One of my favorite hotels to stay at with my 1yo and 3yo. Hotel rooms in the back are very spacious. The food is amazing and reasonably priced as well. Never had a bad experience with customer service.

I think this place should be closed until the summer. They are doing tons of renovations and aren’t highly concerned about the current customer experience. The building is physically and mentally cold. The staff is limited too.

When we arrived the television didn’t work. They offered to relocate us to a different room. That rooms television wasn’t working either. Finally they were able to get it working in our original room. This morning the television again didn’t work. In disgust we packed up and left.

Clean, affordable kept water park open to 8 as advertised even though it was end of season and we were about the only people in it. Everything was excellent just no real food options on property or close.

We walked the beautiful grounds and floated the lazy river almost every day. I relaxed so much I lost track of what day it was.

We usually have no complaints as it is an awesome place to stay and this is not a major issue but there was only one bath cloth in the room and the bed linens almost felt as if they were not completely dry when placed on the bed. Would definitely stay again still. I know these things happen.

Was not happy about the room was not expecting it for the price I paid. The bathroom had not safety bars for the shower the tub was very slippery. Had nothing to sit your luggage on had to sit it on the floor. The pool was great and the lazy river was great also.

Everything was great ..I believe it’s time to service the arcade or get different/more games for the kids..be careful at the waterpark there were a lot of yellow jackets (I was stung by one while in the lazy river )

THIS ENTIRE PROPERTY IS AMAZING AND YOU MUST GO HERE!! Only downside is that it's not so busy so all of the dining options are closed but it is very easy to Uber to a restaurant or get food delivered.

Property was nice, could do with a little more care on the middle water feature they have for kids but the kids loved it and it was a nice getaway for our family. Bathrooms a little small and door would be better if it swung out than in bc the room has plenty of room (more than a hotel room usually has) to have it go outward.

Booked with Expedia which never mentioned that there is a $20. a day resort fee you have to pay on arrival, on top of what you paid expedia. They advertsed daily room service ... not provided unless you call each day and request it. Staff was curt, short, not real friendly.

We've stayed at the Oasis several times over the past few years and usually enjoy our stay. The room we were assigned originally had a bad odor. The staff was great and switched us to another room. The new room had stains on the floor in the kids area and did not get cold at night. The iron malfunctioned and spit out dirty water on a new shirt. The worst part was the entire property no longer has any microwaves. My son has a limited diet so thats a deal breaker for us. It's a nice place for small children, but I don't think we'll be back.

Our stay here was amazing. Room was nice and clean. The room stayed cold the entire time which is very important to me. I suggest bringing your own pillow because the ones they have a very small. Our room also came with a fan so that was great. The lazy river is the best thing on the property! It was just me and my wife and we had a grand time. Swim or float up to the bar and get you a drink then continue to float with your drink! We don’t have kids but the kids there looked to be having an amazing time. Pool food was also really good!

Our stay was overall great. The water park has some age to it but was fun for the kids. The food available was also good. The service among the water park, hotel staff, and service groups was amazing. Everybody was nice and there to meet every need. Our issues were with the room. When we arrived in the evening, we turned the AC down from 76 to 68. After hours, the temperature in the room had not dropped. We reported this to the front desk and maintenance came to reset the unit at 10 pm. The room was miserable all night as it only cooled to 73. The following morning we were offered to change rooms. We had a lot of items so we were hesitant. Throughout the day the temperature rose back to 76. While at the pool, we discussed this issue with several others. ALL of them were having the same issue with their rooms not cooling as well. On a previous visit, we had the same issue also. We elected not to change rooms and requested a fan which we were given. Again the room stayed around 75 all night long making it miserable to try to sleep. Not being able to sleep both nights caused issues with the vacation. Again, all people and services were amazing. The room was a huge issue.

Highly recommend the deluxe double queen rooms. They have 3 large floor to ceiling windows in addition to the one small window that most rooms have. The room is also much larger. The pool area was wonderful and the staff was all very friendly. The wait at the swim up bar is usually pretty long, but if you can get canned drinks in the shop just outside of the pool area. They sell sodas, juice, energy drinks, beer, and seltzer. It's also faster to order food there - from the Oasis Grill. Our lunch order only took 15 mins. The waterpark didn't close till 9pm during out stay, so we enjoyed floating the lazy river at night with the colorful underwater lights and music.

The first room I was assigned to had a horrible moldy smell and was extremely hot despite the thermostat set at 63. We were gonna tough it out but upon further inspection to find where the awful smell was coming from, found a wall in the closet that was warped severely from water damage.
