We booked all inclusive for two nights and it did not say anywhere that two restaurants out of three are only included if you book more than three nights !!
We ended up eating at the same restaurant for the entire stay

A lovely relaxed stay to mark the end of our two year stint in Cyprus.
Kids club was a great benefit and the food was lovely.
Despite being a busy time of year the hotel had a quiet feel to it which served us well as a family.

Great hotel for families with young children. Good selection of food and restaurants. Friendly helpful staff.
A couple of negatives the rooms weren’t cleaned properly constantly asking for clean towels, same smears on the bathroom mirror all week. The cleaner would leave the bin bag on top of the bin for us to put in ourselves, certain cleaners just don’t seem to care. Be prepared to do the sun bed run everyday queuing starts at 7.50 another major issue is trying to get fresh beach towels having to que at the spa that doesn’t open until 10am to replace them. It’s a beautiful hotel that just needs to address a few issues. All in all we were a family of 11 and really enjoyed our weeks stay and would definitely return in the future.

Second time staying at the hotel and had an even better experience this time round. Room upgraded on arrival and excellent service from start to finish. Splash park is a great addition and is away from the busy pool area meaning it is a lot quieter. I would definitely say that this hotel is a good option for all but would especially recommend for young families. Thank you to the staff for providing such a great experience!

Genuine 5 star service and comfort, super clean everywhere and friendly staff. We stayed bed and breakfast, the food was excellent, as a veggie I often stuggle to find it difficult when on holiday to maintain a healthy balance. We used the spa for massages, let me tell you it was the best massage I've ever had, outstanding. There was a gym and a beautiful indoor swimming pool, we didn't use either but they looked fantastic.
We travelled with our 2 autistic children, the youngest went missing for a 10 minutes after a miscommunication between myself and my husband, each thinking the other had him, the staff sprung into action and helped locate him quickly, they checked on us after and helped us a lot during our stay.
On our last night my husband developed cellulitis (we had assumed it was a flare of his gout), the hotel staff called a dr and he was taken to hospital where he was treated. The reception staff ensured we had a late check out on the house, and looked after us very well during our last few hours there, always checking if we needed anything.
The pools are lovely, a bit of something doe everyone. Honestly can't think of a bad thing to say about our entire stay. We will 100% be back, and recommending it to everyone we know.

Hotel was good with an ideal location. Most of the guest were all inclusive and so not all inclusive guest did not get correct measures of drinks with beer being served in small cardboard cups and charging for a pint. Evening entertainment was poor and not space in the Terrance bar.

Wow! Beautiful property, the staff was awesome. They were so helpful David, Nata, Laura, Hamor (hope I got Hamors name right)..they were all very good, the service was excellent. Food very good, the scenery is amazing and was impressed with the cleanliness. Thank you all

Awesome hotel, literally feels like a village, you can always find a spot that isn’t crowded, and there are plenty of stuff for children plus the food is great. Will definitely comeback.

Hotel was in generally a good condition but some issues with pool lights hanging off in the pool, tiles coming off etc. Hotel was extremely busy, had a to wait to find tables for breakfast etc. Also some of the staff were often arguing and shouting at other staff. did inform the hotel but no follow up. Amazing views from our sea view room and the children loved the slides which were great, best part of the hotel.

Great resort! Had a wonderful vacation

Whatever you need is in the resort.

Every thing was excelent

The hotel was amazing. Over our expectations. The kids enjoyed the pools, the splash area with all slides. The food was great. The activities in the pool were amazing. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable.
There are many activities and shows in the evenings as well. All was very nice.
in front of the hotel, there's a supermarket with everything you need.
The only problem we had was having ants in our room every evening. That was a little annoying. My kid even found some on her pillow.
Except for that, everything was perfect.

Actually a lovely hotel and brand new feel to entire hotel and rooms super quiet and comfortable. Food was quality and a good range. My only issue is unfortunately (I know this is a family hotel) but there were a lot of kids just everywhere. Although there is a water park it didn’t really keep all the kids away. If this was a couples / adults only hotel I’d be amazing (just for what I personally wanted) but on the other hand, perfect for families. Not really close to any decent beach, walkable one is a very small cove can’t really be classed as a beach. Staff really good, overall service was excellent.

Food was excellent, friendly staff, very clean and modern.

The hotel was brand new with modern furniture and spaces and it was very clean.
The breakfast was also very good with a large variety of choices for everyone.
Also the hotel has really nice restaurants but you need to book in advance so keep that in mind.
Lastly, the hotel is really child friendly with kids clubs and a large water park! However we had to book in advance for the kids club and the parent couldn’t stay with the child (it was a drop off)- wish this policy changes as the children wouldn’t always stay without a parent there :)
Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

This was our first stay here and overall the experience was not too bad however certain things could have been better. The hotel itself is nice and fits the 5 star star status with nice pools and great water park for kids. The food in the buffet had a great selection and was of good quality. The main issue with this hotel was the level of service which i would definitely not class as 5*. Rooms are not cleaned properly and things like water are not replaced meaning you are stuck refilling the same 2 water bottles for your entire stay. Service during the meals was very hit and miss with staff standing around rather offering things like water as standard. We had our 2 year old with us and the process to book into kids club was so overly complicated we gave it a miss in the end. I would suggest trying to book into the restaurants as soon as you arrive as we were unable to get anything at all. As previously stated the facilities are lovely but the quality of service from SOME of the staff (the reception staff were very helpful when required) in the end we did enjoy our stay but expected more when staying in a 5 star resort.

Wonderful hotel for families. Night entertainment tailored for kids. Very spacious rooms and amazing food

There were the worst 5 star hotel we went. They meed to learn how to behave to customers. When you tell them something they pretend like you are stupid. The room we stayed for 3 nights it never be cleaned. I do not recommend this hotel.

A last minute holiday, and we weren't disappointed. Hotel was fab - new, fresh, very very clean, staff were subtly efficient and good. Its rated 5 stars and is very good, but having been lucky enough to stay at many other 5 star hotels, there was something about the Atlantica Mare that didn't feel quite as exclusive, luxury experience as other 5 start establishments.
That said - we had a super stay and wasn't really too much we would fault about the hotel. Rooms were excellent, well fitted out and cleaned to a very high standard. Pool areas - great pools, and the splash slides super for the kids, however the hotel was very busy for some of our stay and it was a challenge (unless you are a super early riser - talking 6.30 / 7) to get a sun lounger. This may have been exacerbated due to covid as I guess people less likely to go sightseeing outside the hotel in current circumstances.
We only ate in buffet, as other restaurants were fully booked when we tried to get a table. Breakfast very good and dinner options fine - not a lover of a buffet dinner but as they go, the food was good, well presented and reasonable choice. There were a few other restaurants within walking distance and also short taxi ride to Coral Bay for other dining options.
Overall we had a great stay, and would definitely recommend and return to the hotel.

Breakfast was cold and the worst breakfast you could have. I went down first thing in the morning so no excuse to be cold. The restaurant is chaotic at best. Nobody seating you at a table or giving you any direction on what to do, just get told off if you dont put gloves on. But evening meal was good with plenty of choice. Onto the room. Aircon didnt work, toilet glass door had toothpaste on it from a previous guest. I did tell reception and all i got was what room number, did you close all the doors like i was stupid and a half arsed apology. The venue is new, so they can spend the winter working on guest relations, training house keepers and recruiting as the place looked short staffed. On the bright side the property is new and Covid practices in principal are exceptional and you are safe. And the sunset view is incredible
