Location is excellent, near train stations, besides a small mall and convenient shuttle bus service to Haneda airport. Room is pretty small but very clean. Good for short stay.

Relatively new and modern accommodation. Right next to Ariake Garden Shopping Mall with many amenities and dining. Near to attractions in Odaiba but be prepared for a bit of travel needed by subway/public bus to other cities (Skytree, Shinjuku, Ginza, Shibuya, Akihabara etc).

Beautiful hotel, conveniently located next to shopping mall and close to public transit. Seemed like a newer hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Tried the foot bath since we were traveling with young children and didnʻt want to go to a real onsen; the foot bath was a pleasant experience and since we went during the day, we were the only ones in there.

Great hotel, great staff, conveniently connected to a mall with shopping, food court and grocery store. Great private bath, sauna and foot bath options with reasonable prices. Staff were amazingly great especially in the face of language barriers. free Airport shuttle to Hanaeda airport as advertised. Trains are a 5 min walk. Local shuttle from hotel to local tourist areas available as well. Overall a great experience. Will definitely rebook here when I return to Tokyo.

We had a great stay at Villa Fontaine Ariake! While the room was small, it was well-organized and met all our needs. What really made our visit special was the access to the spa and onsen. The spa facilities were fantastic and gave us a perfect way to relax after a busy day exploring. Another highlight of our stay at Villa Fontaine Ariake was the proximity to the 6am tuna auction at Toyosu Market, which was within walking distance. It was such a unique and exciting experience to witness the auction early in the morning. Being so close to this iconic event made our stay even more memorable. And we had sushi breakfast right there! The location was also really convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. Even with the smaller room, everything was thoughtfully arranged and worked well for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Fontaine Ariake and would definitely consider staying there again!

Booked for non-smoking room but was assigned a room that's obviously a smoking room, just without ashtrays. Eventually requested for a room change, and felt the difference as soon as we stepped into the new room. I prefer the layout of the previous room but I prefer breathing naturally in this new room. The size of the room was just fine, not cramped like in most other hotels. But the biggest plus for me was the buffet breakfast. Many choices, but the DIY donburi was my favorite.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It is connected to the Ariake mall, the famous Ariake Garden as well as a short train or bus ride away from Team Lab Planets. Customer service was great, room comfort and cleanliness were also excellent.

My only negative is that I wish they had better dining options - a buffet is ok at breakfast but it would nice to be able to enjoy a nice sit down dinner after a day of sightseeing

This was an out of the way hotel that catered to large groups including school trips. It was noisy in the evening with the children running up and down the hallways. It was clean and comfortable. Mattress was very firm. Breakfast had many options and was very good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great modern facilitated room with Japanese style bath and tatami area. Very new and clean. View is great also. Hotel is large so had to walk a little to get to the elevator and get out from the hotel, but the building next door is a great shopping mall without crowd and also great for kids. Would like to stay 2 nights next time to spend a day for the shopping there, also to try the spa.

This was our first stop in Japan. Didn't know what to expect. Excellent hotel. there is a mall right next to the hotel with restaurants. They have amenities by the front desk. you can grab what you need when you need them. They are always filling it up. The laundry was on the first floor past the private baths (currently under construction) which would have been nice to use. they also have luggage service available. we sent our 4 large luggages to our next hotel in Kyoto, which costs about 60.00 usd. Would highly recommend so you are not dragging them around the city and up and down the stairs at the train station.

I had an amazing stay, I would recommend this beautiful Hotel, they have free amenities, like coffee, toothbrushes , napkins, skin care, lotion sugar, tea hairbrushes. close to the mall and restaurant very clean they have spa and work out place. Let’s talk about breakfast buffet was amazing, they have sushi bar, soup bar, pastries, coffee etc etc.I will come back and stay here again.🙂

Gorgeous business hotel. Lobby floor is beautiful, morning buffet was fantastic. Room looks typical Japanese studio apartment. I like pajama amenity which we don’t need to bring own pajama. Also, we can enjoy Onsen spas. Staff service is good. But not impressed, maybe I expect too much for Japanese service.

I think this is how Expedia does it Or maybe the hotel but Expedia and the hotel isn’t communicating enough Just to go in the spa they take ¥2000 because of this plan or something It didn’t say on Expedia that you have to pay for the spa So when I got to the hotel and they told me that I was surprised cause I didn’t know I had to pay. The breakfast was also not as good There were some good stuff but I don’t think it’s worth to pay $20 for breakfast

The property is very well maintained and the staff were polite and attentive. Love the cleanliness of the housekeeping staff. The property is also located close to the bay so temperature were mild and nice around June. The trains were accessible and shopping plus food options were very convenient. If you’re looking for a quieter location that’s 15 min to Disney and 30 min from Shibuya on train, this is the place to stay. The only small downside is room is relatively cramp depending on the unit selected, but that’s generally Tokyo style living. Overall I would recommend it if you’re looking to avoid the crowded areas of Shinjuku or Shibuya.
