phone by the way). He finally asked for my last name and was told they only had the reservation for 1 room. I showed them my confirmation which states 2 units and nothing was said other than their system only shows 1 unit. I was appalled that I felt I would be the one to have to try to correct their error for them. I suggested to him, well can you go ahead and add the other room being that I have confirmation for 2 rooms. We were told they had to get the 2nd room ready so we had to wait for 45 minutes before finally getting to our rooms. The rooms are not great. There is no coffee pot, microwave, dressers, or closets for that matter. The fridge was off so we had to wait awhile before it could cool our drinks. The ice maker is in the lobby so we would have to go back and forth from our room to the lobby. One of the rooms remote control had no batteries. I sent my son to ask for batteries and he was told, they didn't have any. I went later and the same guy who said they didn't have any went to their supply room and got them for me. We paid with a different card than what we had reserved the room with and we asked if the pending charge would fall off being that we paid with a different card. The manager assured us it would but it did not.

This is close to the airport and clean. Free breakfast was fine, liked the pancake machine. They gave us water bottles at checkin, which are nice for the fridge in the room. My biggest complaint is there were a group of guys sitting outside in the hotel plaza area playing music and laughing really loudly past midnight on a weekday. They were directly under the rooms and it was hard to sleep.

This is the 5th time I’ve stayed here. Every time has been excellent. The staff is friendly. The shuttle service makes no need for a car rental.

Good hotel for working around the area or staying close to the airport. The whole area has going on renovations and is brand new wih lots of choices for food and drink.

For the price, this was an EXCELLENT stay. Beds were comfortable, everything was CLEAN, and the body wash/hand soap smelled good lol. Will definitely stay again!

This was our first stay at a Tru by Hilton and we were very impressed with it. The room was spotless and smelled clean and fresh. The lobby had a nice hangout area with comfortable seating.

No late night shuttle service. Wow.

The building is new and in very good shape. The room furnishings are a bit spartan but function and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is very good and the check in and check out are efficient. The rooms are quiet and nice.

So many good things about this stay. One of the best places we have hotels we have stayed in all over US. The room decor, hospitality, breakfast pool table, swimming pool, services, nearby food options, ... Very good for family. The rooms were quiet, the staff were very helpful. The overall experience was A1.

The window shades were nice and didn’t let in the sun. There was also no gap at the bottom of the door like at other hotels we have stayed at. Was able to get a good nights sleep before our trip
