Excellent hotel- not too far from Broadway- usually about an $18 Uber ride. Dollar store down the street for snacks, and a few restaurants in the area. What stands out most is the service. Everyone was so genuinely kind and polite.

We had a fabulous stay at The Graduate Nashville. Service was excellent from the front desk staff, valet, lobby coffee shop, and the Critters karaoke bar. Room was beautiful and super clean. I would definitely stay here again. Luxury Hitel at a great value.

Property is beautiful and what I will remember. However I won’t remember the feeling or service. Everytime I walked in or out, receptionist never greeted. When asking for help, responses were short and lack of caring or passion for service. Bar staff on the roof - seem like they were doing me a favour making me a drink. The hotel has pop up stores which were cute. The room is beautiful and large. Worth the money - nope. Rather go for drinks or brunch than stay at the hotel especially for the cost per night.

I had a fabulous stay at The Graduate Nashville, and the location was absolutely perfect. However, we did have one small hiccup. After a game, we tried to visit the White Limozeen for dinner and drinks, but the attendant wouldn't let me in because my driver's license had expired. I hadn’t noticed due to everything going on with the recent loss of my father. Ironically, I was allowed into the karaoke bar at the hotel, where we had an amazing time. Despite this minor issue, the overall experience was wonderful!

This was our second Graduate location. The hotel is lovely but there were a couple of things that made our previous Graduate stay (Annapolis, Md location) better. Housekeeping came early- 9:30am. We were still getting ready and asked them to come back (they didn’t). Additionally, there were loose tiles in the shower floor and the toilet was not flushing when we arrived. The sink also had cracks from long term water use. They sent someone to fix the toilet right away and there were no other issues after that. On the plus side, the rooftop bar (White Limozeen) was fun and had great cocktails and they did have fun stuff in the lobby- local craft vendors the first day and live music the second day. The stadium couches are a cool touch as well. All in all, a nice stay but it fell a little short for a 4-star hotel.

We Loved The Graduate! Make sure you like pink if you’re staying here. Loved the pool area but didn’t like we had to reserve and pay to go to the pool and we had to pick a time slot of 3 hours. Only a 7 minute drive to Broadway which was great.

I just loved the pool, and the whole place is amazing!

Pool must be booked separately. No one ever told us this and when we called the staff was very rude about the situation and acted as if they have that conversation several times a day. If it’s that big of an issue they should state it more visibility instead of in the fine print in the hotel policy where no one ever reads and is hard to find only if you know to go look for it. We have never heard of staying at a hotel where you can’t use the pool with your booking of a room. Wouldn’t stay again. Do not like staying places where the hotel puts others before their hotel guest.

The woman who had her hair tied up at front desk on 8/20 was incredibly rude to me. I realize not everyone will always be very nice, but this woman needs an attitude check. Other than her cold as ice attitude, everyone else was very friendly.

This was a great place to stay with my adult daughter for her graduation trip. We were very impressed with the quality, cleanliness, and very pleasant, helpful staff. The coffee shop and lounge area in the lobby were very convenient. The room was decorated over-the-top, which made it very " Instagrammable" for my daughter. We both felt that the rooftop restaurant "White Limozeen" was a bit over-rated. We made reservations for dinner, and were not told we would not be sittung at a table. We ended up sitting on open arm slipper chairs with a very short, small table in between us and had couples on either side of us, which did not allow for any private conversation at all. It is like all 6 of you are seated on these slipper chairs with tiny tables in between you on a big area rug so you cannot avoid conversation with the other people seated there. You end up eating bent over towards the small round occasional table, and the menu items were delicious, but very limited. This seating was definitely disappointing and I suspect it is because we were only a party of two. It would be a good place to go for drinks and photographs, and that's about it. I also should mention that the hostess appeared to be unkempt, and was not overly friendly, and the service was slow that day. I'm not sure if it would be that way everyday, but if you are on a schedule, factor in extra time. I would definitely stay at the graduate again, but would not waste my time on White Limozeen.

Pretty hotel . Close to the clinics at Vanderbilt. Staff friendly with quick valet parking and checking I am 6’7” and shower was a bit short. Also had to get towels and washcloth from closet and a towel was damp. Overall nice place.

Very cute hotel, this is my second time here. I would love for there to be tea in the rooms not just coffee. I was not offered my VIP benefit this time. I’ll be back in a couple of weeks. I had an issue in the crossed eyed critter bar Saturday night and the bar tender clearly saw I was uncomfortable. They got security to help me out and I was able to leave. Very happy with how they handle that. My favorite restaurant around is the Shabu Shabu hotpot place.

Used the valet only to receive a parking ticket due to it sitting on the main road too long. Hotel yet to communicate with me how they intend on clearing it!
The bar staff up on the roof are rude… everywhere is busy so it doesn’t mean you get ignored or serves others before you. They wouldn’t ignore their tips that’s for sure.
Other than these two things myself and my partner did enjoy the hotel and would recommend a stay.

The style of this hotel is fantastic. It was a shame the pool was reserved for a private party.
