Spacious and convenient cabin. Well furnished.

This place is fantastic! Great cabin with anything you could ever need. A wonderful woman working the desk/store who gave great advice for getting around the surrounding towns. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a unique stay in an area very close to Crater Lake.
2.5
Quick stopover to visit Crater Lake. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Beautiful location.

I felt mislead. The photo is of Crater Lake yet they are over 20 miles from Crater Lake. It was not a resort, they were cabins and rv camping. Had to drive 11 miles to get beakfast or dinner, some resort. Very expensive for a cabin miles from the named lake. The cabin was ok on its own but not what i was lead to believe.

Very nice place, clean, cozy, comfortable!
I would go there again. I loved The cabin and the surroundings

It was nice, the staff was friendly.
The room could be cleaner, a lot of dust under the beds and on the shelve in the kitchen.
The light bulb at the entrance of the cabin was not working, and could not be fixed during the stay, a flashlight was needed to open the door/code.

This is no resort. The staff were friendly and it's sort of close to the park, 20+ miles. It's just a cabin and WAY over priced!

It was a no power no water tent room. It was raining and cold so we got to hold the entire night without going out of the tent for toilet. I also got my hands itchy when touching the tent door zipper during unlocking and locking the door. I believe the area around the zipper were polluted with detergent or house cleaning chemical causing my hands itching.

Everything from the reservation system to the location of the resort was awesome. The very friendly staff definitely have a good eye on the quiet comfortable and safe accommodations. The view of pond's and the tent with nice beds so enjoyable. We just loved the peace and harmony afforded. Very clean and hot showers. My wife and I are really grateful to Crater Lake Resort for good vibes accommodations and a starry night…Thank you 🏕️💫

For a pretty remote area the cabin we booked offered a clean and quiet place to stay. I would say the beds need upgrading, they were pretty soft/squishy. The heater which we needed to use was very loud, but it did make the cabin warm.

Overall, a nice day the cabins were very nice and clean, not many dining options in the area.

Perfect little cabin nestled in next to a lovely creek. Nice walk through the property. Kind operators.

Very responsive and accommodating resort staff.

The resort was a very nice campground. The cabin was nice. The towels were a bit old and small. They could use some new ones they smelled a little worn down.
If you use hotels.com be careful of all the extra charges the resort charge us after Hotel.com said the one amount was final. We had to pay extra taxes on the total amount from hotel.com. This just isn’t right getting taxed on our total amount that already had taxes included. So basically we got taxed on our taxes!!! The only extra charge that was in the disclosure was paying with a credit card. This is also ridiculous because who carries that much money!
Also 2 women were very friendly but the customer service I got from a dark hair gal from me inquiring all the charges just made me feel like I was just a nuisance. She finally just threw money on the counter and stated here is the difference and by the way that’s out of my own money. That’s not the answer or response I was looking for. She just made me feel like uncomfortable for taking her money. Sorry that I couldn’t get a detailed receipt. The total didn’t match what was on my credit card. I just didn’t understand why our charges were so different from hotels. Com. She couldn’t explain it very well either.
Overall nice place, cozy cabins, able to grill and supplies. Not a lot of choice for food around so be prepared for that.

Beautiful tranquil setting.

Lovely cabin in the woods. Perfect for our family trip to Crater Lake.
2.5
Rust cabin was perfect for a riverside retreat. We did a family canoe trip and played pickle ball before bbq our dinner creek side.

This property was very comfortable and quiet. We had a full kitchen to be able to cook and enjoy the evening. The cabin had a window A/C unit which kept the living space cool and placing a
provided fan in the bedroom kept us cool while sleeping. We bought a few things at the resort store and all the people were friendly and helpful. Our bed was comfortable/ No complaints except fellow visitors need to slow down when driving by as it makes dust for those enjoying their outdoor space. We witnessed at least 6 that were far exceeding the 5mph suggested speed.

We had a wonderful but too short stay here. The place was spotless, and had plenty to do onsite. The location is just a bit south of the National Park, so it was easy to access.

Cute cute place

it is nice and ok to stay one night, but if you stay longer, you need a larger room for space to put your luggage. there should be more signs showing the directions to the resort to help guest locate its location while driving along the route.

The cabin we stayed in was clean and very comfortable. Eveyone here are very welcoming. There was live music the evening we were here. Quite a little gem. We would book here again.

No Room - No Money
I'm not sure who should be responsible. I booked through expedia and confirmed my booking and was charged. In the meantime we drove to the site. The resort sent me a message that they were double booked, but DID NOT REFUND my money. They indicated that Expedia needed to refund the money. I'm still trying to figure out how to get refund. Seems to me that the resort and Expedia should have a system where they quickly rectify the situation. The property might be great, but my experience not good. Might be Expedia's fault....?

We accidentally book glamping by accident but it’s great experience

No AC, no dishwasher, mimi fridge, tiny TV, soiled kitchen sponge and towels when we arrived (apparently left after clean up from prior guest). Close to Crater Lake park but not worth the high price, given the lack of amenities and out dated fel.
5.0
The resort is in a setting of pure, natural beauty. It's right next to a creek flowing with cold, crystal-clear mountain water, and canoes are available for free for guests of the resort. It's also a great location about 20 miles from the south entrance to Crater Lake National Park.

Clean cabins fully stocked with plates, cookware, etc. No A/C but in July, nighttime temps were in the 50s! Secluded and very close to Crater Lake National Park.
2.0
Cabin was very small, no AC in extremely hot conditions.

We checked in 10pm and it was so hot. NO AIRCON AT ALL. Fans were not enough. I assumed there is aircon coz its a resort and in the website, there was not warning NO AIRCON! THE beddings has several stains on it, there were several mosquitoes inside the cabin.Even if we opened the windows,(with screen)it did not cool down until 1am. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, we told them the following morning that we are checking out coz for sure if we go back we wont have restful night again,We asked for refund for the very inconvenient stay...NO Refund at all.
and it was pricey. How are you charging that much for the place not deserving of that price.

This was the closest place we could find to Crater Lake. The property was clean and the cabin overlooked a flowing stream which was very pretty.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Me and my family stayed in the tent and it was horrible. You could smell how dirty and dusty the place was. Very uncomfortable for how much we paid. You’re better off going to Crater Lake Lodge inside the state park with an amazing view and actual ac and bathrooms.
5.0
The only suggestion is to make clear there is no air-conditioning and although mostly not needed and box fans plentiful it would be helpful to know.
2.5
My wife and I have stayed here a number of time and it is alway clean and comfortable. If you can get one of the end rooms with a river view it it even better.

Cabins do not have AC

False advertisement
Not a resort. It is a campground. No air conditioning No restaurant around. Not worth the price. Go to a motel instead 30 mins away.
1.0
It was more like camping than a resort.
2.0
Fun amenities: canoe, pickleball, cornhole and live music & a food truck the night we were there.
It is far from everything and WiFi is bad.
0.5
We had reserved a tent for glamping. We arrived to have the tent in full sun with no way to cool it down. The way the resort is set up, there was no way for us to escape the heat till the sun went down, so we left.
2.0
Only knock was no AC when in middle of excessive heat warning.
4.0
Small yet beautiful and clean.
