Good size of room, and they offer complimentary soft drinks and breakfast.

I really liked the hot bath!

Included Onsen access.

Rooms with the bunk gives a little more storage if no one sleeps on it. Kids like the bunk. Breakfast is not as good as other hotels. I did not like the split hours for sharing the ofuro bath between men and women.

The Akihabara SuperHotel is located 3 minutes walk from 2 metro stations. Near it there are both Akihabara and Ameya Yokocho zone full of little places whith drink and food.
the breakfast has a good choice (both western and japanese style). room clean and with free accessories available (disposable combs, razors ...). Rooms are small and only one receptionist speaks fluent english but it's very common in japan. So no negative note for these subjects. Great stay !!! I'll select it again in a my future stay in Tokyo

This property is close to subway, Akihabara electric street, and Ueno downtown. Even though the room isn’t big but good enough for myself. Employees are very nice and always try their best to help. Free breakfast combines some traditional Japanese food and some western food to satisfy local people and foreigners. I definitely will come back again.
4.5
Hotel is within walking distance to several Metro an JR lines.
Breakfast offers also some 'Western' cuisine like bread, croissants, marmelade, egg, etc.
Rooms are very small but clean, and the hotel offers an onsen to relax after a long day sightseeing.
If you are on a budget and can't find a hotel with larger rooms (I'd recommend 20m² and up), I can definately recommend this hotel.

This hotel did what it it needed to do! Breakfast was nice, the beds were fine and the pillows were…. Interesting. The rooms were very small and we had some difficulty navigating them while our bags were in there with us. The AC was adequate in the summer. The location is right off the main Aki street, but maybe a few blocks farther from the train station that it would have to be before I’d say it’s ‘convinient’. It’s basically half way between Akihabara and Ueno stations, it seems. I’d stay here again if I needed to no problem but I will look for another place before I do.

The property is between two stations so it was very accessible. The breakfast buffet was amazing - delicious food which changes every day. Lots of instructions in English so that was appreciated. The only downside is that for the bunk beds, it is a little hard to get up on the top bunk. The ladder is small and there was a corner jutting out at the top of the ladder. Besides this point, the stay was very enjoyable!

We arrived at midnight and was able to check in.

Very close to transport, and to the main areas of Akihabara where all the anime stuff is. Location is very very convenient.
The onsen was very nice - I went when there was no one, so I had a good time and it was pretty clean too.
The hotel overall could be a little cleaner, but still pretty alright. Free breakfast was sufficient, but I would say there was quite a bit of people and a relatively small eating space. I was alone so it was okay. The one elevator was never a problem for me either.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room is relatively small but clean. It is very convenient location and has breakfast included.

This hotel made my trip to Japan truly memorable. Its excellent location, exceptional service, and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to the vibrant and electrifying district of Akihabara. I am already looking forward to my next stay at this wonderful establishment.

Everything good!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Super Hotel location. It was very clean, the staff was great, and it was very convenient. It was located with just a few minutes walk of multiple train stations. It was also right next to one of the main strips in Akihabara. We would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Tokyo.

We enjoyed our stay. Small rooms but good enough breakfast great location.

For Tokyo hotel costs and as a tourist for 3 night stay found this very much interesting and value for money.
The rooms are compact and we were 3 in a room with a bunk bed. Unusual when compared to Osaka and Kyoto which is logical. Walkable to Okarimachi and SueHerochou subway and short taxi ride from Keisei Ueno station if you are taking skyliner to Narita.
Also walking distance to Anime street Akiahabara and food street/shooping street in Ueno.
Last not the least they have free breakfast.
What I didn't like - breakfast items have no labels (veg/non-veg, Pork/Beef etc). This can be improved.
4.5
Very good location, hotel has a washer and dryer that guests can use for 100 yen per load, free breakfast.
4.5
Welcoming staff, very good location and easy access to transportation.
4.5
Friendly staff , delicious breakfast, free soft drink and alcohol drink. on-site onsen.
4.5
This is a very clean and comfortable property just off the main road.

Nice breakfast, different hot items every day for four days in a row. Clean. My room is small. Mattresses are thin and pillows hard. Can get a softer one from downstairs if other people have not taken all the softer ones. Didn’t use the public bath because concerned about cleanliness since both men and women use the same bath at alternate times.

This stay was mixed. I’m no stranger to traveling in Japan, and have stayed in a wide variety of Japanese hotels, but this was the smallest room we’ve ever been booked into.
For context, the single bed met three of the four walls, the desk met directly to the side of the bed, and the remaining space didn’t quite have enough room for one suitcase (it wound up being stashed under the desk). The bathroom at least had the standard bidet, which is always nice. The bed itself was also surprisingly comfortable, where mattresses in many Japanese hotels are lacking. You can also choose your own pillow (if you get there fast enough).
The hotel itself is well-kept and the onsen is foreigner-friendly. The elevator situation is unfortunate, as it is a single, slow-moving elevator servicing 10+ floors, and the outside stairs are extremely precarious in the rain. Allow 15+ additional minutes to descend if you are in an upper floor. The location is also just far enough from any one train station to be a hassle.
The breakfast is odd. Rather than the usual Japanese or English-style breakfast, this place mixes and matches from across the globe. French pastries, Indian-style curry, karaage, pork cutlet, mackerel, broiled cabbage with pork, tofu, etc all make the rotation at least once. Staples like rice, salad and soup are always available too.
Overall not a bad stay but also not an amazing one. I’d return in a pinch, but wouldn’t actively seek out this specific location again.

Breakfast was good. Convenient for us

Nothing bits this hotel for its location. 7-8min walk straight into a whole world of animation shops. Also close to train stations, restaurants, 7-11, other shops and still super quiet. Love the free breakfast. A great variety and changes everyday. The room itself is cosy and clean. Beddings are very comfortable. Pillows of various heights are available. Cleaners are thoughtful. They even cover our cups with clean tissues if there are water in them. We will come back to this hotel next time we visit Tokyo.

Super hotel is a great 4 stars hotel. Budget friendly. Courteous staff and an indoor carbonated hot bath helped relief the pain in our legs after walking all day.
4.5
It was very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had the full bed and the twin bed bunk on top. The room was quite small for three adults, but it wasn’t unexpected.
They don’t have a storage area for luggage so they utilize the lobby.
Breakfast ends at 0900 which is a bit early.
The pillow we had was very hard and lumpy.
I never got a chance to utilize the onsen. I wish I had!
Overall I would stay there again, but not with three people. Lol

My main complaint is about the bed and staff. We stayed in a room with a bunk bed, and both beds had extremely hard pillows. While theoretically the hotel offers pillow "menu" at the lobby, the soft pillows are all gone quickly as there are very few of them. If they are so popular, how come the hotel doesn't get more of them? We ended up suffering for our two nights with the rock-hard pillows. Even worse - when trying to ask the staff about it, we realized that the hotel had several "baby" pillows in their storage, which were regular soft, but they refused to give 1 or 2 of them to us because of our age, even though nobody else used them. What a disappointing customer attendance.

Extremely clean, very helpful staff, delicious free breakfast. Unfortunately didn't get the chance to use the onsen, but all other amenities were fantastic :)

We arrived late the staff was super nice. All the toilets were next to the elevator easy to pick. The breakfast better than we expected, delicious croissants and a lot to chose from. The staff really nice and also one evening we saw that they offered a free happy hour with some nice bottles of alcohol drinks a nice surprise. Thanks 😊
