There is a good sized kitchen. Our room was pet friendly and was nice and clean. It was a great choice for overnight on a road trip.

I will not stay at this property again. It wasn't terrible but just odd. When I checked they seemed really annoyed that I was arriving and staying at the property. No service on the rooms over 3 days. No gym, no breakfast but to be fair they don't advertise these. Just an odd feeling while there. I'll stay at any of the other properties in town or the Holiday Inn Express right across the street next time.

Cost cutting in room design was obvious. No hooks in bathroom. Very limited room lighting. Room door does not close when you leave unless you pull it tight. Location good.

The Hue was a good stay on average, there were three really quirky things that made no sense and sort of soured our stay a little. First of all there is limited parking, and if you are forced to park behind the hotel there is no way to get access to your room except for walking all around the building to the front door. Secondly the cable channel selection was PATHETIC. I mean come on, the guide showed around 900 channels and all we could access was some local garbage channels and a few tired selections with A&E etc. It does NOT cost that much to give your guests decent entertainment. Third was there was no blow dryer, coffee machine, microwave etc in the rooms. We asked and were told it's because people steal them so you have to phone down for everything. BUT WAIT A MINUTE, we still had to leave a security deposit on credit card when we checked in, isn't THAT what that charge is for? If someone steals the coffee machine you charge them and buy a new one, NOT punish future guests because of a few bad ones. Other than that the rooms were totally fine, and the staff good. It's the little things though that make a difference.

Room was nice and clean . Bed not too thrilled with . Sunken on left side , felt like I was falling out of bed all night . A/C was great and quiet. Nice shower. A no frills room . No Kleenex . Would stay again with better bed

Bed was super comfy, pillows were a bit lumpy however. Room was quite spacious, only downside was that we were facing tge highway, so it git noisy when motorcycles drove by, butvwe couldnt hear too much car noise. Building is new and clean and the shower and washroom is pretty spacious.

We’re a family of 5 so it’s hard to find a room with enough space but this hotel offered very spacious rooms and there’s even a small kitchenette. There’s 2 queens and a big sofa bed which is exactly what we needed. Rooms looked newly renovated as well and were very clean. We were so happy we stayed here again on the end of our trip.

There was no Kleenex or paper towel in the room. The luggage carts were unusable. The pillows were very large and the mattress was very soft. No breakfast, and quite expensive.

Upon check in they gave us a room that was dirty- no sheets, bathroom dirty, garbage everywhere. They switched us and gave us an upgrade after we asked but instead of having 2 beds we ended up with an u comfortable sofa bed. When the front desk brought up sheets there wasn’t enough pillow so we asked for another and she was like there are 4 on the king bed, you can share. Terrible customer service and very rude

If I could give negative stars, I would rate them -10. The staff required me to upgrade for a pet but were too lazy to do it themselves, even though they were completely capable. I went outside and asked Expedia for help, who told me that the staff were the ones who had to do it. When I went back inside the hotel, the staff member was upgrading someone else, and I gave them the room that I was told I needed. I just spent $200 on a room that I couldn't stay in, and the staff couldn't have cared less about it. Completely useless human beings. AVOID at ALL costs.
