Was not how it was portrayed on Expedia but we needed it to sleep
And it was middle of the night so didn’t want to look elsewhere

Great little place to stay after or before a flight. Handy to get to the airport and the town was more chill than SJ.
No AC so it was a bit warm.
Nice family run place.
Great restaurant on the block La Sopa.

Close to the airport, pick-up and drop-off available. Friendly staff. Rooms are simple but clean. Shared bathrooms. Great for an overnight stay. No parking, though.

Had trouble contacting the owner to check in. She finally contacted me through the very helpful concierge at a hotel my family was staying at.

The location is great to walk to restaurants and a supermarket if needed. The people are nice and quick to respond. However, the room was not clean and the curtains fell down in the middle of the night. I also thought my room would have a private bathroom and the shuttle to the airport would be free. Neither is a dealbreaker, but the site makes it seem as though these were included in the price.

Place was a good value but a bit hard to find. I parked on the street in front of the hotel and got a ticket so be careful where you park. Other than that everything was good.

It was very good and practical. I needed a place near the airport to stay for the night and it worked very well. They pick you up ($10 each way to the airport) and because of COVID no breakfast. It is a hostal style place

The check in was easy but there was no on site parking at the property. Street parking cost 450 colones per hour and there was an overnight garage parking cost 3600 colones but I was told from the property it cost 2000. Breakfast was not offered despite the listing included breakfast. No one was on site in the property except guests so if you need something , you have to call the number. There was also a language barrier with the owner. About the room, small size but clean. It's a common shared bathroom ( I was not aware) but at least the guests keep it clean. During the check out, no one from the property were presence so I just left the key in the room.Hotels.com stated the amount the be paid including taxes, but when i pay to the hotel, i have to pay extra with the tax.
