Been here a few times , and the cob webs and spiders on balcony glass rails , I’ve never seen cleaned , the room had a bad odour, sprayed half a can of deodorant, which didn’t last long

Great location opposite Malua Bay, The Abode Hotel has spacious, quiet rooms, secure off street parking and access to a couple of places to eat. So much nicer than unappealing Batemans Bay.

Overall very good.photos need updating as there is a large kids in playground across from hotel.also there was no washer and dryer in my room (disabled)contrary to description. Very dusty cane chair on bottom, long time neglect. Housekeeping needs clarification. Eg.bednmade on 3rd day but no fresh linen, no vacuuming, but cleaner put dishwasher on with 2 cups and one glass! Bathrom hazardous, water from shower, accessible toilet poor design with protruding back, one hook for towels only for two persons.Small tv. The positives were lovely view, lift, parking, price, tv casting, decent bed. Friendly staff. Good for families with playground across road. Huge rooms.

We liked the apartment very much. Great view for the apartment. We were concerned however about the appearance of the apartment building from the surrounding area. The building appearance is not compatible with the surrounding environment. We wondered if there was opposition to the development.

Near new building with spacious room and private parking area. We stayed in the studio room. Very comfortable. New playground opposite the hotel is perfect for kids. The beach is also closed by. Definitely will recommend.

The shower cubicle needs a door so water does not spill out onto the bathroom floor. Everything else was great. Benjamin was very helpful and a pleasure to meet. He looked after us so well. Thank you.

Friendly staff, booked a more expensive room but right opposite lift. noisy all night. Entry door to room broken. No mugs or teaspoons. Thought it could be better for the price??

Repeat customer, I love staying here for the proximity to the beach, kids playground nearby, restaurant underneath. The prices are affordable. The beds are extremely soft, so if you like a firm bed look elsewhere.

Well equipped room with kitchen and laundry, balcony and beach views. Aircon but also had a fan heater in cupboard if required. Local supermarket and pharmacy plus Asian restaurant (Raymond’s - very expensive) and pizza/hamburger place which is great value. Cafe Three 66 1 mile north has excellent breakfast and lunch and top beach views.

Room was a nice size, larger than most hotel rooms. The addition of a washing machine & dryer was an added bonus. No door on shower was a negative as was the night/security light on the roof above the bed.

Second time staying. This time the kitchen and balcony looked like they could use a good clean, however the bed was comfy and the view was amazing. Staff as always, were friendly and our dog loved the little toy present they gave her.

This is a hidden gem for getting away on the South coast. Excellent and exceptional value compared to usual offerings in Ulladulla and Batemans bay. Disability friendly with lift. Secured parking. Staff were very helpful, professional and polite. Pantry is a great option for dinner as there is limited options when we came in late around 8 pm.

Loved our spacious room with balcony and a beautiful ocean view. Staff were lovely and everything was so easy. About a 7 minute walk to club Malua. A nice Restaurant and a few shops just next door to us. Secure parking and about a 10 minute drive to mogo zoo.
