This is a very well located hotel, there is a big shopping mall next to it, affordable, convenient, value for money, breakfast and dinner buffet were fantastic. There are some areas in the hotel, including rooms that seems outdated, modernisin them will make this hotel a truly 5 stars hotel.

The room is quite big and clean, the process for check-in was fast, no need to wait for too long. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is quite good near to ANKAMALL, walking by only 5 minutes.

The hotel is very old, and it is very visible when entering the rooms. The showerhead was full of mold, the tiles were cracked all over the bathroom. The faucet was not correctly installed, so it was loose. The windows were not sound proof, so you can hear anything happening outside. Dogs were barking all night long. The AC was not able to cool the rooms because it was winter time. It was constantly 25c in the room. The tip we got was “open the windows”, which did not help. (Something we noticed was all shops, the mall etc. had awfully warm climate. Maybe something normal here.) For a 5 star hotel - they really need to renovate their rooms! To the good points; the restaurant was perfect. Food was great and tasty. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The lobby area along with the bar/restaurant is nice and a great place to hang out at. The mall next door is good and we spent most of our days here. But because of the state of the rooms, we have to give the hotel barely 3/5.

I told the reception I didn' get any uograde, and his excuse is no room available which I knew is lying. I can my floor is almost empty. I told them the air conditioning in my room is not working, they didn't even apologize and aiad they will find someone to fix, but no body even check before thw time we left.

Nice location and easy parking. However: 1. Carpet in the hallway of our floor had a very bad mouldy smell (and there a small heating device on the floor during summer that was on). 2. In-room cooling system was keep on reverting to 24 degrees and room was feeling very warm and humid. I have overwritten that to 22 degrees but then it was reverting back to 24 again. I’ve called the reception and they said they will fix that from the central system but half an hour later again the same thing happened.

Beautiful hotel, next to a mall, taxi near, excellent breakfast, meal, nice staff. Excellent view to mall. Need to repair a sofa, and a twist lamp, this was on second room, the first was excellent, they changed my room because of damage sofa.

Amazing stay as usual, every time you notice the improvement. Friendly and welcoming staff starting with Utko who made our trip, moving to Kadir who helped us alot. At the reception we had the best check in/ out experience with the greatest smile. An upgrade was offered which moved our level of stay to a higher level. If I have the name right (Kibra) was very friendly and socially active. Breakfast was another great story with best chosen material for the most famous dishes. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Being connected to a mall was great to ease of shopping.

Unfortunately, this was not the experience I hoped for in a junior suite. All pictures on the Hotels.com website are old and do not serve the truth. E.g. the sauna was used by the employees to dry their towels, the pool was emptied and in general it was a dirty place. My room was constantly at 24 degree celsius as the airconditioner always re-set and did not allow for change of more than 3 degrees. That not being enough I stayed at a smoke free floor and room, but it all smelled like heavily smoked - just wanting to get out of the place. Breakfast was though nice - as expected on a 5 star hotel.

CPAnkara hotel has the perfect location : close to mall, direct on the town exit to airport and not to far from center. The hotel provides good service, the rooms are clean. However as this is the former Crown Plaza, everything dates still from that period and that can be observed. The hotel starts to have this vintage look and some refurbishment in certain areas is required.

In general the Hotel in perfect and wonderful in all manners, Staff members and in particular I wish ti appreciate and recommend Miss çağla and Mr. Sabri for their remarkable and outstanding efforts to satisfy our requirements as a family and tourists, We are ( all family members ) so grateful for their attitudes, wonderful reactions and great personalities, once again I wish to thank them for their outstanding efforts, back to the assessment of the hotel as location, cleanness is outstanding

In general it was good but the A/C is not working good, the WiFi is bad. As a 5 stars hotel it should be better (sometimes we found a torn towels in our room)

Small rooms, small bed, old hotel, old TV unstable shower, broken elevators keeping you wait, insufficient number of elevators, 3 for the whole building! Great breakfast, friendly personnel Big shopping center just next to it at walking distance.

The location is perfect with a connection to the biggest mall in Ankara. Friendly warm welcoming staff makes me feel at home. Special appreciation for Utku TOZLUYURT. Huge well equipped suite.

Rooms were very spacious, we booked a Suit for initial few days then booked a normal room to extend our stay and the duty manager Mr. Otku was courteous enough to give us free upgrade to the same Suit and also offered us a complementary dinner which was commendable. Perfect location and accessible by highways. Breakfast was worth paying for.

Spend 11 nights in junior room. Good overall. But the furniture is old and a little dirty. The Wall is not thick enough and has poor sound insulation. I can clearly hear the voice of taking and doing physical exercises from the couple next to my room….
