We had amazing time so close to everything and staff where the best. The girl on reception was so nice and helpful when we needed anything or had a question. When we had to order a taxi to go to the ferry the next morning she had it ready and prepped our breakfast the night before thank so much

This hotel would receive top ratings as it was super convenient and the original building built in “1890” truely kept the timeless feel in the most updated way possible. Breakfast was excellent. Front desk gentleman rep could have been a bit more friendly, but was still ok.

The hotel was beautiful and had great accommodations. It’s conveniently located to everything and the included breakfast is comprehensive. The hotel arranged transportation from the ferry and to the airport. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Water spills from the shower into the room. Tiny bathroom with no counter space and no coffee maker. Towels were crusty and scratchy as were the bathrobes.

This boutique hotel was located in a wonderful area that was completely walkable to a number of restaurants, historic sites, and shopping. Despite being on a very busy street, the double paned windows made it very quiet from street noise. It was clean and safe (although the front desk was a bit awkward as it was located in a restaurant and not easy to locate upon first glance) and reception could have been a bit more engaged over the broken A/C in several rooms.

We have stayed for one night in june. The reception is a front desk at the restaurant on the 1st floor. Not a bad thing by itself but if you check in early its unpleasant to leave your lauggage in this place as many did. The nice receptionist took ours by his side aa he saw we are uncomfortable. The room are classic designed with a high ceilling but with a transperant restrooms door. Not for every couple / family.

A bit hard to find on a narrow side street; our taxi driver basically left us nearby to find it on our own. Once we discovered, we loved it. Very nice helpful staff. The bedroom was small, but the bath was very nice, and there was a small upstairs lift bedroom if you have kids. Walking distance to many sites.

An excellent location you can walk to the Plaka and many of the other Athens site. Breakfast was excellent and the servers were very good, they got to know you and were very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this nice little hotel.

Amazing location, staff and property. Highly recommend the room with a hot tub for after a long day sightseeing. Room could do with more hooks to hang towels/ gowns. Would be nice to have a kettle and complimentary tea/ Coffee.

The building itself is amazing, if difficult to find - for the benefit of future guests, it is opposite the church on the main(ish) road. The staff were friendly and tried hard. But please, guys, sort out the breakfast coffee; what was presented to us was tasteless and utterly vile.

The room was excellent for couples. The location had so many night life bars, restaurants & sight seeing spots nearby. The only thing is that the refrigerator did not work so we could not store food nor was there a microwave. The house keeping comes to cgeck your room but if you wanted daily cleaning you needed to call the front desk. They even helped and got us a taxi for thr last day to the airport.

The room key system was down when I arrived and stayed inactive, I was given a manual key for the room. The hot tub on my balcony was empty and it took them multiple visits to figure out how to fill it up then of course it took about 6 hours to get hot enough so I could not use it for my stay. On check out there was no person at the reception it was(5am) but no number to call, no sign for instructions. I left the key on the desk and unlocked the front door and left. Very trendy looking little hotel, rooms were small, AC never got cool enough. They need to work on many things to make it a pleasant stay

Very nice experience. The rooms were clean and the property was well kept (great staff). Lights from the technology made it a little too bright for us at night, but not a major hinderance. The property is centrally located, making it easy to visit many popular sights and great restaurants around the city.

Very cool place in a very cool part of Athens. Vibrant night life. Food at the Omnivore restaurant, which 1890 sit atop, was delicious. Only complaint was that the AC was unable to get the rooms below 25 degrees Celsius, which is 77 Fahrenheit. Would've given 5 stars if not for the A/C issue.

Terrible customer service they made me leave within an hour of check in. I had brought with me my daughter and her friend and she had a slight health problem and she needed to use the hotel shower. They came and bothered us three times for me to get a three person room instead of a one person room initially but I expressly told them it was only for me they were only there because I needed to help her. What a terrible terrible experience. I am very dissatisfied. They were forcing me to pay for two rooms and they did not understand I was only there because my daughter had a health issue!! My room was in nonrefundable room but I would love my money back.
