Do not book this hotel "pay later" option You may get charged more Also stuffs are not so good in English and also no internet for whole weekend and give wrong information(they said that whole area no internet but it was lie) Also wrong information about blakfast option Really do not like this kind of wrong information

The staff were great, hotel was nice and clean. The rooms don’t have irons, you have to pay for iron service and also the hotel doesn’t have towels onsite once the house keepers leave. Overall we had a great stay.

Great location! Easy taxi to downtown sights, then return to quieter neighborhood for accommodation. So many good restaurants within walking distance on the water. Staff was efficient and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!

the breakfast was extremely basic. not many options. zero plant based options. house keeping was horrible. i had to go to the front desk to tell them i needed clean towels even after leaving my dirty ones on the floor to be picked up. only to return hours later with no clean towels and the same dirty ones on the floor. the eventually brought 1 clean towel, even though there were 2 guests. house keeping came the next day while i was still in the room and i asked if they could come back when i leave in a short while…they never came back to clean my room….also, one night i ordered takeout and the restaurant didn’t put eating utensils in my bag,,there were none in the room so i went to the front desk and asked if i could possibly get a spoon or fork to eat with… the guy responded “there was nothing he could do” … i find it hard to believe that there was absolutely nothing he could do… this hotel located in almadies which a nice area,,,busy,, lots of traffic but a good location,, restaurants and clubs really close by… it was really clean however,, we did have a few bugs in our room… due to the lack of breakfast choices and their inability to accommodate something as simple as providing a fork at night or spoon.. i will book a different hotel when i return in a few months.

The location is very good, in the Beverly Hills of Dakar, feels very safe. 5 mins walk to 2 roundabouts which have good bus stops that can take you to a lot of places in Dakar. Large Auchon supermarket nearby to buy essentials such as bottles of water on the cheap. Very close to the coast with beach side restaurants. The lovely pool to cool off in the heat. Do not like the fact that breakfast is not included in the price but no problems as lots of restaurants near by open for breakfast that are much cheaper and safe to eat at. Only 2 small bottles of water given at check in, should be given new bottles free of charge. Restaurant offers good food at competitve prices in the great roof top bar with great views.

This is a nice business hotel, but if you're staying for leisure and particulsrly as a solo traveller I don't think it's the best choice. The hotel lacks warmth and charm and some of the staff could be friendlier. Also the hotel is not very centrally located in terms of walking and hailing cabs. In terms of amenities everything was fine just a bit bland. 7/10

Great, luxury 4-star hotel in Almadies. Walk to the beach, tucked away from the main road so it is much quieter. Extremely clean with a nice pool and rooftop bar. Considering it is around the same price as nearby hotels that are much lower in quality, this is a great find.

Everything was going well until I was told I have not made payment, when I already paid the full amount for the hotel. Then I was was told to pay for breakfast when I was told breakfast is free. To make things worst, our room key did not work on our last evening, we were sent up and down several times to test the key, told it was a technical fault and a technian will come. Left waiting. When we finally gain access to our room, it was not cleaned. My husband had to complain before they decided to move us to another room. Not one single apology from the hotel manager/owner who was present at that time.

My stay was ok. The taxi had difficulty finding the location. Front desk staff was very professional. Check in was quick. No porter to carry luggages. We had a standard room, small but very clean. The bathroom was also small and very clean. I was charged 5000 XOF approximately $10 to warm up my food that I brought with me by Mr.Faye -restaurant manager. We wanted to try the restaurant but our choice of meal was not available. Babou was very polite and assisted with the food selection. At check out, no porter to assist with the luggages. The housekeeper who was passing by was the one who assisted with the luggages. The hotel entrance needs to be paved. Watch out for your shoes and luggages

Nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay with great bar and excellent food service.However, it is hard to get to; the directions are imprecise, the desk attendant was unresponsive to my and the cab driver’s calls for nearly 35 minutes, and the waiter needed to be sought out à couple of times.

I was hesitant booking this hotel because of the 3 star category its placed in - I am totally a 5 star type of traveler. This place exceeded my expectations I absolutely LOVE this hotel! I extended my stay at this hotel making it a total of 24 days.The staff made my daughter and I feel like we were family. I want to give a huge shout out to Muhammed at the front desk. Muhammed was our go to person when we needed someone to help and translate for us. He was a lifesaver for us non French speakers :-). My favorite was sitting by the pool or on the roof top listening music. The food wasn't my favorite, but the food service staff were always willing to go above and beyond to prepare meals that accommodated our vegetarian diet. We definitely had a 5 star experience.

Before I made a reservation, I hesitated for a minute because there are only two reviews in hotels.com. However, my friend living in dakar highly recommended this hotel and now I am proud of my decision.First, hotel is clean, warm, cozy and convenient. Everything in the room was clean and even the hallway and lobby were clean. Second, this hotel is in almadies which is the richest region in dakar. Great restaurants, cafe, auchan and bars are near the hotel.Finally the staff was really friendly and there is a cute cat staying in the lobby.I heard that the bar at the rooftop is awesome but it was raining when I visited here. so sad.
