The hotel is beautiful. Well located. Plenty of parking. The ONLY issue we had was checking in, we waited in the lobby for nearly 10 minutes before ANYONE showed up. The place was vacant!

Very nice clean hotel. Housekeeping came in without knocking twice but that could’ve been a simple mistake. They also didn’t leave us any tissue but still a nice stay.

The stay was fine, however, they put us in a handicap room with no handicap assistance. The bathtub was too high for someone who has issues

Room was clean but didn’t have soap, towels, or coffee when we checked in. Had to pay $14 to park per day in a suburban area. WiFi was also $14 a day. I also see a $50 charge on my card for the stay and I’m unsure what that is for since the room had already been paid for.

Wonderful location and right by the Mall of you need anything.

The check in process was terrible. We arrived at 5pm and had to wait until 6:15pm to get our room. They said they had people call in sick so our room was not cleaned. They originally told us it would be 10 minutes which then turned into an hour and 15 minutes. Very disappointed for the amount of money that is spent.

Upon making my reservation, I requested a tub accessible room. When I get to the hotel, they said they didn’t have one available hotel.com was unfortunately unable to do anything about it either; so they say very disappointing because I went the ONLY reason I booked the room/ hotel stay way to get away and relax and recuperate between my nursing travels. Very poor customer serviceperthe hoteland hotel.com. I’m very disappointed.

Room had a horrible stuffy smell. As my boyfriend was outside smoking his cigarette, a staff member approached us accusing us of loitering.

I wish the vanity mirror was better lit not bright enough to see anything.

This is a great hotel in a good location next to Mayfair Mall, however they charge approximately $14/day with taxes and fees to park in their lot. This makes no sense since it's right next to a shopping mall with tons of open (free) parking spaces.

One of the most beautiful hotels that I have ever stayed in. It was gorgeous and historic, but the rooms did not feel old. The room has a modern feel and the most comfortable mattress that I have ever slept on in a hotel.

Most beautiful room I've ever stayed in! Went there for our wedding night and honeymoon, and they upgraded us to the king suite for no extra charge. Amazing food in the restaurant downstairs, and great overall service!

We have stayed here twice when in Milwaukee and we loved it except this last time we learned that we have to pay to park anywhere on the property and we didn’t have that issue the other time we stayed and we got a ticket for it, I was not happy about this and this has changed my mind on staying here anymore because of that issue. I loved the hotel but paying to park I just can’t do because the hotel is expensive as it is and to pay to park as well I just don’t want to do. I have enjoyed my stays here but I will be staying at a different hotel him here on out.

Everything about this hotel was perfect from the staff to the room itself.

Loved my stay at the hotel, I will be returning next year when I’m in town for the Indy Car race !!

For the price you pay, it was nothing spectacular. The toilet roll holder was broke, the bedroom lights didnt work and you had to pay 17.00 to park overnight and 10.00 to hook up to their wifi for the night. Cable channels, you got maybe 12? Also the lounge was closed due to a class reunion, which wasnt a big deal, but i overheard another receptionist offer a voucher for breakfast to 2 guests, but my receptionist didnt offer it to me. Maybe it was because they had a more expensive room? Im not entirely sure. Wish they would consider runners or a rug for the rooms, i didnt like walking around bare feet. The shower, however was fantastic and i liked the Aveda products they offered for shampoo/conditioner and body wash.

We only stayed a night, but the room was clean and the bed was very comforable. The hotel is close to downtown, and there was dinning just outside the hotel within walking distance. I will definitely return and stay longer next time.

Loved the atmosphere, the decor and how clean it was. The staff was friendly and the hotel restaurant was convenient. I also loved that it was in walking distance to the local mall and surrounding restaurants, Cheesecake Factory and PF Changs. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again.

Leticia made our stay incredible. She took her time with us and made our first visit to Milwaukee feel like home. Leticia helped us with parking, shared recommendations of places to visit, and, gave us the best welcome after a long drive from Indianapolis. Leticia is the reason we will stay at Renaissance West again when we visit Milwaukee in the future!
Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff at Eldr Rime were so helpful.
The only complaint I have is parking - I understand the lot is not owned by Renaissance - it would be so great to make parking free, especially since most people staying at this property will likely arrive with a vehicle since it's outside of the city.
Otherwise, we will stay here again!

A nice place to stay. Mall a few steps. The only thing that i didn’t like my mirror light from my bathroom wasn’t working but since I got two rooms I went to my mom’s bathroom and finish my makeup. But everything else was perfect.

Overall had a nice stay. Clean hotel and room with friendly staff. Wish I was aware before booking that you had to pay for wifi. Also the rooms could have used a bigger garbage can

Parking shouldn't be charged since it's next to mall... but all in all great hotel.

Outside of hotel and lobby very nice. Check-in was fairly easy. Card reader takes a little while to load. LOVED the art in the elevator. We booked 2 king bed rooms and ended up getting 2, 2 queen bed rooms. Both rooms had some dirty spots on the floor like the floor hadnt been mopped between stays or longer. Curtain in one room had food or something on it. In same room the shower leaked there was water covering over half the bathroom floor, and conditioner dispenser was broke off the wall. For the most part they were clean. There was no directions on how and where we would find hotel info or room service menu.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, it was a great stay! There is a $15 parking fee

Areas (night-time room & windows, dining area, bar area by elevators) seemed overlarge. (not or -)
Breakfasts were good, not expensive.
Observation Comments:
In-room: waste bins should have liners (bathroom one was in corner);
Pillows were feather-filled, over-soft & some quills were poking out (with more use, will occur more often);
Would like to have known ahead parking was extra charge.
Other: We were part of a weekend outdoor program, so did not ask if an exercise room/area was available (didn't see any on-line).
You have a very-nice (posh?) facility, in this case more than what we needed for this trip.
