Great location with a free shuttle bus nearby train station, incredible breakfast and impressive spa with pools.

FYI this is a Hot Spring that happens to have a hotel, not a hotel that has a hot spring. VERY pleasantly surprised!

Customer service no good

This property is clearly used mainly by locals - as an English speaking visitor I found it very difficult to communicate with the staff. There was a couple who made an extra effort to try to assist which was appreciated. The hotel was lovely and we enjoyed our stay but feel we did not get the most out of our stay due to the language barrier.

Everything is perfect for me.
I would love to come back to this place.

Great spa. Hot pools/cold pools. Outside rock garden spa pools.
The free breakfast buffet was amazing with great selection of both Japanese and western food.
The location is great too. We were a five minute walk from bus station which is right next to Shinto cruise terminal.
Also the rooftop night view was great. With a warm foot bathing pool around the whole rooftop.
When we come back to Yokohama we will stay again for sure.
The staff were really patient and helpful. We dont speak Japanese. But everyone was proficient with using phone translators when needed

It would be nice to have more English speaking staffs

Very traditional style Japanese bath house set up vs. hotel. Room was clean, but very small. Good for maybe 1 or 2 nights but not a long stay. You have to take your shoes off before entering the hotel. You must turn your room key in every time you leave, sometimes waiting in line to do so. You also wait in line to get your room Key back when returning. This is very inconvenient. I was also forced to cover an entire upper arm tattoo with bandages even though it was mostly if not all covered by my sleeve even though I told them I wasn’t going into the public bath / spa part. The lobby is very busy at all times as again it’s run more of a bath house / spa. The elevators are also not air conditioned which is not good when it’s 95+ and the elevator is packed. The lobby is on the 7th floor which means you go up to get your key, then get back in the elevator to go back down to your floor. The emergency exit stairways are labeled Staff Only which I thought was odd and unsafe. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, cool arcade and rooftop foot pool, but unless you are going for the bath/ spa part I don’t recommend staying here. I would find a more western style hotel.

Spa resort like in the middle of city

Good cost performance, and it's like a hot spring slash theme park.

Location is great with fantastic views! Spa baths are very relaxing. Staff don’t speak much English though. Room is pretty basic. No shoes to be worn inside the hotel.

Very relaxing spa where you can spend all day!
