The place is full of roaches and looks nothing like the pictures. The pictures are from 10 years ago. The entire hotel smells like mold. Stay here if you want to feel dirty the whole time. The air and wi fi weren’t working we had to change rooms 3 times to get air. The sheets were all stained even with blood stains. They promise wi do except it never works.
A full refund would be the bare minimum. I have pictures to prove all of this. The toilet seat was so close to the wall in the first room they assigned us that you had to poop sideways.
We killed 5 roaches on day one and then I stopping keeping count. The place is super noisy. I emailed Hotels.com about it and messaged about it and they never even replied. I will never be staying here again or using hotels.com terrible service. The hotel staff is very rude. As they were showing us the room the hotel employee attempting to sneakily step on and kill a roach that was running across the room like if I didn’t see it.

We booked two rooms. After dinner, we returned to our room, but the key didn't work. We called the front desk, and someone came to fix the issue. However, despite their best efforts, the door wouldn't opened. We waited in the hallway for an hour and 45 minutes. We got soaked and wet in the hallway due to the high temperature. We were concerned about our flight because the flight schedule had changed and we couldn't check in online. We needed to leave the hotel by 11:00 pm at the latest. We didn't have time to shower, packed our belongings, and rushed to the airport. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The worst experiences that we ever had.

Very friendly and helpful personnel, some with good English.
Breakfast was plentiful and with many choices.
One of the lifts was out of order for most of my stay, ie having to wait very long for the second one.
I could not use the pool once. It was under renovation for the entire three weeks that I spent there.

Very bad experience overall. From check in to check out, the staff at the front desk should not be in customer service at all. Very grumpy people and would not answer questions. We arrived at the hotel to find out that our reservations was not in their system. Even after showing my email confirmation and my receipt (I paid everything up front) they wouldn’t make any effort to solve the problem. We waited for over and hour for the manager to call them from an office I supposed, so they could do something about it. As I was talking to front desk staff, asking questions, they would literally turn they back and walk way, and I could see them in a different room laughing and playing ok their phones.
Room cleanness is also a no at this hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Horrible experience.

The hotel has no air conditioning in the hotel lobby. Pool was under maintenance our entire stay 4 days. AC noisy in the room. No shampoo or conditioner in room.

I stayed here before and was going to move to another hotel for my last week in Manaus, just for variety.
But, I enjoyed this place so much I just decided to stay.
The staff is very friendly. The morning breakfast is amazing. The rooms are great: good AC, nice view, quiet, great showers, and comfortable beds.

Staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful!
Room was nice and comfortable with great AC.
Location is within walking distance to so many things!
Let's talk about that breakfast though... Hands down, absolutely, the BEST breakfast I've had in a very long time. Not only was there a wide selection, everything was delicious.
I honestly can't imagine visiting Manaus again and not staying here. In fact, I plan on it!

Excellent all-round. Room was clean and of a good size. The necessary habitual comforts were there, from clothes hangars, and AC, to a fridge and desk. The water pressure was good too, and soaps and towels were naturally provided. Though of a poor standard there was indeed a gym with enough equipment for a work-out. The pool was also good, though more for families and kids, it even contained a waterfall. For the price paid, I would recommend 100%

Never helpful with anything but was really good at saying no to about every request. Small charges for every little thing. TV’s don’t work. Lobby smells like sewage during rain storms. No one there speaks any English or Spanish, no Portuguese and you’re on your own. Breakfast is basic and ends earlier then they say. Gym hasn’t been cleaned since 1985. Pool is dirtier than all the pictures give the impression of. 0/10. Would not recommend.

The property is well located. The rooms are clean but the air conditioning is very cold with no blankets. The hot shower did not work on the morning I left. The restaurant has 2 out of the approx. 15 items on the menu. and no beer.

No towels had to go and hunt them down, could be cleaner and could have ac in the main common areas.

The breakfast was pretty good. The facilities are poorly maintained. The lobby and first few floors of the building smells like sewer. We were only given one towel for the two of us. There was no shampoo or soap in the room. The bed sagged very badly, enough to give almost anybody a backache after a night or two. The experience was bad enough that, for the first time ever, we checked out of a hotel early and went somewhere else.

Not a bad place to stay. Slightly dirty from US standards. Worked for the few nights we were in manaus. Seems to be in a decent part of downtown, walking distance from the sights of the city.

The entire staff was super friendly. Carlos and Fernando at the reception desk are great guys with amazing life stories. I didnt speak much portuguese but they know english and I spent much time talking with them. There is a great resturant in the hotel lobby with tasty food and great prices. They showed me much love and were very patient with my broken portugese kkk. It hasnt been 24hrs since leaving and I already miss everyone. I cant wait to go back and stay again! ❤
