Clean & quiet while included food was good (except fried rice which I didn't manage to try) though I took a while to figure out that the showers were located inside the public bath, which may not be to everyone's preference. Arrow pointing to my cubicle was smaller & partially covered by a adjacent curtain so I took a while to locate it also. Cubicle has only a small phone-sized compartment that's lockable (where you can charge your devices, but only if they use USB-A cable & not 2/3 pin plugs), so other things that you wish to secure have to go into the locker room on a differenr floor.

I liked the breakfast and the bathhouse.

Very fascinating business model. I fully understand that every choice they made was a product of trying to deliver a good experience at the lowest price possible, in an extremely narrow building.
Given these constraints, I think they did a good job: the common bath was very good and fully equipped with various types of baths (cold, sauna, outdoors). The lounge upstairs was generous with free morning curry, free drink machines and alcohol, and free rice and soup throughout the day.
Two criticisms: one is that the lounge is a bit cramped and is not laid out in a way to facilitate interaction. Everyone is seated in a row, staring at their own screens. (Again, I understand the space constraints involved.) The second is that I don't understand why the lockers are all on their own floor, away from the capsule. The two elevators are already overworked and require long waits; making us take it between room and locker uses up more of our time. (And this isn't a space issue, but a layout issue.)

This is a hostel, so the confort experience is very different than a hotel. The only thing weird is the showers as these are open and shared.
The rest of the facilities are really good. Definitely I will go back if have the chance. Ps: this hostel is just for men

The novelty wore off early (around 9AM), getting there after a full day of travel, just wanting to crash. I could check-in, but couldn't stay until 3PM. They stored my bag while I zombie'd around town, but the novelty was quickly restored.
It has pretty much everything you *need*, with multiple amenities including a spa, sauna, sento (look up rules if unfamiliar), coin-operated laundry, charging cables, and lounge with free food/drink. Indoor smoking room, appears well ventilated, as I didn't note any smell around the property.
Overall, interesting, and recommended, all in a good location with friendly staff.

The concept is really cool. I didn’t expect to feel as comfortable as I did there. The capsules feel extremely secure, and there’s pretty tight security throughout. I also really liked the baths available, as well as the lounge in the top floor with free food and drinks. Some parts of the hotel I didn’t like as much. It’s inevitable, but hearing other people coughing and snoring while you try to sleep is annoying. There are also practically no windows in the hotel, so it often feels like you are in solitary confinement and are unable to get a grasp of the time of day. It’s worth the stay for a night because it’s fun. I would say I recommend it.

First time in a capsule hotel and it was pretty good, they include free dinner that it's very convenient, also very quiet place, and an awesome staff. I definitely recommend it.

As a guest I wish they had treated me so better , I asked politely one day before leaving if someone could call me a taxi, but no one did and not all the time was clean , one suggestion in Japan they shouldn't
have smoking era because still smell and is a very bad smell, the staff should be more friendly and more understanding , if someone asked me would I recommend this I would probably say no
