The Casablanca Inn is worth a stay. It might not be the cheapest nor the best but it was centrally located, the room were small but comfortable. The intention is not to live in the room but to sleep and the bed for that was amazing. Bathroom was large enough to accomodate our needs. Wait staff made sure we had priority seating when having breakfast and the food was good.

Ok so we were on the city side, and it was noisy - in fact quite noisy. I know that is not the fault of the Inn, but the fact remains it was noisy. It was not so much the people, but more the cars and especially the garbage trucks coming seemingly every morning and taking what seemed like an eternity to pick up the noisy garbage. Additionally, there are quite a few deliveries that come early morning to restock the bar and restaurant that are loud. when I say early, I mean 6:45-8 AM timeframe so just be aware. At one point also, the deadbolt wouldn't open and I was locked in the room (#13) for about 30 minutes while maintenance was feeding me screwdrivers under the door to dismantle the lock from the inside. But, they made up for it with extra drink coupons and the staff have been exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout our entire stay - kudos to them. The breakfast is fantastic - with the coupons especially - and the food and vibe in the Inn is really something to look forward to. Please do visit this place but try and stay on the Bay side. Otherwise, bring earplugs.

Hotel was conveniently located. Accommodations were comfortable. The martini bar was cozy and provided an intermit atmosphere. Breakfast which was included was made to order and excellent.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and had everything that was described. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay and we plan on going back during the Xmas lighting!

Funky little hotel. Especially during Halloween. Decorated to the 9's. Very fun. Alot of hotel in a small space, which i thought was neat. A bachelor/ette party would take over the little martini bar, which sounds kind of fun! Every where in St. Augustine feels historic and quaint. Casablanca included. Would go back.

Check in time is late at 4pm, so you may not get a full day sightseeing. The place is old. Great if you are there for the ghost tours, but rooms and bathrooms are small. We had one of the larger rooms #28. 3 rooms with no even floors in the place. Amenities are ok. Bathrooms are small.

The location is the best and only good thing about this visit

Perfect location if you want to stay in the historic district of St Augustine. All staff is really service minded and some even take their time to chat a bit. Room 12 was really nice with a great shower.
The fact that a martini is included every evening is amazing and the breakfast that is included is amazing to be in the US.
We will stay here next time as well.

I was pleasantly surprised what a cute property this is. The staff was wonderful, the location was perfect, and the amenities (including free drinks, breakfast and parking) made it more than worth staying. We shall return!

horrible. i was sent to a back alley during a hurricane and was not given any option of a refund. i had to leave as i was scared i was going to be trapped in the area. the room i was assigned was in a back alleyway typically where dumpsters are stored. this area was an eye sore and did not feel the safest. i am very disappointed with the property

Staff and customer service is incredible. I like the fact that it’s attached to the tiny martini bar and the restaurant as well. Both had excellent servers. The vouchers for two free drinks and very nice breakfast did not hurt either.

Loved the location and the coupons for the breakfasts and Martinis.

The hotel itself was okay but we went to bed around 9:00. At that time, the area around the hotel became very loud and noisy with other hotel and bar guests from the area. It was that way until after 2:00 a.m. Unless you like to party late, would not recommend this location or the area around it.

We loved Casablanca. Hotel was beautiful, great location and staff was friendly with amazing service.
If your room on the back side, the street noise from people walking/partying can be noisy until at least midnight.

We checked in and went out for dinner, when we got back, our room was a sauna. No electricity on half the room, no A/C nothing and since it after10, the front desk was closed BUT the number to call that YOU listed just hangs up on you. So, that was useless. Finally the bar tender came to help. He spent a good 30 min trying to figure it out. Almost had to drive home literally less than 5 hours of checking in. Parking is too far without any easy drop off location.

Very nice place to stay while exploring St Augustine. Everything is within working distance. Parking around a corner is included as is $30 worth of breakfast and drink per person per day. The building is dated as everything around there but very clean and upkept.

Room with a private balcony was great. Comfortable room which included water, robes, martinis and breakfast each morning. We would return to this location again.

This stay was the best - right from the beginning the experience was exceptional. The room was delightful. The extras such as a martini at the Tini Martini Bar was fabulous, as was the complimentary breakfast. All the staff were lovely and friendly.

My wife and I booked a suite for our wedding anniversary and the stay was less than enjoyable.
The check in process was easy but we had to dodge kitchen equipment and tripped over trash in the hallway walking to our room upstairs.
The room was very small for a suite and only had a very small window unit for AC that was way too small for the area of the rooms. The shower was incredibly tiny and took about 10 minutes to supply hot water.
The most disappointing part of this stay was, upon check-in they offered us free martini coupons at the attached lounge, Tini Martini. When we came back to the hotel after exploring, the bar said that they were closed, even though it was 45 minutes before their advertised closing time. I understand that it was a slow Tuesday night, but I felt they should at least serve people renting a room there. Definitely not impressed with the stay. The only plus side was the breakfast in the morning and our server Patrick was phenomenal.
Overall, we would highly recommend checking other options for rentals in the area.

Staff very friendly.

The area is soooo nice and historical! Our room at the Casablanca was such a pleasure and the rooms have been re-modeled nicely. The futuristic shower was the toughest to figure out for some non-techies as ourselves. Loved it!!

It would be nice to have refrigerators in the rooms for things the customers bring or for housing leftovers from dinner.

It's just a tired old place. Bed was uncomfortable. It was probably nice a few years back but the bathroom tiles were cracked and busted with holes. A/C was a window unit . It worked but blew right on your head in bed. Too hot to eat outside for breakfast and they were working inside so that wasn't available. It is a nice bar and the food was really good. Parking is horrible. Stopping by to have a drink or eat breakfast when it's cooler weather. Avoid the extended stay here. We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable. Staff was nice.

The entire experience was excellent!!!

Always enjoy our stays here. Only complaint is that in room 3, the ac unit is nearby where the staff goes outside for smoke breaks. Throughout the entire stay we smelled cigarettes coming in through the ac unit. Food drinks service always top notch.

The property was right in the heart off Old Town St. Augustine. Parking for your vehicle was offsite, but once we parked our vehicle we didn’t have to use it until we checked out. We were able to walk to everything.
