The front was safe and the back was gated but parking wasn’t easy. Didn’t feel safe to park in back of motel.

POOL WAS CLOSED. BAR WAS CLOSED. STAFF WAS GREAT.

Very noisy and not all that clean but was quite cheap and right on the central Tulúm strip. “You get what you pay for” about sums it up.

Not at all what I expected. The room smelled, no amenities, door did not close properly. You really are buying just a stay. Wouldnt recommend.

Excellent hotel. Very nice for the vintage concept, Super clean and comfortable beds.

Bad experience! Security wouldn’t let me tommy room because I forgot my key card in the room. Security made me pay 15 USD to open the door without giving me a receipt. I checked out at 12:47pm so 47 minutes after official check out time and reception made me pay half a night because of that. Greedy people!

Very near bus station and restaurants/shops. TOO close to the outdoor club blasting bass until 3:00 am. No a/c, though it looks like they're putting it in. Restaurant basically unused, don't know why. Was told no beer beside pool, which I felt was terrible policy

Great amenities. The rooms were spacious Pf good value for the price. They just need to add A/C in their rooms.

The girls at the front counter seem to be there as eye candy only. They are not very knowledgeable. The hotel wanted to charge me a lot for a hand towel that had green dried soap on it.Initially the girl at the counter wouldn’t let me rinse it, she actually snagged it and put it behind the counter so I couldn’t reach it. It was until I asked to talk to the manager that she allowed me to take care of it, although I really think that a worker should’ve handled it.Of course the soap came off and I didn’t pay anything, but it really soured my stay. Also, Google has free breakfast as a perk of the hotel, but when I asked for it I was told the restaurant inside the grounds is independent so no luck there.

One of the most beautiful stays I have 😀I probably use it again .. staff was excellent .. clean rooms.. and the vintage look it has very nice .. the only complain for me and my family was the parking lot 😩.. that I guess every hotel around there has it .. but we work it out .. (the hotel doesn’t have parking lot )

It's a good clean budget friendly hotel located in downtown Tulum.

This hotel was very colorful and I liked the general aesthetic. They were very much on top of housekeeping, but the air conditioning and pool were not working which would have made the stay even better.

Very noisy environment. If you dream to have a rest in your room, forget it. There was not even a curtain in my room, so I requested a shade for the window which costed my 1 hour. Staff was helpful but the hotel's facilities are not enough. Rooms are not in good condition and not really clean.

The hotel was well priced. Our toilet didn’t work, however the front desk agent fixed that. Our air conditioning wasn’t connected, so a fan was provided. Reasonable for the price we paid

I overall liked my stay here. the location is great if youre looking at staying in the Tulum centro. you're in the middle of the town so if very easy to walk to all the restaurants and bars. it felt pretty safe walking around at night too and after a certain time. The room was basic. Not as nice as i thought it was going to be via the pics but overalll good. No AC which is pretty normal for alot of tulum hotels. it was hot during the day but at night with the fan, i was ok.
my only complaint is that there is no safe in the rooms. My wallet was stolen after cleaning one morning. I had 2- 1 was a little basically just a card holder that i would keep in my tote bag for quick trips out.. this only had about $20 in it so it wasnt a huge loss (the wallet it self was about $70) i had it in the morning because i used it to grab a few $1 bills for the maid tip b4 i left for breakfast.when i came back after breakfast, i wanted to check the exact cash in it because i realized i was running low on pesos. thats when i noticed it was missing.. i checked everywhere. I have had things stolen from my room on my last stay in tulum (different hotel) so i brought it up to the receptionist. She didnt really know what to do and honestly no fault to her- and i kno they arent going to admit they stole, I just asked that it be put back while i was out and no questions asked. but nothing. I didnt make a bigger deal due to the amount, but just be careful leaving things. I guess i have too much trust.
