Great location! Nice and quiet but just off the Main Street so super walkable. Yummy breakfast delivered to our door in the morning and the bed was super comfortable. Definitely recommend!

The location of this property is perfect for shopping and/or visiting the museums, which we did both. The breakfast delivered to the door was wonderful! As is the case wherever we travel, more coffee pods would be great.

this is a nice historic stone home and is just a block off the main shopping area. The staff also sent complimentary fresh flowers, a bottle of chilled champagne and a box of chocolate dipped strawberries! We would likely stay there again on return trips to Fredericksburg

This is a quaint B&B one bLock from main st shopping ! The treehouse room was wonderful and spacious but really only for two and maybe a small child on a chaise chair ; the picnic basket breakfast was darling & good quality quick meal ; ample parking area was nice; Checkin was simple and pleasant ! The bath products were so amazing we purchased several more in the office store !

This was an awesome place and so close to Main St. I'd stay here again.

The Evers was located within minutes from Main Street shopping and the War Museum of the Pacific (which was amazing). The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean and cozy. Enjoyed the ambience of the room and the breakfast delivered to your door in a picnic basket was a great touch. I would definitely stay here again. The room was narrow but plenty of room for my husband and me.

Great place near the heart of Fredericksburg. Rooms were nice with the right amount of amenities. Just wish the breakfast matched the quality of the rooms.

I love the bed and breakfast idea, but the overnight oats and biscuits and gravy options served on Saturday and Sunday did not appeal to me. The property is close to all the shopping and restaurants. We had a very comfortable room.

Evers House was LOVELY!! It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and so romantic!
My husband took me here for my 40th birthday, and we had a GREAT time!! It’s right across from the Japanese Garden for Peace, and it’s walking distance from everything!
We stayed in a room with a big jacuzzi tub and it was big enough for our two “plus sized” bodies to enjoy! The towels were big and fluffy, and the breakfast the next morning was very tasty! Breakfast tacos, fresh fruit, and OJ!
The bed was soft and warm, and there were so many pillows!
My only *issues* (and I’d barely consider these issues), was that we couldn’t figure out how to get the bubbles to work, but also I needed some ice and it was sort of inconvenient because it was all melted together in the fridge. But like I said, minor issues.
Otherwise, we will HAPPILY stay here again for a romantic getaway!!

Everything was great except the coffee maker in the kitchen did not work and the bigger issue was that the only one choice of decalf and regular coffee available: ended up going to Starbucks that night and microwaving our coffee for the morning. Doughnut flavored coffee is not something we care for; all other amenities were great; we will bring our own coffee and coffee maker and stay again. PS check in location was very difficult to find.

We loved the location and quietness of the property. It was a packed house but we felt as though we were the only ones there. Having breakfast delivered to our door each morning was the perfect touch. It was perfect and delicious. We will definitely be staying with them again!

Front door did not lock. Delived breakfast but no place in room to eat it. Breakfast was so/so. Skipped breakfast the second day.

Absolutely gorgeous! Puts you within walking distance to all the shops and eateries. Property was excellent!

Our room was quite small and crowded. We were in the very front and there was construction going on. We would not have stayed there had we known. Unlike other B&Bs we have stayed before, there was no contact with other guests. Breakfast was unique, but difficult to enjoy in our tiny room.

Incredible place. Location is perfectly placed in downtown but on a not so busy road. Room was great. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Loved the lighter food, quiche, fruit, yoghurt, and awesome little pastries. Great place for a weekend away in Fredericksburg!

My husband and I decided to take a day trip and spend the night in Fredericksburg and booked this hotel the day before our stay. They had one room available. We checked in, and were in our room less than 5 minutes before departing. The carpet/rug was dingy and tattered, with one corner that was rolling upwards- and faced the entry to the bathroom- a huge tripping hazard. The shower had mold in it and we did not feel comfortable staying there, given the current pandemic and need for absolute cleanliness. I immediately called Stephanie, the lady working reception and asked her if she would refund us the charge as we were not going to be staying. She said no they could not do that as we were within the 10 day cancellation period. I told her that we just booked last night and we weren’t in the room and the state of the room was not clean like we expected and that we did not want to take the risk in staying there and she refused to credit our card for the amount of the room. Absolutely unacceptable business behavior.

Charming little inn just a half block off Main Street with all the shops and restaurants, and the War in the Pacific museum across the street. Everything downtown is walkable from here and parking was free onsite which is another big bonus. A little more attention to detail in the shower and bathtub area before housekeeping leaves would be ideal to improve my overall rating. There is a rooster in the neighborhood that we heard both mornings, not the inn’s problem but something you should be aware of. I would stay here again.

Loved the historic home and the great location. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great. The problems were specifically with the room we booked, the Bliss Suite. After our 5 1/2 hour drive to get there, we were looking forward to using the large jet tub in the room, but it was broken. No one bothered to mention that. We only had two towels and no place to hang them in the bathroom. The blinds don’t fully cover the windows in that particular room, so at night, if the lights are on, people from the street can see into your room. There was hair on our bedspread and on the floor, but otherwise it was clean. The worst part was that the pillows were thick and hard, and my neck ached for two days afterward. It’s a great property, and I’m sure some of the rooms are wonderful. My advice is to bring your own pillows, and read the reviews for all the rooms before you book.
