It was one of the best hotel
I’ve stayed, and I can’t say enough about Japanese hospitality. Highly highly recommended
4.7
This is by far the best hotel i have yet to stay at worldwide.

Great location,
4.7
The room size was ok, not that big but enough to keep your bag and have a small couch .The bed was comfy, with amenities like coffee and kettle. The wifi in the room facing the city was ok, not the strongest signal. There was no work desk so you need to use a small oval table for work, what was not convenient. Bath room was good with good water pressure but it is a bit small for western standards. breakfast was included in my package and it was good with an option of egg prepared and a buffet. The location and convenience is good. Maybe limit for a business traveler. The smaller inner garden facing room is smaller but has a working desk and may be more for a business traveler however it is facing the corridor and the room is up for everybody in the corridor to see what you do in the room.
4.7
I had a inner garden facing room for my 10 days stay. The room was smaller than previous one facing the city. I felt there is no privacy as I had to keep the window shades closed if I wanted to have some tranquility to do work etc. as people walking in the corridor could see me in my room. The hotel and stay was good however they eliminated some items like the bath robe, amenities from the room (need to collect at the entrance). Is it worth the price from the site? I have my doubts...I felt too expensive for the room type I got

We just had the best time. If I ever travel to Tokyo again this will be where I’ll stay!
4.7
Stunning view and rooms were bright and clean. Bed was very comfortable.
4.7
Amazing hotel! It was clean, modern & easy access to metro & shopping center.
The service was really fantastic. The breakfast was a bit boring and Japanese breakfast - but there was a lot to choose.
The hotel reception is on 36th floor - so you have a great overview as well!
4.7
The images are very deceiving. From the photos the room size looks large but when you see the actual room you will be surprised to see the small size. Also, the property was difficult to find in the beginning and there were not clear sign. I also didn't like the way to access the room. You have to first go to 36 floor reception and take another elevator to reach to your room. Lastly, the staff was not super friendly compared to other hotels I have stayed. I would not recommend this hotel for long stays.
4.7
The view is very nice around the hotel, everything is in a walkable distance
4.7
The location is perfect, there is a train station at the bottom level. It made taking the train so much easier. The hotel room was very clean and just as described in the post. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they helped get our luggage to the next stop. There is an onseen in the hotel, which was very nice to have! I can’t wait to go back again.
4.7
There is a very comfortable bus from Haneda directly to the hotel, with luggage stowed underneath, which is extremely convenient compared to traveling with luggage via monorail or subway, however, it also has a subway station immediately underneath the building with direct access from the hotel elevator which is very convenient for getting out and about.
The hotel is on the top floors of a high rise, with great views from the lobby and most rooms.
Our queen superior room was a reasonable size, though not as large as on a previous stay, with decent sized bathroom.
There are multiple restaurants immediately underneath the hotel, and extensive shopping and additional restaurants easily accessible by a covered walkway across the street.
It’s close to a park with playground for kids, a nice walkway next to the water, which we took to visit the Toyosu fish market (about 30 minutes). There are several restaurants along the adjacent streets, as well as museums in walking distance.
It is much less hectic than central Tokyo, but reasonably easy to get to other parts of Tokyo.
Only downsides: the subway doesn’t have a direct connection to Tokyo station, so if traveling with luggage from the hotel to other places in Japan, it requires planning and stamina to reach connections.
As for the hotel itself: Shower water temp isn’t hot enough. Staff didn’t replenish in-room coffee reliably.

Great location and incredible views from bar on 36 floor. Bonus having a public bath in the hotel. Staff v helpful

Neat & clean hotel in a quiet area.
4.7
Beautiful hotel.. views were incredible.
Hotel breakfast was also great - get it included with room rate - great value.
beds were firm but comfortable. Extra pillows provided upon request.
Staff was friendly and overall a great stay. Local
Shopping mall was accessible and we spent a rainy day there - super convenient.

Great hotel!

Would NoT recommend this hotel!
4.7
Very comfortable and clean hotel. Beautiful view with huge picture window. The staff was very helpful and efficient. I liked having the eco friendly room cleaning option. Conveniently located next to train stations, the Airport Limousine bus stop and lalaport shopping complex. Would definitely stay here again!
4.7
Like: Convenient location - no need to walk outside to get into the hotel. Great view - the lobby & our room are able to see Sky Tree tower.
Unlike: Did not have a “welcome home” feeling at the reception, whereas other hotels in Tokyo did make you feel.
4.7
View of the bay area is perfect for room facing east side, watching sunrise of Tokyo with its harbour in the foreground is a bonus!
4.7
The lobby was really nice, the breakfast had a wide variety in food and the Onsen was really nice and warm with a nice view over Tokyo. We were lucky and had one day a great view over mount Fuji.
All in all I can definitely recommend the hotel. The stuff was super polite and helpful.
P.s. I can recommend the luggage transfer from one Hotel to another
4.7
The hotel is amazing, with a fantastic view, but the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable.
4.7
We really enjoyed our stay at the Mitsui Garden Toyosu! The view from the lobby, bar, and restaurant from the 36th floor is suburb. It's super modern fusion Japanese design, especially in the approach to reach the elevators through a bit of a maze has the feel of a theme park ride. We wish the room was a little bigger, but it was very comfortable. It's nice to have a big public bath to go to as well. We would like to stay again, and maybe splurge on a corner room with the bath that has a window with the view.
4.7
An incredible experience! I’ve already booked my next stay with Mitsui Garden Hotel Premier Toyosu for November 2024! The daily sunrise views were incomparable and we saw and unobstructed view of My Fuji daily!!
4.7
Nice hotel with very comfortable beds. Great in room amenities.
4.7
Service good. Breakfast not bad but could have more varieties. Location requires crossing a footbridge to get to train station. Not far. But slightly inconvenient because of the bridge.
Overall very pleasant stay.
4.7
Nice hotel in the Bay Area close to the shopping mall with restaurants and activities such as team lab. We stayed in premium room overlooking the seaside with a bath tub. Spa area is very nice.
There are however some things missing to justify the price. I booked with breakfast but we ended up having to pay for it any way since no connection between my booking through hotels and theirs. Breakfast was not worth the price. Staff was not welcoming when we asked for service. There are no extra towels in the spa. Cleaning of room was only emptying the trash can and new towels. The hotel is not very well isolated between the rooms and the corridors.
4.7
Nice view, close to train station can go over the underground path which was very helpful for a raining day. Nice hot spring public bath.
4.7
The views are stunning from any area of the hotel! The subway is accessible as you exit the bottom level of the hotel which connects you to anywhere you want to go in Japan. Also, as you exit the hotel on the bottom level you are still inside where you’ll find a couple of small convenience stores, a pharmacy, many restaurants and Starbucks. It was really nice to be able to get things we needed without even having to go out in the weather. This level will also take you to Lalaport Mall with a couple of escalator rides. You can’t go wrong by booking this hotel!!!! Stunning views and convenience for any of your needs.
4.7
This hotel is the top four floors of a very tall office building. The lobby is huge, and the bar and restaurant have stunning views. If you book a view room, I recommend a corner and you won’t be disappointed. The hotel seems to be away from the main part of Tokyo, but there are all the same stores close by so it’s very convenient, plus the metro is downstairs from the hotel along with a collection of Restaurants. Luxury shopping in the Ginza area is it short metro ride and easy to navigate.
4.7
Close to train and bus service to airport. Was a little hard to find entrance to hotel. But was beautiful.
4.7
An exceptional stay at Mitsui Garden Toyosu! The King View Room offered a stunning panorama that captivated me from dawn to dusk, providing an unparalleled experience of Tokyo's skyline. The room's elegant design and meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of its furnishings showcased a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. A truly remarkable stay with impeccable service, complemented by an unforgettable view that made every moment magical
4.7
Incredible views, good room space, convenient location, helpful staff.
4.7
Two things need to be improved. First is property maintenance, our shower head was leaking. Second is English proficiency of their receptionists. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.
4.7
The view in this hotel alone is worth it. It is super impressive and you'll love it. The room was tight but looked like the picture and everything was super clean. On our last day there, we were able to see Mount Fuji!!
4.7
My partner and I visited Mitsui. It was a vibe!! I’ll give it a 100/10. Classy experience, with Mount Fuji in the background 👌
4.7
Beautiful hotel. All the guest rooms are all on floors 33-35, so no matter which one you stay in, the view should be amazing. Very clean and staff are all polite and helpful. Going into the lift down to the ground/basement floors takes you directly to Lalaport with dining options and’s convenience stores and Toyosu station. Just be aware though, if you buy the JR pass, you can’t use this at Toyosu station as it isn’t operated by JR. Your best option is to purchase a PASMO or Suica card (it’s like London Oyster card)
4.7
nice hotel
4.7
This is probably the nicest hotel we have been to. Views are amazing, attached restaurant is delicious, and staff is super helpful
