The hotel was near airport. The shuttle starts at 6am there are taxis parked near hotel. It's by a busy through fare.

Great spot for an over night trip. Hotel was clean and comfortable. In room coffee machine, 2 queen beds, quite comfortable, plenty of pillows. Tv with cable channels. Breakfast was the ordinary continental variety with eggs, sausage patties, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, toast, muffins. Bathroom was clean and mini soaps, shampoos, conditioners. Shuttle from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the port at no extra cost. Will definitely stay here again if back in Miami.

Room was very clean & bed comfortable. They had a decent free breakfast. There’s only a Sports bar & a subway nearby for food. Sports bar food was pretty good. Wouldn’t walk late at night. Streets around are a little sketchy.

Stayed here for the night before our cruise. It was very nice and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was typical bonus points was free shuttle to Cruise port I would recommend.

The Hotel by itself was good and comfortable. The Shuttle pick up is a huge issue. They made me wait 1.45 hrs for the shuttle telling me its on the way and so on. The driver for the pick up came and then said he has to go somewhere - some Shop and left me waiting longer. Finally I took an Uber. If the shuttle is an issue, they can inform beforehand, so I could have just taken a Uber without waiting. Besides the poor shuttle service, everything else was very good.

It was a great stay. The receptionist was so nice to let us wait for our room since we have to check in early. The free shuttle is a lil disappointing since the driver didnt come on time but other than that room is spacious and clean.

The shutlle from and to airport where ok . Also TO cruiseport but we booked a shutlle BACK from cruiseport to hotel is fake . We make phonecall , the shut pick us up at 9u30 Am and we wait till 11u30 meanwhile several phonecalls with promiss and at 11u30 they say they did come . So we took a uber

The only negative about this property is the fragrance they use. If you have allergies please make note that the smell is very strong. The hotel and staff was very nice and property was clean. The smell was overwhelming.

Hotel was very clean and modern. Pool area was lovely! Airport shuttle was quite slow in picking us up- had to wait about 40 minutes. Breakfast was pretty limited on options. Shuttle to port of Miami was a very nice bonus!

The best thing was the bed! The room environment was sooo comfortable. The bed, pillows, and rink setup allowed us to have great rest after a long day. Also, the pool was warm!!

When we checked in our hotel room was covered in water from AC. When asked if someone could come and fix I was told there was no one on duty.The room smelled of mold the floor was dirty. The transport they use to transport to cruise ship pilled tons of luggage on mine and cracked it. I would not recommend this hotel.We stayed on night Aug.9 2024

Hotel looks brand new ,comfortable beds,clean,friendly staff and great pool. Breakfast is nothing special,just like others similar,waffle machine,coffee,juices,bread. Parking is included and they even have a covered area to park. Very convenient to the airport. They do not recommend ordering from the menu people put under the door.Not sure why they allow someone to do it since they are aware and do not recommend ordering. Overall a great stay,would go back.

We asked for extra pillows as the ones on the king size bed were basically small cushion throws , they couldn’t provide the proper pillows. Shower head needed changing or cleaning because the water that trickled from it was falling everywhere but my body.. our flight was very early in the morning, upon check out we tried to get coffee but it was not available. I feel coffee must be available at all times just like water. Breakfast was extremely limited

Floor stains lacked mopping and stains on the lower closet door, Night stand smudge was not wiped down. Made desk clerk aware. The response was I’ll let housekeeping know” No fixes were offered. You get what you pay for

I liked that they airport shuttle service available for free starting at 6am to 24pm. They left every hour. The staff was very friendly and the checking in/out was quick and easy. Breakfast as early as 6am: overall great for a quick visit to Miami.
