Great place to stay outside of Bryce.

Half price compared to other hotels.
Small but managed clean.

This property was quite adequate for a quick overnight stay. The room was clean, but very dated. Everything one would need is onsite, including modest dining. Overall, I would recommend this location for a short stay for indivduals or a couple who are comfortable with rustic. Its not practical for families or long stays. You cant beat the price compared to other options in the area.

Staff is very friendly, the hotel is pretty spartan, but with not many options in the area it works. I would stay here again.

A handy stop over, close to brycevand highway 12. Handy food and meals on site. Comfy and clean

Clean bed and bathroom in a remote location.

Cute little motel/store/restaurant combo. Staff were very nice. Food was pretty good too.

Even though it wasn't a fancy cabin living, the room had all the basic necessities, such as hot/cold water, AC and a heater. Reliable Wifi as well. It is a Mom-and-Pop establishment. Gabriel was friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small, but clean. We noted that the toilet did not flush well unless the handle is held down for an extended period of time. This is because the water level in the tank is set at the "Conserve Water" level, so there is an insufficient amount of water in the tank for it to flush normally. Besides the staff, we appreciated the proximity to the national park.

This was a last minute stay due to necessity. We stayed in the two bedroom cottage. It was a fair value for the money and met our basic needs. The space was old and nothing about it was especially nice. One A/C unit in the living room only, no central air or units in the bedrooms. Hot water started to run out after about 20 minutes of usage (it was not freezing, but not hot). Some mold visible on the bathroom window, no ventilation in the bathroom. Found some hairs in the pillows on the bed. Having a kitchen was nice if you have supplies. The woman who checked me in was very ncie. They have a restaurant and shop on-sight. No idea how the regular rooms are.

Small room but the staff was amazing, had to put the e-bikes in the room, it was too tight of a fit and up the stairs, the next night I locked them to the railing and felt safe as there is no one around.
It is in the country in a field so expect some mosquitoes and maybe a moth or bug when you leave the door open. People and staff were amazing with good food at the restaurant!
Better than staying in the tourist filled area.

Staff members very nice. Their restaurant has very good food with good prices plus a convenience type store attached. Very convenient!
Would definitely stay here again!

I think I finally slept in the room Roger Miller sang about in King of the Road. An 8x12 four-bit room. It was a little bigger than that but not much. 3/4 bath. But it served the purpose, sort of.

Good affortable hotel with ok size rooms. AC has an odd smell when turned on bur otherwise an ok hotel.

Tiny cabin room. Older motel with lots of wear. Actually comfortable to shower and sleep. Thank goodness it had a window AC unit. No pets allowed on the premises so other family members with dogs had to find other arrangements. No ice machine on premises and no in room fridge.

I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are no-frills, but are very clean and comfortable. The views of Bryce Canyon are right out of your back window and the smell of the open meadows behind the motel will remind you that you are in the back country.

We had a nice stay and the place is as advertized. Would stay there again. Not luxury but a clean place to stay

It works. Cute motel with patio, restaurant, and store. Not much space in the room for luggage or hang out. Mattress felt hard and dated. Parking situation needs markers or something. 1 person parks the wrong way then people have challenges.

I had a very nice stay and felt very welcomed. I knew I wasn’t going to arrive until after their office closed at 9pm, but I called and they gave me clear instructions on how to get into my room.

Repositioned to Hatch to get an early start to Red Canyon . Great location for that. The room is "snug" but clean. The bathroom was dated but functioned well. The TV was pretty much useless. However, I'd come back. The service was outstanding and the restaurant was solid. Overall I thought I got what I paid for with an unexpected side of friendliness.

Liked: clean room- but tiny. ,Easy check in.
Didn't like: paper thin walls, food options (we had to send back raw pancakes!)

Comfortable.

This is as basic of a room as you can possibly get. Very small and older. Bed mattress has seen some years but we were camping the two previous nights and so it was reasonable after sleeping on the ground. Had hot water and pressure in the shower. Beyond that not much to say. Check in and out was easy. If you need a comfortable bed, I'd find another place.
