Very disappointed. Shabby with handles missing from drawers. Broken rough edges.
Tony bathroom with shower that would not turn off. Like something from the 1990s.
I used this hotel fir my clients in the 90s and noughties. It was good but not been upgraded since!! Deactivated our key 1h before check out...very useful as we were loadingcthe car!

Good value for money. Easy tube access to Central London.

Friendly helpful staff. Warm and welcoming. Bedroom furnishings a little tired and dated but adequate. Comfortable bed. Lots of hot water.

Excellent place to stay when going to a concert at Wembley! 10 minutes either end walk from the underground. Secure parking.

The rooms are currently being updated and unfortunately ours had a couple of minors issues, which the staff dealt with promptly and efficiently.
The staff were great. So much so we booked again for future stays.
Location is great.

Lovely little hotel. Perfect location for a one night stay. No complaints about anything.

The staff are great. The hotel is a little tired but going through renovations and will be great once completed.
This is definitely going to be our new go to place when visiting London.

Another great stay at The Tudor Hotel. Great location for transport into central London

Tiny musty room. We attended a concert at Wembley so the hotel is well positioned, however, I wouldn't want to spend more than 1 night here.

The room needs updating, the condition of the furniture is poor. The wardrobe looks like it's going to fall over, the carpet is old, windows are old, the floor was creaky, there are hardly any plug sockets where you can charge your phone close to you.
I did like the shower because it was powerful and hot, there is a heater, iron and ironing board which is good, the area has a good range of restaurants to choose from which I liked, if you are like me and like to be in nature there is a park that's about 10-12 mins walk from the hotel, it called The House of Gardens which has different types of trees that you can look at, a cafe and a couple of benches to sit and enjoy nature. I would stay in the area again but I would choose a different hotel.

Staff were great, even put up with miserable football fans.

I have a complaint that the beds contain insects, even though the comforter is clean, because the duvet or the blankets are old, but they are because we got scratches and itching all over our body when we slept in the bed,
Thanks

Cleanliness of the taps were very poor, mold under the spout. Mini fridge packed in 2 days into our stay. Breakfast was not included unless you paid for the hotel through them.

Great stay!
Very quiet, no hassle, friendly staff.
Room was great value, comfortable and clean. That’s all I need. Slept like a log which is a miracle for me lol.
Had no problems with tv. WiFi was awfully slow but had 5g on phone so tethered instead.

Overall staff are very friendly and helpful,
Rooms are looking a bit dated,
Wi-Fi needs a complete overhaul, very slow, repeaters have been placed around the hotel but in the wrong positions.

The actual hotel we had no problem with. We have stayed there 3 times and it's always been clean and comfortable with friendly staff.
Unfortunately this time it was spoilt by unruly, noisy people in the room next to us who thought it was acceptable to scream, shout and swear at each other from 1 o'clock in the morning (which lasted a few hours) this happened on 2 nights out of the three booked.

Dated decor, small TV, intermittent Internet and crap shower. However, staff pleasant and helpfull and location convenient.

Ignored on arrival and kept waiting to check in, breakfast details not explained, requested a room away from the road and ended up with a room that must be the closest to the road, room very tired looking. wash basin cracked.
Not very impressed and will not be staying again.

Very nice and clean property and room. Excellent service in breakfast and check in.

The hotel is in need of renovation and the burnt out hotel next door and the scaffolding next means you can’t get long towards the pier

Service was prompt and always receptive. The room was clean and all necessary items were available.

Only criticism was noise. The age of the building means that external noises (e.g. traffic and pedestrian conversations) are easily heard through the leaded window and walls (I checked that the window was properly closed twice). It may be improved by secondary glazing but thin walls may still be an issue. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Car parking good. Might want to change the breakfast sausages. There are more tasty ones out there I think! It will not stop me coming back. 😊

The photos on the website are not up to date, the wardrobe and drawers had missing handles. There was dust, and cobwebs all around the room. The lamp was broken, the dresser is old and bits falling off of it. I found cutlery down the back of the radiator, and a cigarette down the back of it. There was mouldy bits of food under the bed, and stains on sheets. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and loud because of the material. I found the woman who first greeted us rather rude, but the male security guard was helpful, kind, and polite!

My 2nd stay at this location and will continue to do so whenever in the area. The hotel rooms are fit for purpose with very comfortable beds and clean linen and bathroom facilities.
Breakfast is a welcome bonus along with the associated car parking.
A short walk away provides a multitude of evening dining options

Really in need of modernization but was cheaper than most

The delux room was satisfactory. About the same standard as a Travel Lodge. Cleanliness v good. Staff were polite and professional. One downside, they're bit skimpy on the tea bags!
10.0
Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Appreciated free breakfast on last morning, due to shower being faulty. Destination very convenient with being near my mother and public transport. Restaurant, staff and service for breakfast faultless. The floor pattern and the strong lighting in room was uncomfortable for me as I am light sensitive were the only problems, and the room was to bright with light filtering in, so had trouble sleeping. The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was lovely and warm, and it was clean.
