Lovely and large with kitchen (room 201).

Beautiful rooms. Our only issue was the noise. The room above us was up until about 2am, not being overly noisy so not complaint worthy, but we could hear everything, keeping us up most of the night. Every time they moved their chairs it sounded like our ceiling was going to collapse. For a hotel, it is simply just not noise insulated enough.

Convenient to visit the town, parking was tight, had to use a public parking lot near the hotel. 3 electronic spaces which were not being used, wasn’t sure weather we could use one late at night.

I was a little confused at where to go to check in, as its an actual store. Just not what i was expecting. But it was easy! They even sent a text asking when they can expect you, and will answer any questions.
Otherwise great place to stay! Walking distance to restaurants in town and a 10 min walk to the spa. Parking was easy! I would totally stay again.

This place is amazing! Clean, great location. Only downfall was the people stomping around all night the floor above us

This place is great, but still needs small fixes to make it better. It was like it was made by some regular person without any consultation with a hotel specialist. No place to hang shower towels. No divider or distance or anything for shower so the entire bathroom gets wet (I get this, I've seen this many times, but this one is worse than usual). No proper blackout solution. There are blackout shades but they're not good enough and one didn't go down all the way. The layout is also weird, with such a big room but the bed in a corner, with the TV offset so it's not to be watched from the bed. Basically the place needed to consult with a hotel consultant but they didn't. Most things are IKEA or other consumer stores. You don't see this in hotels. But honestly the place was great and I would stay again. The only 1 glaring, unacceptable thing was the curtains on the entrance window/door that didn't cover the entire window, so there was no privacy at all in the entrance/kitchen area. This was bad for us since our unit (201) was right at the stairs, so everyone walking up could see right into our unit. Oh, the other horrible thing was the duvet situation. They put a duvet between 2 sheets, instead of a duvet cover. This is fine for 1 night, but if you mess it up, have to much "fun" in bed, then there's no easy way to make your bed again, and there's no housekeeping to do it for you! Still, loved the place. Just growing pains and seemingly lack of hotel experience.

A wonderful surprise. A home away from home. Just perfect as a place to came back to after a long day on the road ((for work or play) or as a romantic weekend getaway with your other half. Clean, modern, nice little details (music, decorations, lighting, etc). You can't go wrong.

Everything was good, but for almost 400 Cad with tax that I paid For a night you can stay in 5 star hotel. toooo expensive :(((

Parking was limited and cramped and not paved. Only outside stairs to our third floor room. Stairs and platforms had standing puddles of water from rain, therefore felt somewhat unsafe especially when not lit at night. Rooms themselves were very good except for the shower which is completely open with water spray going everywhere.

Wonderful stay again! We love this hotel and the surrounding area. Kitchen was well equipped, room was clean and cozy and the staff was courteous. We went to the spa which is minutes up the road and had two delicious dinners at the local pub. We had a room with a kitchen this time and it was great to have the option to make our own food.

Great location near spa Le Nordik which was our weekend destination. Apartment is large and clean. Staff are super helpful. The heated bathroom floor is fantastic. The apartment itself is a bit cheaply made - the Murphy bed came loose, the kitchen cupboard under the sink has a loose door. But I would definitely return.

What started off as a lovely local staycation in our spacious, modern loft, turned into a disaster. We didn't realize pets were allowed in the lofts. Sadly, our upstairs naieghbours arrived, dropped their dog off, then left...and their pup must have missed them like crazy, as it barked incessantly. Subsequent to their return, pup barked every time they went to the washroom. After barely sleeping, we were just thrilled when poor pup got left behind again for breakfast, at which point the barking escalated to howling. We checked out early, exhausted, and headed home to our own dogs. As convenient as it was, we will be bypassing Lofts du Village when we return to Chelsea.

Love the spaciousness , comfort, and ease of access of this place. The key pickup and drop off adds a step that seems could be improved . The kids that handle that job are ...well ..kids!

Very well furnished space. Great layout/ location.

Never saw any staff. You do your own housekeeping. A lovely looking property and room but the bed is very low and has a wooden frame that protrudes making it difficult to get up. No TV service. No outside lights on to parking at 7 am , very dark, and icy parking lot.

This place is bigger than my house. Loved the heated bath floors and the rain shower. Thankful for the proximity to the Nordik spa and Parc Gatineau too.
Just one recommendation: I travel with my dog. Always...unless I fly somewhere so I was happy to find this place which allows dogs. I tried to book the smaller studio but they called and said no dogs allowed there - have to book larger size loft. I'm pretty conscientious about making sure I can bring a dog - maybe it's because I did it on my phone - but I wish it would have been more clear that dogs are not allowed in the smaller studios because what if there were no other rooms available? Also, as it was last minute, I wasn't able to cancel my booking and rebook because I would have had to pay 1 night stay as penalty but we worked around that. I'm glad they picked up the phone to call and didn't rely solely on email. As it turned out, I was in room 305 which says no dogs allowed on the window but that's the room I was given. Plenty of other folks with dogs staying here too. Thanks for allowing some of us to travel with our loved ones even if they have 4 feet instead of 2...besides my dog was way more well-behaved than the 3 little kids who ran back and forth, back and forth, screaming, back and forth, back and forth all night in the studio next door - so the rooms are not sound proof! Ha

The property is beautiful and in a gorgeous area of Old Chelsea. Very idyllic with good restaurants around. We stayed 2 days in a studio unit. A few things that popped up were for us a problem. The bed had a ledge around it which we bumped into at least 3 times right at the shin area and there was no cable TV. The proximity to Everything was excellent.
