Location is slightly far from Sapporo train station. Room is small but comfortable. Breakfast has a good variety but there's fair bit of waiting time.

We like this hotel a lot. The location is very convenient. Public bath is clean and comfortable. Service is good. It was very thoughtfully designed with travelers in mind - the self-service locker room and coin laundry are both nice. Will definitely stay there again if we visit Sapporo

Location is near train station. Hotel itself is clean, looks new. Comfy PJ. I like it that washing machine status can be viewed on the TV in the room.
Thumb up for security that in the night, access card needed to enter main entrance.
Would choose this hotel again in next trip.

It’s basically a business class hotel near Sapporo Station. By international standards it’s ultra clean and staff are sincere but that’s to be expected anywhere in Japan. Rooms are small, decorated nicely but tight for anyone with large suitcases.

Close to sapporo station, the room is small around 200sq ft, but the layout made it spacious and doesnt look cramped. Like the bathroom have rolling doors and bed is against the wall

Something I rarely do is leaving a wholehearted “positive” experience at a property, after having traveled everywhere. Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo, should be at the very top of their lodging list in Sapporo, given its central location to the Sapporo station, combined with excellent presentation of the rooms, as well as those included amenities. You are welcome!

It was an ok stay, everyone very polite but breakfast wasn’t a great experience. You have to queue despite avoiding the rush we were warned of we still had to wait 10 mins to get into the restaurant and then it’s very chaotic with lots of food running out. We avoided eating there again. There isn’t really a bar or lounge for the evening and the hotel was certainly busy. Rooms are quite small if you opt for a standard room and no windows. Other than that it’s still a good hotel in a very good location so serves a purpose.

During my recent two-day stay at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo for leisure travel, I found the hotel to be conveniently situated within a 5-minute walking distance from Sapporo Station, a pivotal transportation hub facilitating easy access to various areas within Hokkaido.
Although the hotel lacks an underground connection, it is easily accessible by crossing two crosswalks.
Notably, the proximity to the aesthetically pleasing Hokkaido Government Building, despite its current state of construction until 2025, offered a serene environment for morning strolls in the adjacent park.
The hotel's location also benefits from the presence of two nearby convenience stores, namely Lawson and Family Mart, providing convenient access to essential items and late-night snacks.
One notable feature that particularly appealed to me during my stay at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel is the availability of a public bath located on the underground floor.
The hotel provides guests with sleeping attire and towels, allowing for a complimentary and convenient indulgence in the soothing public bath.
After a day of extensive sightseeing, immersing myself in the hot bath proved to be a rejuvenating and relieving respite from the fatigue induced by prolonged walks and the cold weather.
In conclusion, my overall experience at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel was thoroughly enjoyable, and I would recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Sapporo.

Booked two rooms from two nights. It was so different from what I saw from the photos in Hotel.com the rooms were so small hardly have space to walk. Parking need to pay when i agreed to pay even through they said opposite is cheaper but i don't want because my family is already so tired. So finally they said Ok to park at the hotel log but must move out by 9am next morning, I said no because we wanted to sleep a bit later so ended up agreed to move by 11am. I just don't understand they actually have logs in the open place but kept saying need to park upstairs which we ended up parked at the open space car park log the next day so why created the unhappiness at first. I paid almost SGD1,300 for two rooms for two nights is really way expensive given the rooms they have. Will not be coming back to this hotel the next time we go Hokkaido.

This is a great property near the Sapporo Station. Only 3 blocks away from the Station. The hotel was a very clean and good size of the room compared to other hotels. The hotels looks very new and not tired looking at all. The breakfast has great selection of food with good coffee and tea selections. The price is very reasonable. This will be the hotel that I would definitely come back to if I return to visit Sapporo. Highly recommended!

It's within a walking distance from JR Sapporo Station and major tourist attractions in Sapporo. It was good to have an option to open window when it gets too hot in the room. It was nice that the housekeeping staff hung a bag of fresh towels and water bottles on the door knob, when I had "Do Not Disturb" sign hanging on my door. The room size was smaller than expected.

Clean and modern hotel, ideally located for Sapporo station

Overall speaking, this hotel in average at high level, the main shortcoming is without the coffee machine and capsule in the room, I am surprised that with such good decoration room but you cannot find a coffee machine in the room that is now very common for the hotel over 4 stars provide the coffee machine with capsules, instead this hotel only provide the 3 in 1 coffee that is for hotel before 3 stars standard. In addition, at the lobby there is no drink water machine, if you want to drink water then you have to go to B1 to buy drinks.

Nice hotel with a great breakfast buffet, I would recommend to include it with your booking if you’re an early bird. Surrounding dining options are limited in the early hours. About a 15 min walk can get you past the Odori park and into shopping/dining central. We would consider staying here again on our next visit to Sapporo.
