Not clean andstaff was rude. I tried to get towels multiple times and couldnt even get clean towels. Even if it was the last hotel on earth i couldnt be paid to return. The staff argued they didnt have bed bugs and had to reclean the room because they saw them and then didnt do anything about it.

Kind bed single room work laminate wood flooring. Very clean fire a remodeled older hotel. No smell of mold.

Cleanliness could have been better, bed cover was stained Bed comfort was nice Was disturbed by loud guests in hall and room close by, at 230am for about and hour, then quiet Staff was very friendly

We stayed here and for the price it was nice.

We stayed there specifically for the pool. Called and confirmed pool was open until 9 pm. When we got there, we were told that pool maintenance was done and due to the chemicals, we couldn't use the pool. We were told we could use the pool the next morning. When we went to the pool the next morning, the water was green and unusable.

The beds were very hard.

I was impressed with the breakfast. I was expecting packaged foods and cereal. There was hot items including eggs and sausage. Also they had a waffle press.

The sheets had stains on them and the comforter they did change out but overall will never stay there again other couple checking out complained about phone not working and ac was very loud

The batroom had a leak. Water was all over the bathroom counter when we got in the room. The towels left lint on your body after using them. Need to put larger bags in the trash cans.

Rooms are in TERRIBLE! condition they are falsely advertising on your app on how the rooms look, I would not recommend them to anyone

The room was very clean and comfortable, however, the phone did not and we had problems with the TV working

There are only 2 floors and no elevator. Was a bit of a challenge carrying up bags. The room was comfortable enough however there was a big void where it looks like there was supposed to be an easy chair. The only place to sit was the desk chair. The air conditioning worked great and was quite quiet. The breakfast was quite adequate as well.

The room was somewhat clean...except for the towels that had shriveled up boogers on them. I had stayed here for a wedding, and one of the groomsmen told me they had an even 'better' experience here, which leads me to believe cleanliness is not a thing here. People were constantly slammed their door shut, even during the day making it difficult to sleep when needed. There was no soap, conditioner or shampoo for me to use so I had to ask for some only for me to get a one-day supply of the two-day supply I needed. Definitely not coming back here again.

Everything was pretty good I enjoyed my stay. The one thing that I did not like is the bathroom counter was too low and the toilet was very low.

We regularly visit the Dahlgren area and have stayed at the other 2 hotels in the area. When I was booking our room I noticed a good difference in price, now I know why. We needed a handicapped room and that is what i booked. When we arrived at 5:30pm they said the room was not ready would we take another room. I said no and explained that we needed a handicapped room. After i explained she went to check on the room and then said it was ready. We entered the room and it had a terrible odor and the room was very stuffy and warm and only had 1 set of towels. After unpacking I went onto the bathroom and found a clump of hair in the tub and a used wash cloth draped over the tub faucet. We went out to dinner and asked that they clean the room while we were out. Before we left for dinner I turned the air conditioner up hoping to cool the room down. When we returned we found that they did clean the room but the room was still stuffy and warm. When i spoke to the desk again I was told there was nothing they could do about the air conditioner because it was so hot outside even though the halls and stair well were much colder than our room. I asked to be placed in another room and was told that there was no other handicapped room available. We have stayed at other Red Roofs in the past but we will not be back to this one.

The only thing really disliked was it appears that there maybe some homeless activity in woods adjacent to property!

My stay was great! Just a bit noisy which is to be expected beung in the end.

Booked a reservation for the 3rd and check in was a breeze super nice staff at the property. The room was nice and clean. The bedding was updated and the bed was comfortable. The pool was clean and the breakfast area stocked. A good value for the trip.

Hotel was clean , room was clean… service was horrible…. Went to desk to ask for more towels or if we could exchange towels , was denied. Went to get breakfast at 8:15 no milk for cereal , no eggs, no sausage … went to desk and was told kitchen was closed … breakfast was posted until 9 am. Very disappointed in my stay over all. Pool was nice though. Also we were ground level and there were landscaping spot lights shining through the window all nights even with curtains closed there was way too much light coming though .

My hotel stay was AMAZING! I arrived after 10pm and was greeted by the nicest hotel employee I have EVER met (Mr. Joy Johnson, I hope I got his name right!). My room was well cleaned and cozy temperature wise. The next day I left for the day with my husband and when we came back we had brand new towels and the jacuzzi was cleaned. Breakfast was hot and ready when we went to eat. We left happy, satisfied, and ready to go back for another vacation. I usually never book Red Roof Inns but this one has changed my mind completely! Stay here and enjoy!!!!!

The rooms were very dirty. Bed sheets and covers had stains and it was obvious that they had not changed the sheets from previous guest because there was eye lashes and stains on them. The towels had hair and stains on them. The rooms were not cleaned and when we asked for clean towels and sheets they said they didn't have any because they had not washed yet. They expected us to use the same dirty towels for all three days we stayed there and sleep on filthy bedding.

Pool was not open...no water in pool.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very well run.

Blood on sheets from previous guest shooting up narcotics

Completely disgusting. Dirty,stinky. Flooring in room was comin apart with dust from underneath coming out upon every step. Smells in room were horrendous. Smoke and mildew. Definitely do not recommend. Horrible horrible conditions at this facility.

The property is extremely outdated. The bed had hair in it. The ved and pilliws were EXTREMELY lumpy and uncomfortable. The toilet did not flush, so I had to be moved to another room in the middle of the night. There was no elevator. I could not get a receipt, as the computer system was malfunctioning. This was an absolutely horrible experience.
