These are the facts. Was not told the complementary breakfast was only for 2 adults until we went for breakfast. Dialing zero for assistance doesn’t work. The only number we where able to get to answer was house keeping. First night there at the Cafe’ went to order and half of what we wanted wasn’t available. Ok we found alternatives off the extremely limited menu. Next day tried the other choice and the same thing happened. Literally half the menu isn’t available. Usually when you sit down and the waiter offers water it’s free. Not here. 90pesos each. Checkout takes forever as they inspect the room before you can leave. Supposedly we stained a hand towel. Ok maybe. But we waited 45 minutes and then still had to ask if they where finished. And when we asked the attendance pulled the paperwork from under the counter. Kind of shady. 333pesos for a hand towel. Pretty exact and expensive.
The pools are nice. Beach leaves something to be desired. We didn’t do any water sports as we didn’t have time. It’s a one lane street to get there that is usually very busy. But spend some time and you can eat somewhere else for much less.
The house keeping staff is fast and polite. Actually all the staff is polite. Just crappy policies in my opinion.
All the pools but 1 close at 5pm.
I will never return here. But take this and decide for yourself. This was cheaper than others and it shows.
Also the spa was closed from the tropical storm 2 years ago.

Two star property with 5 star potential

Curbs are cracked and missing large chunks or stone that need repairing. The pools were designed without surface water skimmers so nothing is filtered that doesn't sink to the bottom of the pool or removed manually.
Food was excellent at both restaurants!

The pool is really pretty.
There are various kinds of pools, so you can enjoy a variety of them.
All the staff are kind, too.
It's under construction, but I can't hear the noise when I'm playing in the pool. If you're staying in the room, you can hear the noise.
I recommend you to try pizza in the resort.
The unfortunate thing was that the water pressure was weak, so it was uncomfortable to take a shower. It's okay if the air conditioner temperature is set low, but it's cold, so it smells a little high. I think we need to clean the air conditioner filter.
We made a mistake, but the cocktail we drank for Happy Hour seemed to be priced as it is.
But if I go to Cebu next time, I'm thinking of staying again. I had a great time.

The resort was lovely, and the personal was amazing. Will return for sure. The only sad thing is that the road up to the resort is very very small, and at night, you may get a bit tense with the traffic and crazy Filipino driving habits :)

Overall a good resort at the price. Friendly and nice staff. Good food and swimming pool. However the way to the swimming pool from building A was too inconvenient since they didnt seem to allow guests to pass through the shortcut. Also they seem to check guest's room number everytime you pass the first floor of your building which was weird since you have to go through it all day.

I only stayed one night, but was impressed by the multiple large and intersecting pools and beautiful and clean beach area.
The rooms looked brand new.
Parts of the hotel are still under construction.

Lovely stay with very warm service. We cannot say what the full experience would have been as most of the resort is still under construction. However, the pros and cons are as follows: PROS - breakfast included and it’s delicious; lifeguards at all the pools and beach; very welcoming and warm staff; security is paramount, I.e. escorts delivery men upstairs; the amenities are great and new; the kitchen area comes in handy; there is a washing machine (no dryer though); the look of the place is great! CONS - the bathrooms are very tiny and cramped; service can be quite slow (20 + minutes to get 1 drink from the pool bar when it was NOT busy); there are mosquitoes inside (unlike many other high class resorts that manage to keep them out); the hallways are NOT air conditioned and windows are opened (probably inviting the mosquitoes); while the look of the rooms are great, there is something “unfinished” about the rooms (can see caulking, the drains don’t look nice, the “wood” floors are very creaky, etc.
But again, it’s a soft opening and I hope they work on the kinks because my family had a really nice time here!

The sink in the kitchenette smelled up the entire room as they must have had plumbing issues and it smelled like sewage. upon check in, i asked the front desk agent if we had a nice room with a nice view as it seemed the hotel was not very busy. of course she said yes and when we got to our room located on the 5th floor and we had a view of a dirty garbage ridden field. wish i took a pic but didn't think of it at the time. Thankfully the person helping us with our bags helped us get a nicer view on the 9th floor. the service in the restaurant and bar was excellent and the food was very good. I was just very disappointed in the front desk as this is your first line of impression for the guest.

This is a new resort, it basically has a long way to go yet but has potential.Construction ongoing which is ok if they did not work all hours of the day, so if you are looking for something quiet not ideal.Service is inconsistent, observed groups being dealt with lots of smiles whereas my own experience as solo traveler was very different. Systems seem to be broken as i was asked to check out a day earlier even though reception confirmed my booking was ok at time of check-in.Positives was staff members like Rica (pool bar) and Jennifer (breakfast restaurant) who makes effort to have genuine conversations plus remember guest names!Great views if you are at the top levels of the buildings.Still undecided if i will go back to Tambuli on my next visit to Cebu.

Room has no cold water. Almost burn the child trying to take a shower. TV is poorly programmed that you can’t watch desired show. Breakfast is not that great. Beachfront property but can’t use the beach due to digging construction. Overall , it was okay. Resort fees are inconsiderably high.
