Good location near Hakata station.
Onsen in the hotel is nice design.
Good coffee at lobby.
New and Comfortable room.
Only con is expensive.
2.0
Room lighting is a bit soft, would like it to be a bit brighter. As a relatively new hotel, the tv is not a smart tv…. A bit disappointing. The public path is good.
2.5
Highly recommend booking this property. Very convenient for getting around and parking was easy. Breakfast was excellent with great quality and many choices.
1.5
Room design is good but no opening of window. Aircon can only be adjusted down to minimum 21 degree C only. It was a bit warm for us and we woke up midnight because of sweat, the blanket was thick and room was not cool enough.
2.0
Room is clean and spacious. There’s self-served laundry machines, which are very confinement and efficient in washing and drying clothes. The public bath is a bit small and crowded though. Service is ok, just a bit inconvenient when I asked for 2 more bottled water, I was told to go down to lobby to pick up myself. And, if you want to grab buffet breakfast at the hotel, best to book in advance.

Convenient and good location

Clean room and no noise.
Good location nearby train station and subway.
And over 2 convenient stores and 1 supermarket for shopping.

Clean and good service

Great hotel with modern Japan style. The bathing area is also very Japanese. Walkable to major malls and transit area. Parking is also very convenient, though it charged ¥1500 per day. Breakfast is phenomenal
2.5
Nice, clean, modern hotel within walking distance to Hakata station. They’ve added some really thoughtful little touches in the room. Pretty close to a 5* experience. Breakfast was good too. Although exactly the same for 3 days in a row. My husband was a big fan of the hot/cold bathing area too.

Location was centrally located. We were a few blocks from the main train station and minutes from the shopping. There are two bakery/coffee shops on the ground floor.
I wish there had been more washing machines. The hotel only has 4 machines which were always full. We had to walk to a coin laundry a few minutes away.

Staff is friendly and helpful, especially the attendant at parking station is very attentive, kind and provide clear guidance how to park. Room is very spacious and location is very convenient with convenience store and subway nearby. Kitte and Hankyu (2 big shopping malls) just 10 minutes walk.

The shortcomings is lack of Netflix kind of service on TV since travelers usually don’t understand the language of local TV. I want to enjoy movies when I am in the room but not available.

Free coffee machine provided, would be terrific if hot water also provided

Reviews for travelers form overseas
This hotel is quite good i would say.
Especially, facilities and cleaness are awesome.
ofcourse, it's not special one like five stars hotel though, everything is Japanese quolity.
If I had to pick a bad point, it's access things.
if you have a huge luggage or little baby, it will be slightly hard to walk form Hakata station to this hotel.
You shold take a taxi. it will be almost lawest cost(about 700yen).
Servies and hospitality are not so special i feel as Japanese, but for foreigers it will be pretty good.

Hotel is clean and new. Easy automated parking is convenient. Will definitely stay there again.

The property is like new with an indoor onsen. The onsen can be crowded at night but you can check whether it’s crowded on the TV before heading down to the lobby floor. The hotel also offers a gym with several equipment such as a treadmill and elliptical. However it does not have any lifting equipment. We stayed in a twin room with a tatami area in the 13th floor which offered a nice view. It’s a 7 mins walk from the Hataka Station where major department stores such as 0101 and Hanyu are located. There’s a 7-11 across the street and ramen stands along the main road at night.

The room was spacious with a nice window seat overlooking the city street. The onsite onsen was wonderful! Hotel location was conveniently near Canal City shopping and eating area, as well as within walking distance of the Hakata train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful in calling us a taxi when it was time to depart for the airport with our luggage. We had a late night flight and upon inquiry, they allowed us to purchase a daypass for use after 3pm, after we checked out, for < $20 per person! It was so refreshing and worth it. Would stay here again!
