Nice clean rooms with plenty of space. We were upgraded to a family room on arrival which included a sofa and kitchenette which was useful. The breakfast was very good.

Excellent location with an elevator, across from the arts & sciences complex. Lots of eating choices nearby and the breakfast was delicious; not buffet, cooked to order. Street parking behind the hotel.

Great place located in a great area. Near the center of the city, close to all museums, very lovely and lovely area. The staff were great to interact with. Super friendly 🙂. The breakfast was unexpectedly good. It's located on the adjacent sushi restaurant. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, AC unit in the room made for a comfortable stay. Overall would recommend this place to anyone.

Friendly staff. Only supplied coffee for first day then you had to pay for it. In 4 decades of travel, this was a first and didn’t sit well with us. Also no tissue or face clothes. The coffee part is enough to say not staying here again. Seems like we were slightly ripped off.

This was a great location and very close to many of the attractions like the aquarium. The staff was super amazing, very helpful and accommodating. The room was very modern, with everything you expect from a hotel. Overall, a wonderful stay.

The hotel staff were welcoming and check in and check out were easy. Our room was good. We loiked it's clean, modern design. There are plenty of places nearby for breakfast or dinner. It's very close to the ity of Arts and Culture and a 40 minute pleansant walk to the city centre. We did that walk three times but the bus is also quick and easy.

We loved this hotel. Euro modern. Full sit down breakfast included. Short taxi ride to Valencia train station, Old Valencia and the beach. It’s in a residential neighborhood area with nice places to eat and drink. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and wonderful to speak with. Would definitely return if ever in Valencia

Great location across road from spectacular Arts & Science buildings. About 30 min walk from old town & beach (other direction) & there are some lovely restaurants a few minutes from hotel. Staff were super friendly & helpful. But hotel isn't 4 Star in my view & therefore a bit expensive... rooms were new & clean - but basic.

Small room. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Nice shower. A few small rough spots such as no hand towel rack, space for fridge but empty, many tv stations not connecting. Very convenient location next to sciences museum. Overall great stay!

Front desk staff was helpful supplying things like toilet paper, Kleenex, coffee, etc. when asked. Glass walls on bathroom, so not very private. Right at City of Arts and Science. Some hallway noise.

This hotel is directly across the road from the City of Arts and Sciences. A bus stops outside of the hotel that can either bring you to the beach or into the city centre. The girls at the front desk were helpful and friendly. A special mention to Ana. Thank you for all your help.
