The stay was beneficial because it offered a chance for my family and I to migrate to during Hurricane Milton. I wish that they would have refunded the resort fee because most of the amenities were closed, even the bball court, spa, and bar. We had to walk over to the Doubletree to get food, which was a shared restaurant! It was good for the stay as the furniture was a little dated and dirty! The towel rack in the master bathroom was barely hanging on! They had to move the balcony furniture inside the unit and there was a roach inside the cabinet that I didn’t mention to my wife because I didn’t want to freak her out! The staff was nice and friendly!

First day we check in around 10:30. When we went to shower to relax the bathroom was full of cockroaches everywhere. Since that moment i didn’t feel comfortable anymore. The tv was not working. The answer was is nothing we can do with the tv that’s a problem the hotel have, with the roaches we can send somebody tomorrow to clean . Like seriously i pay to sleep with roaches. I was very disappointed. 0 discount. And everything super expensive. I have pictures and videos of everything im saying.

I love how attentive the staff was. The property is beautiful. I spent most of my time in my room, it was extremely cozy and felt like home. The valet staff was super quick with bringing my car to the front when I texted. It was just overall an amazing experience. I’m from Miami and I do a lot of staycationing. This is on my list of one of my favorite spots to get away. I will be returning!

Pros: Very spacious rooms and bathrooms, good kitchen, across the street from the beach, awesome views! Nice staff Cons: Area rugs and furniture were filthy. Couch was not as shown, they have an ugly cover over it. Kitchen is good but could use a couple more things like strainer and blender. Overall, good!

staff was terribly rude and rooms had construction defects that should've been corrected prior to putting someone in them. Backsplash in the kitchen was ripped off, toilets were clogged, walls were dirty, and staff from somebody else was left in the rooms.

I rented the hotel by mistake to celebrate my husband's birthday and we had an incredible experience. We rented two rooms and they are very modern, spacious and comfortable. The workers are super attentive. I want to highlight that Jennifer from valet parking is extremely attentive and above all, she helped me make my experience even better. I recommend this hotel 100 percent and I hope it is not my only visit

Hidden fees not found in details on the booking!!!!! I booked this property and it stated on the booking that only payment upon check in will be resort and parking fee ($169). However, they were asking me for ($339) for service and management fees that were not even listed on booking details… and if I didn’t pay that they wouldn’t allow me to check me in. Since I found this odd, I called Vrbo support and they said I was correct. I should only be paying $169 and therefore they suggested for me to cancel since asking me for more money that o didn’t sign up for was fraudulent. VRBO could not reach them that day, although they were reaching out to me for more money and I was already there. It’s been a nightmare and now I have an open case just to receive a full refund because none of this was my fault and I put my family on a bind having traveled there with kids and not being able to check in. I am also meeting with the building manager to ensure that this does not happen to any other families.

First off a fair warning that they charge $150 DEPOSIT PER NIGHT!!!!! We were not told about this at all prior to booking just about resort fee and admin fees. I had to place a $750 deposit at arrival for 5 nights. Secondly I requested a late checkout due to a flight delay and was ask to pay $100 extra for 2 hours / checkout is 11am we requested 1pm checkout. Third, a lot of homeless ppl at the 7/11 store right on the property. Forth, this is NOT ocean front but ocean views. Fifth, this property is not walking distance to anything. We had to Uber across the bridge to Walmart and also to the Boardwalk which is about 2.5 miles away. The room was great! Updated and clean (we saw 2 baby roaches under the kitchen sink). The oddest disappointment was the nightly deposit fee of $150 a night! If your on a budget beware! Takes 3-7 days to get the deposit back after checkout.

This property is great. Staff are friendly. Proximity to the beaches and both Miami and Ft. Lauderdale is nice. Only downside are the elevators. So slow. If you are on an upper floor the rides up or down are painful most times.

My stay at the HYDE Beach House was amazing, the one-bedroom suit was large and spacious. At the time of check-in Paola and Junior provided great information on the amenities of the hotel. The beach and several restaurants are within walking distance. At checkout Briana was helpful explaining my final bill and other charges. Overall, my stay and the service were outstanding. We got there at 4pm ready for check-in, but we had to wait more than one hour for them to finish cleaning the room. After waiting a while, when I went to ask if our room was ready, the latino guy at the reception said he doesn't remember last names. I had to show the driver license again to check the status of our room. I dont know how he forgot the last name, we were sitting next to him waiting the whole time. When our room was finally ready, the closets were dirty, the bed sheets had sand in them. The toilet got clogged my first day there. The elevator to go up or down takes 30 minutes waiting. We'll definitely never going back there. The hotel and amenities were good, but the service sucked. For the money we paid, we could have found a place directly on the beach that treat their guests nicer.

Check in time is 4 pm & my family had to wait 30 mins until our room was ready. Which sucks when you have been driving for 4 hours with kids & then get stuck waiting in the lobby. The room was beautiful and clean with an amazing view! We had an 2 bedroom suite. It’s very spacious with washer & dryer also a full kitchen. Elevator wait can be crazy on weekends. Also wasn’t happy that the only parking option is valet which is 40 a day. If you leave anything in car you must wait for them to bring it down just to grab one item. Hotel is in a great location. Close to food, gas station & walmart
