Stayed on the first floor and was kept awake most of the night with music continually playing repeatedly, mainly hearing the drum beat over and over again. I though it was a event or something and would stop later, but it didn't! Found out when I went down to reception it was the speakers fasten to the ceiling in reception. Told them about it and they just said... sorry about that.

Nice stay, rooms are very modern and comfortable. love the light under the bed ao turns on with movement off the bed for in the night get ups. good space to get ready and set up. nice little nook to.sit in aswell. although shouting eco friendly tv was on when in the room so was left on, not needed at all. Could not figire out how to use room service at all. It is a long walk to the hotel, so be prepared. i would also as a lone female recommend getting an uber or similar from the parking to hotel and the walk from their around the lakw is dark and not safe alone. Hotel would benefit from a shuttle or similar to safely transport lone travelers. Breakfast does feel chaotic, although nice, the layout is just off as all worked around the bar..an the lighting over th main table looks great but not practical, collegue banged his head numerous times getting up as they are just so low. Very ideal location though as right next to the nec and short walk to world resorts.

My son is severely disabled and i was a bit concerned if we would manage in a hotel but it was perfect for us.Plenty of room in the bedroom and parking right next to the hotel.Brrakfast was brilliant and we all enjoyed it.I would definitely stay here again as we practically rolled out of bed into the Nec.

Location to NEC was fantastic. However overall stay was mediocre. Room design is great but, the AC in the rooms are a joke! You can’t adjust and the room is constantly boiling lending itself to a very uncomfortable night sleep. Bed wasn’t comfortable or to my liking. Shower was blocked so after a period of time the water was building up in the shower. Breakfast food items was cheap and tasted dreadful. In all honesty I’ve stayed in a few amount of hotels and never really picky but for the price moxy are charging it can do better. In honesty, it’s the first time we ever stayed an moxy and was such a let down. Disappointing as everything it represents on the outside fits with our personality but unfortunately didn’t deliver. A simple case of style over substance.

The rooms look like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, had dust all over the lamps. I only stayed for a night and I'm glad. Apart from that, the staff were very lovely

Great stay and location next to NEC where we were going. The staff were very friendly, free drink on arrival and bag drop space for pre check-in time. Modern room, comfy bed, lovely shower room with complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was very nice, plentiful and a great selection of everything hot and cold.

Perfect place to stay while visiting the NEC. Hotel was exceptionally clean with lots of great interior touches. Friendly staff. Breakfast was sit on. Car park is a little walk away but not a problem.

The hotel is fine, however parking is a huge problem. The allocated carpark is on the other side of the lake. Visiting the conference centre meant that in reality we had to carry bags along way to the hotel. The drop off time was next to useless. No shuttle buses either.

I asked to see Mr Moxy but he wasn’t available. I also asked for the £9.95 Premier Inn breakfast and to meet Lenny Henry but they told me I was at the wrong hotel. This was very very strange. Rooms all have beds, which is important and bathroom has hot and cold water and room has a window so this is good also. TV didn’t have any adult channels though which was bad. Boo. Shame.

Very clean, everything easy to find, decent crosstrainer in the small gym, breakfast had a surprisingly good selection. Plenty of places to eat with a short walk,so didn’t try their main menu. Very convenient for plane, train etc.

I arrived at 9.30pm after 3.5 hours of travel and was told at the check in desk that they had overbooked and there was no room for me. They booked me a room in the Hilton nearby but shared the wrong name for the new booking so when I arrived at the Hilton, there was no booking in my name. This further delayed my check in. The room they booked for me was obviously the cheapest option and it was a horrible single occupancy room with no air-conditioning which resulted in me having to move room at 10.30pm. When I book and prepay for a hotel room I expect to have that room available to me upon arrival. This is the bare minimum. The room at the Moxy was comfortable but I wouldn't look to stay there again to poor booking practices. The breakfast in the Hilton was better so I'd consider looking there for a stay in the NEC area.

If you are attending a show at the NEC, this is the perfect place to stay. It’s within walking distance, and there are plenty of decent bars and restaurants nearby. The airport is also just a 10-minute walk away. The awesome crew and great service create a fantastic vibe at Moxy

The breakfast was well worth it. Kept me full through my busy days. The style of the place was very nice, and it made for a nice social atmosphere. The shower was a bit tight to turn around in.

Went to see Nicki Minaj and this was the closest hotel. Check in was easy and all staff friendly and accommodating. Had two free drinks from the bar. Hotel allows just eat delivery and eat in to lobby. Hotel room clean and scenic, had a lush sleep in the twin room!
